My TOU and Some Info

Just a note about
my tuts I dont tell
all my secrets lol
like how I do the
glow on a name etc.
I also have no
control over the
FTU supplies
I am sorry but
sometimes the
kits are for a
limited time free
or just disappear,
I will share
masks etc ONLY
if the tou of
the creator allows,
You can easily find
another mask or kit
to use in place of
what I have used
on my tuts, I write tuts
as I create a tag,

I hope you all
enjoy them and
I thank you
so much for
taking the time
to stop by my blog

Hearts Afloat Tube of choice, I used artwork Suzanne Woolcott (in second example) Scrap used Funky Fresh by Cora's Creationz Font of choice, I used SwingSet BB Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9 This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidential. Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog! Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, ( you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open cc-frame-01 and c/p as a new layer, resize it by 90% smartsize. Now open cc-girl and c/p as a new layer, I moved her over to the left hand side of my frame. resize by 90%. open cc-balloon-02 and c/p as a new layer, move this layer below your girl layer and put it behind her. I resized mine by 90% twice, now open cc-balloon-01 and repeat as above, I also mirrored this one. Now open cc-funky-tree and c/p as a new layer, move this layer below your frame layer, I resized mine by 77% and placed it over to the left side of my frame, now open cc-grass and c/p as a new layer, right above your tree layer, and below the frame layer (we will be erasing the bits outside of the frame in a bit lol) resize the grass by 50% now duplicate and mirror and line up the two grass layers so the blend together. (I made sure the two "ends" were behind the center of the frame) Now lets open cc-bee and c/p as a new layer, I resized mine by 20% place it where you want. I duplicated mine and then mirrored this layer. now open cc-pp-09 and c/p as a new layer right above your white layer, turn the opacity on this layer down to 50%. go to the frame layer, grab your magic wand and click inside each of the frame holes, once that is done go selections, modify by 5 and then selections invert. Now we will go to the tree layer and hit delete, then the 2 grass layers and hit delete and then to the paper layer and hit delete, select none. Lets open cc-heart-03 now c/p as a new layer above your white layer, I resized mine by 35% (using your raster deform tool) move it up to theright hand top of your tag, now duplicate this layer (again using your raster deform tool) move this down and to the left abit, so it looks like the hearts are blowing out of the tree. open cc-mushroom 1 and cc-mushroom-2 and c/p as new layers, below your grass layers, and arrange to your liking inside your frame I resized mine by 35%, now you can either add a drop shadow of choice to your elements etc, and hide your white background and merge visiable, and save your tag (add the correct copyright to the tag per Cora's TOU)

or you can also make a tag like my second example below, add a couple tubes to your "window scene". I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information and Save the way you prefer to save tags, I hope you enjoyed this tut smiles christy Ü
