My TOU and Some Info

Just a note about
my tuts I dont tell
all my secrets lol
like how I do the
glow on a name etc.
I also have no
control over the
FTU supplies
I am sorry but
sometimes the
kits are for a
limited time free
or just disappear,
I will share
masks etc ONLY
if the tou of
the creator allows,
You can easily find
another mask or kit
to use in place of
what I have used
on my tuts, I write tuts
as I create a tag,

I hope you all
enjoy them and
I thank you
so much for
taking the time
to stop by my blog

Happy New Year! Tube of choice, I used Suzanne Woolcott and Rion Vernon (You can purchase PinUp Toons at CDO now) Scrap used Nouvelan2010 by Cajoline Template 200 by Missy (HERE) Font of choice I used GasolineAlleyNF Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9 This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidential. Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog! I do not do template tuts often as I work with templates differently then some, so work this how you feel comfortable with templates. Open Missy's Template, delete the copyright layer and then resize the canvas to 750x750 refill the white background layer (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open CAJ.SCR.KIT2010 Pap.8 resize by 40% c/p as a new layer right above the white background layer apply a mask of choice, I used Montisblindsmask1 resize this by 90% and turn the opacity down to about 40 or so on this layer, I also used my raster deform tool to make is look more centered with the template. Open Caj.Scr.Kit2010 Pap.12 resize by 40% now go to template layer circle and select all float defloat, (I smooth mine by 10, 10 on each template layer) selections invert and c/p paper, hit delete and select none, delete the original circle layer Now go to the dotted circle layer and select all, float, defloat add a new raster layer and fill with #d3b66a and apply noise select none and delete the original layer Now go to the Star layer, select all, float, and defloat, selections invert and then open CAJ.SCR.KIT2010 Pap.20 resize this by 40% and c/p as a new layer hit delete, select none and delete the original layer, I added noise to this layer as well, set at 25% Now go to the Star background layer, select all, float, defloat, smooth, and invert, open CAJ.SCR.KIT2010 Pap5 resize by 40% c/p as a new layer, hit delete, select none and delete the original layer. Now go to the Star Frame layer, select all, float, defloat, smooth add a new raster layer and fill with #d3b66a, apply a noise of choice, and select none, delete the original layer. Now lets add a few elements. Open CAJ.SCR.KIT2010 EL6 c/p as a new layer. Resize this by 35% and arrange this layer right above the circle layer, now open CAJ.SCR.KIT2010 EL25 c/p as a new layer (bring to the top) resize by 27% and arrange to your liking. Now open CAJ.SCR.KIT2010 EL19 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 27% arrange with your other hat, now open CAJ.SCR.KIT2010 EL12 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 32% arrange towards the top left of the tag, open CAJ.SCR.KIT2010 EL18 c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer below your hats layers, and resize by 32% now open CAJ.SCR.KIT2010 EL3 c/p as a new layer arrange this layer right above the mask layer and resize by 45% now rotate to the left by 18% now duplicate and mirror this, when you are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of choice to your elements (I did not dropshadow the fireworks) and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible. I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information and Save the way you prefer to save tags, I hope you enjoyed this tut smiles christy Ü

I am sorry, but no punctuation?? Everything runs together and it's VERY hard to read. It takes so long to figure out what you are saying that I guess I'll pass.
