Grab My Blinkie Here
My TOU and Some Info
Just a note about
my tuts I dont tell
all my secrets lol
like how I do the
glow on a name etc.
I also have no
control over the
FTU supplies
I am sorry but
sometimes the
kits are for a
limited time free
or just disappear,
I will share
masks etc ONLY
if the tou of
the creator allows,
You can easily find
another mask or kit
to use in place of
what I have used
on my tuts, I write tuts
as I create a tag,
I hope you all
enjoy them and
I thank you
so much for
taking the time
to stop by my blog

Thinking of......
Tube of choice, I used Rion Vernon and Anna Liwang
Scrap used Sand Between My Toes by Created by Jill
Font of choice I used Barbara Hand and MySoulOne
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9
This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity
with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.
Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog!
Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.
Open Paper03 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 90% and
apply a mask of choice, I used DBV_mask 106
Now lets open the wave and c/p as a new layer on your mask
Now open Frame 5 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 65% and
then rotate to the left by 12% grab your magic wand and click
inside the opening and expand by 9% and then invert, now open
paper 1 c/p as a new layer below the frame and hit delete,
select none, now open seawood c/p as a new layer and resize
by 70% and rotate to the left by 90% and then mirror, arrange
towards the bottom of your work area, now open greenery 2 c/p
as a new layer and resize by 70%, duplicate, mirror and flip, arrange
the two so the stems lay together, and with your seawood, now open
flowers 1 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 70% and then rotate
to the right by 76% I duplicated mine and moved it a bit
to the left, and then flipped it, now open the fence, c/p as a new
layer and resize by 70% place this below your wave layer,
now open flowers 2 c/p as a new layer, arrange to right above
the greenery layer, resize 2 times by 70% then mirror and rotate
to the left by 75% duplicate and move to the left a bit, duplicate
again and mirror, rotate it a bit to the right by 24% or less, now
open the shipswheel c/p as a new layer and resize by 70%
place near the bottom left of the frame, bring this layer to
the top, now open greenery 3 c/p as a new layer arrange to right
above the frame layer, resize by 60% and rotate to the left by
18% I duplicated mine a few times, mirroring and flipping them
to fill in areas, now lets open the rope, c/p as a new layer and
resize by 70% flip and then rotate to the left by 9% arrange
this layer to right above your frame layer, now open ribbon4
c/p as a new layer, arrange this to below your wheel, and your
seawood layers mirror and then rotate to the right by 5% and
then resize by 70% now open ribbon1 c/p as a new layer
arrange below the ribbon you just added, resize by 70%,
rotate to the left by 90% and then mirror, now open button1
c/p as a new layer and arrange this below your flower layers,
I duplicated mine 2 times, scattering among the greenery and
flowers, now open bow2 c/p as a new layer, arrange in the center
of the top of the frame, now paste the button again this time
place in the center of the bow, when you are happy with your
tag, add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and a tube
of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.
(On the Anna Liwang example I used part of the paper word art as well)
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,
I hope you enjoyed this tut
