Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open paper12 and resize by 20% c/p as a new layer and
apply a mask of choice, I used Artmama mask 6 merge
group
Now open xcd-adc-frame4 c/p as a new layer and resize by
60%, grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening
expand by 9 and invert, open paper 14 and resize by 18%
c/p as a new layer below the frame, arrange to your liking and
hit delete, select none, now open xcd-adc-tree2 c/p as a new
layer above the mask layer and resize by 60% and arrange to
your liking, open xcd-adc-greenery6 c/p as a new layer, bring
to the top and resize by 36% duplicate, mirror and arrange
this to right above the tree layer, Now open xcd-adc-greenery1
c/p as a new layer, arrange right below the top greenery, and
resize by 36% and rotate to the right by 21% duplicate and mirror
now open xcd-adc-greenery4 c/p as a new layer resize by 36%
arrange to your liking, open xcd-adc-greenery3 c/p as a new
layer, resize by 36% and place in the center of the greens you
have added, now open xcd-adc-leaf1 c/p as a new layer, move
below the layer you just added and resize by 30% and then rotate
to the left by 31% duplicate and mirror, now open xcd-adc-jar
c/p as a new layer, arrange right above the frame layer, resize
by 30% now open xcd-adc-candy and c/p and resize by 20%
now open xcd-adc-candy1 c/p as a new layer, arrange below
the jar layer, rotate to the right by 75% and resize by 22%
place it so it looks like it is "in" the jar, now open xcd-adc-berries1
c/p as a new layer and resize by 22% place to your liking open
xcd-adc-ornament1 c/p as a new layer, arrange right above the
greenery with the berries, and resize by 22% now open
xcd-adc-ornament2 and c/p as a new layer, arrange this to
right above the berries layer and resize by 22%, flip and mirror
now open xcd-adc-ornament4 c/p as a new layer above the
other ornaments and resize by 24%, open xcd-adc-snowflake1
c/p as a new layer, resize by 23% rotate to the left by 15%
and place to your liking, I duplicated mine and placed one behind
the ornaments, now open xcd-adc-snow c/p as a new layer, arrange
to right above the paper layer behind the frame, resize this to your
liking, grab your magic wand and go to the paper, layer, click on the
outside of the paper, go back to the snow layer and hit delete,
select none, add a tube and dropshadow of choice, hide the
white background layer and merge visible.
I did not dropshadow the jar in my examples!

new layer resize by 45% open sweethearts-greenery4
c/p as a new layer and resize by 42% duplicate mirror
and the flip, arrange to your liking. Now open
sweethearts-greenery3 c/p as a new layer
and resize by 25% duplicate, mirror and rotate to
the left by 45% open sweethearts-frame7 c/p as a
new layer and resize by 48% and rotate to the
right by 9% click inside the frame opening and
expand by 6 invert and open sweethearts-paper2
resize by 21% and c/p below the frame hit delete
and select none. Open sweethearts-ribbon2 c/p
as a new layer mirror and resize by 35%,
now open sweethearts-ribbon1 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 40% and flip arrange
along the bottom of the frame, open
sweethearts-beads and c/p as a new layer,
resize by 35% place below the ribbons,
duplicate and mirror and flip place this one
above the ribbons layer, now open

that mask and apply another mask of choice this time I used
HorsePlay's Pasture Mask 19 I resized this up by 120%

Now open sb_pmt_Trick-or-Treat_frame 6 c/p as a new layer
resize by 75%. now grab your magic wand click inside the frame
opening and expand by 9, invert and open pd13-pp-04 c/p as a
new layer below the frame, hit delete, select none, now open
DI_Bat c/p as a new layer and resize by 33% and rotate to the
left by 15% and then mirror it, now open pd13-swirl-01 c/p as a
new layer, mirror arrange above the skull mask layer and resize
by 45 and rotate to the left by 90% I pasted it again and
resize again by 45 and placed on the left of the frame,
open DI_Pumpkin c/p as a new layer below the bat layer,
resize by 55% now open pd13-flair-02 c/p as a new layer
resize by 36% and rotate left by 21% now open treat bag
from GG part of the kit, resize by 36% place right above
the pumpkin layer and arrange to your liking, now open
sb_pmt_Trick-or-Treat_flower 1 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 58% arrange layer to right above the masks layers
now open bow2 from GG part c/p as a new layer, arrange
right above the frame layer, open flower 2 from GG's Part
and c/p with the other flower layer, resize by 85% now open
pd13-flower-02 c/p as a new layer arrange to right above the
orange flower layer, now add a drop shadow and a tube of choice
hide the white background layer and merge visible.

mirror and resize by 88% and rotate left by 12 open pd13-branch-04
c/p as a new layer below the other branch, resize by 80% paste
again and mirror, I duplicated all three branches and rotated
to the left by 90% placing them along the bottom edge of the
frame, open pd13-ribbon-04 c/p as a new layer arrange below
the pumpkins and mirror, open pd13-acorn-01 c/p as a new
layer bring to the top and resize by 40% now open pd13-acorn-02
c/p as a new layer and resize by 40% I duplicated both
and "scattered" them among the pumpkins, open pd13-leaf-twig
c/p as a new layer arrange below the pumpkins layer, and resize
by 40% rotate right by 21% duplicate and mirror tuck them
to your liking, open pd13-pinecone c/p as a new layer, resize by
42% and rotate right by 26% place behind the pumpkins duplicate
and mirror now open pd13-leaf-01 c/p as a new layer, resize by
40% place below the pine cone layer and then duplicate and mirror
rotate to the left by 26% now open pd13-leaf-03 c/p as a new
layer, resize by 40% rotate right by 26% arrange below the
leaf twig layers, I duplicated mine a couple times, and rotated
and flipped them. now add a drop shadow and a tube of choice
hide the white background layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open pd13-pp-07 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used Blackwidow Mask, any good round mask will work.

now open pd13-frame-04 c/p as a new layer,resize by 60% rotate
to the left by 12% now open pd13-frame-02 c/p as a new layer,
rotate to the left by 12% then click inside opening and expand by
9 invert, open pd13-pp-02 c/p as a new layer hit delete, leave
selected and then open pd13-pp-10 c/p as a new layer below the
other paper, hit delete, now go to the striped paper and change the
blend mode to soft light (or play around until you find something you like)
now open pd13-print-01 c/p as a new layer, arrange to right above
the mask layer, resize by 130% duplicate and place one near the
top of the mask and one near the bottom, merge the two together
now select the mask layer, using magic wand click OUTSIDE the
mask layer and invert feather by 45% now invert and hit delete
on the print layer (until you are satisfied with the results) now
change the blend mode to hard light and turn down the opacity
to about 28%. Now open pd13-lightening c/p as a new layer
under the frame layer (erase what is outside the frame)
Change the blend mode to screen mode on this layer.
open pd13-leaf-02 c/p as a new layer, resize by 48% arrange
right above the star layer, I duplicated, flipped mirrored and
rotated this about 4 times, filling in the bottom
edge and right of the frame, do the same with pd13-leaf-01
now open pd13-ribbon-03 c/p as a new layer, arrange
to your liking, open pd13-ribbon-02 c/p as a new layer below
the other ribbon, open pd13-pumpkin-01 c/p as a new layer
resize by 48% now open pd13-flower-02 c/p as a new layer
right above the leaves layers, open pd13-flower-03 c/p as
a new layer, place right above the other flower layer,
now open pd13-button-01 c/p as a new layer right above
the flower layers, now add a dropshadow and tube or tubes
of choice (or a picture of choice) hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

resize by 68% and move it over so the web shows, hit delete
and select none, now open pd13-ribbon-05 c/p as a new layer
and arrange towards the bottom, I duplicated mine and then
rotated to the right by 9 now open pd13-ribbon-02 c/p as a
new layer mirror and rotate left by 9 now open pd13-moon
c/p as a new layer arrange above the top mask layer,
now open pd13-flower-03 and c/p right above the moon
layer, now open pd13-flower-02 and c/p right above the
other flower,now open pd13-flower-05 c/p above the frame
layer and resize by 68% now open pd13-candy-corn and c/p
as a new layer, resize by 36% and place below the ribbon layer
and rotate to the left by 12 now open pd13-candy-01 c/p as a

mask layer and resize by 43% duplicate and
mirror. rotate to the right by 21% now open

below the ribbon, now on the original erase what
you want "twined" with the ribbon. Now open
flower 3 c/p as a new layer and resize by 22%
place right above your leaves layer, open flower 5
and resize by 30% place below the other
flower, open flower 4 and c/p below the leaf layer
and resize by 30% now open the raven and c/p
as a new layer, resize by 24% place to your liking
now add a dropshadow and tube or tubes of choice

resize by 36% and rotate to the left by 9% duplicate and

c/p as a new layer and resize by 36% duplicate and mirror
rotate to the right by 18% now open ribbon 3 c/p as a new
layer, I moved mine down under the twig/leaves layer, and
resize by 45% now open bow 5 c/p as a new layer and bring
to the top, resize by 45%, now open birdhouse2 c/p as a
new layer, arrange to right above the frame layer and resize
by 35% rotate to the left by 9%, now open bird (the pigeon)
c/p as a new layer and resize by 24% and mirror. arrange to your
liking. Now open flower 6 c/p as a new layer place right above
your frame layer, resize by 30% duplicate and move this one
down to right above the mask layer, now open flower 9 c/p
as a new layer, arrange to right above the frame layer and resize

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,

Open your template and duplicate close the original
Now resize your canvas by 750x550 I like room to work lol
refill the white background layer with white, and then delete
the copyright info, I like this template because it is a simple
template but with a kit has lots of possiblities

Lets go to the scallop layer and add paper 6 from the kit
resize by 750x750 (21%) smartsize and c/p as a new layer
delete the original layer, go to the template layer left frame
background and add paper 4 from the kit again resize like above
do this to each frame background layer of the template
(deleting the original layer as you go) now go to the left frame
template layer and add paper 6 again like above resize the paper
and do this on each of the frame layers of the template
deleting each template original layer as you go. now go to the
left frame fill layer of the template and add paper3 this time do
not delete the original layer of the template, turn the opacity on
the paper layer down to about 80% do this for each of the frame
fill layers. Now delete the template doodle layers (all of them)
open element16 from the kit, c/p as a new layer and resize by
18% and rotate to the left by 9% arrange to your liking.
open element6 from the kit and c/p as a new layer, resize by
28% then rotate to the right by 21% and place it on the bow
of the string. Now open paper 4 and c/p as a new layer right
above the white background layer and apply a mask of choice
I used Artmama Mask 06 and merge group, now open element29
c/p as a new layer right above the mask layer, rotate to the
left by 90% and resize by 18% and place to the top right
duplicate, flip and mirror, now open element 28 and c/p as
a new layer, resize by 18% place at the top left, duplicate,
flip and mirror. now open element 1 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 22% and then rotate to the left by 9% and place on your
tag of the ribbon, now add a dropshadow and tube or tubes
of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Apple Pie

Tube of choice, I used Pinuptoons and Caron Vinson

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open Apple Pie paper 20 resize by 700x700 smartsize
and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice, I used
Artmama Mask 06, Merge group

Now lets open ap-frame3 c/p as a new layer and resize by
60% now grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
opening and expand by 9, invert. Now open ap-paper 14
resize by 700x700 smartsize c/p as a new layer below
the frame and hit delete, select none. Now lets open
ap-greenery4 c/p as a new layer right above your
mask layer, resize by 50% and rotate to the right by
36% move towards the right of your tag, duplicate and
then mirror, Now open ap-greenery3 c/p as a new layer
again right above the mask layer, resize by 50% move
to the right a bit and then duplicate and mirror. Now open
ap-leaf2 c/p as a new layer, place above your first greenery
layer, resize by 26% I duplicated mine a couple times and
rotated them to fill in, now open ap-apples1 c/p as a new
layer bring to the top and resize by 34% arrange to your
liking, now open ap-applebasket2 c/p as a new layer, move
down below the other apples and resize by 28%. Now
open ap-ribbon6 c/p as a new layer right above your
frame layer, resize by 54% and then rotate to the left
by 65% arrange to your liking, open ap-ribbon2 c/p as
a new layer, resize by 36% arrange below the other ribbon
open ap-butterfly1 c/p as a new layer, resize by 26% and
again by 72%, rotate to the left by 15% I duplicated mine and
mirrored it and placed it near the bottom of my tag as well
now add a dropshadow and tube of choice, hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

Just Spooktacular!

Open PDS_TTC-paper4 c/p as a new layer and
apply a mask of choice, I used Vix_FreebieMaskOct11No2
I then pasted the paper again and used a photomask I have
that say's Spooktacular on it (not sure where I picked this one up at!)
I then added a gradient glow with the same color orange that is
in the paper and a strong dropshadow to the spooktacular mask layer,

Now open PDS_TTC-frame3 c/p as a new layer, between
your two mask layers, I used hue and sat to change the color
to match the orange in the paper, and duplicated and mirrored it,
changing this one to the purple in the paper moving one up
a bit and one down a bit, now lets open PDS_TTC-spidermoon
c/p as a new layer, resize by 82% now open PDS_TTC-frame1
c/p as a new layer and resize by 70%, grab your magic wand and
click inside the frame opening and expand by 9, invert, now
open PDS_TTC-paper6 c/p below the frame layer, resize and
arrange to your liking and hit delete, select none now open
PDS_TTC-tombstone c/p as a new layer resize by 56%
TWO times and place inside the frame now open
PDS_TTC-candy2 c/p as a new layer, I duplicated mine 2 times
and rotated and mirrored them, Now open PDS_TTC-ghostcookie,
c/p as a new layer, mirror and resize by 56%, now open
PDS_TTC-ribbon5 c/p as a new layer, arrange to RIGHT
above the frame layer now add a dropshadow and tube of choice,
hide the white background layer and merge visible.

and apply a mask of choice, I used SophisticatSimone_Mask9

any good round mask will work

Now open dcorbitt_fallfancy_stringframewbutterflies c/p

as a new layer, resize by 68% now grab your magic wand

and click inside the frame opening, expand by 9 and invert.

(You can use the freehand selection tool to select the part you want on your frame)

open dcorbitt_fallfancy_pp5 c/p as a new layer

below the frame hit delete and select none,

open dcorbitt_fallfancy-realleaf1 c/p as a new layer,

resize by 68% and then rotate to the right by 12%,

I duplicated mine and flipped and mirrored it, and then

rotated to the right by 45%, I duplicated it again this

time rotate to the left by 45% arrange to your liking

open dcorbitt-fallfancy-sunflower2 c/p as a new layer,

resize by 45% place with your leaves, now lets

open dcorbitt-fallfancy-sunflower1 c/p as a new

layer resize by 76% now add a dropshadow and tube

of choice, hide the white background and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open MdGroot_Prego_Paper_07 resize by 20%
and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice,
I used Kris Mask 50

Now open MdGroot_Prego_Frame1 c/p as a new layer
resize by 28% now rotate to the right by 98%
grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening
expand by 9 and invert, open MdGroot_Prego_Paper01
resize by 20% and c/p as a new layer below the frame
hit delete and select none. Now open MdGroot_Prego_frame2
c/p as a new layer and resize by 24% place right above
your mask layer, I then used the rastor deform tool and
squished it from side to side and then stretched it up a bit
too. Now open MdGroot_Prego_Leaf1 c/p as a new layer
resize by 18% and rotate to the right by 21% place this
right below the frame fill layer, I duplicated this layer
brought it to the top and rotated it back to the left by 21%
I then duplicated again and flipped it, then rotated that one
to the left by 115%, Now open MdGroot_Prego_flower1
c/p as a new layer, resize by 30%, Now paste again
this time resize by 25% and mirror,and flip, now lets open
MdGroot_Prego_flower2 c/p as a new layer, resize by 37%
and arrange below your smaller rope flower, now open
MdGroot_Prego_button1 c/p as a new layer resize by 50%
place with your flowers, Open MdGroot_Prego_button2 c/p
as a new layer and resize by 50% place with the other button
Now open MdGroot_Prego_ribbon1 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 17% rotate to the right by 93% arrange below
all your flower layers, now open MdGroot_Prego_ribbon2
c/p as a new layer and resize by 17% and rotate to the
right by 78% again arrange right below the flowers layers
now open MdGroot_Prego_circlespray c/p as a new layer
arrange this right above the mask layer, resize by 19%
arrange towards the left of your frame, I duplicated mine
and rotated it to the right by 80%, then duplicated and flipped
and mirrored this, arranging both at the bottom of the frame
now add a dropshadow of choice and a tube of choice, hide
the white background layer and merge visible.

Spellbound

open pd-pp-02 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used Vix_maskhalloween0905 any halloween mask will work

Now open pd-frame-01 c/p as a new layer resize by 85%
and then rotate to the left by 6, grab your magic wand and
click inside the frame opening, expand by 9, now invert,
open pd-pp-07 c/p as a new layer, arrange below the frame
and resize until you are happy with how it looks in your frame
I resized the paper by 55% now hit delete select none, now
lets open pd-book c/p as a new layer,resize by 90%, now open
pd-bottle-01 c/p as a new layer below the book layer, resize by
60%, open pd-bottle-2 c/p as a new layer and resize this one
by 40% place with your other bottle, now open pd-cat, c/p as
a new layer, resize by 36%. Now open pd-wa-05 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 55% place near the top left of the tag,
now lets open pd-cauldron-01 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 45% place near the left of the frame, I used my
freehand selection tool and selected an area inside the cauldron
and added a new layer and filled this with #65714d then added
some noise to this, Now open pd-bubbles c/p as a new layer
resize by 45% and then mirror, now place this so it looks like
it is coming out of the cauldron, now open pd-web-01 c/p as
a new layer, arrange below the frame layer and resize by 45%
I also pasted this right above the mask layer , I used my
magic wand and selected OUTSIDE the mask area, went back
to the web layer and hit delete, now add a dropshadow of
choice to your elements, (some may not look good with a
dropshadow) and a tube of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open pd-pp-05 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of
choice, I used 76 Kris, any good squarish mask would work
well

Now open pd-frame-02 c/p as a new layer, resize by
90% and then rotate to the left by 6% grab your magic
wand and click inside the frame opening, expand by 9
and invert, now open pd-pp-07 c/p as a new layer, below
the frame layer and resize by 80% arrange to your liking
and hit delete, select none. Now open pd-splatter-01 c/p as
a new layer, place so it lays on the frame some too
I resized mine by 80% I duplicated and flipped and then
mirrored this, not open pd-splatter-02 c/p as a new layer
resize by 65% and rotate to the left by 45% now flip this
and place near the top left of the frame. Now lets open
pd-ribbon-01 c/p as a new layer, now mirror and place
along the bottom of the frame, now open pd-ribbon-02
c/p as a new layer, resize by 75% place with your other
ribbon, now open pd-moon c/p as a new layer, arrange
to right above the mask layer, Now lets open pd-sparkle
c/p as a new layer place above the moon layer, move
towards the left placing the large sparkle at the top edge
of the frame, duplicate, mirror and flip, now rotate to the
left by 18% placing the big sparkle so you can see it near
the ribbons, now open pd-barb-wire c/p as a new layer
bring to right above the frame layer, resize by 75% and
rotate to the left by 6 arrange along the bottom of the frame
now open pd-feather c/p as a new layer place this below
your ribbon layers, and resize by 60%, now open pd-leaf-02
c/p as a new layer, arrange below your barbwire, resize by
60% I duplicated and flipped it, and duplicated again
arranging along the bottom of the frame a bit now lets
open pd-flower-02 c/p as a new layer resize by 60%
place in the center of your one ribbon loop, now open
pd-key c/p as a new layer, mirror and then resize by
48% and then rotate to the left by 18% when you are
happy with your tag add a dropshadow of choice, and
a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and
merge visible.

She's a Star

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.

open pd-pp-03 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used a photo mask called Destress White, Not sure where I
got this but it is a commercial use mask

Now lets open pd-glitter-01 c/p as a new layer, I resized mine
by 60% and moved it up and towards the right, I then duplicated
it and placed the other down and towards the left, Now lets open
pd-frame-02 c/p as a new layer, resize by 90% and then rotate
to the left by 9% grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
opening, expand by 9 and then invert, open pd-pp-04 c/p as a
new layer below the frame, resize by 80% and then hit delete,
select none, now open pd-ribbon-02 c/p as a new layer and
rotate to the left by 9% now resize this by 64% arrange towards
the bottom of your frame, now lets open pd-frame-03 c/p as a
new layer, place this layer right above your mask layer and then
rotate to the right by 9% Now lets open pd-bling-03 c/p as a new
layer, resize by 60% and then rotate to the right by 90% arrange
towards the bottom right of the frame, now open pd-flower-02 c/p
as a new layer, resize by 60% place with the bling, now open
pd-flower-1 c/p as a new layer, resize by 50% arrange this layer
below the white flower layer, now open pd-button-01 c/p as a new
layer resize this by 60% place in the center of the white flower
now open pd-bling-02 c/p as a new layer and resize by 50%
place in the center of the button, Now open pd-flower-03 c/p
as a new layer, arrange this layer to below your paper that fills
your frame, resize by 60% and place near the top left of your
frame, now open pd-flower-01 again, c/p as a new layer right
above the flower you just added, resize by 60% and have it
peeking out towards the top left of the frame, now lets open
pd-star-01 c/p as a new layer, place towards the top left of your
frame, and rotate to the left by 9 now duplicate and mirror
move this layer below your purple flower layer and place towards
the bottom right of the frame, now add a dropshadow of choice
to your elements and a tube of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible. (I did not dropshadow the bling that is
above the mask layer)

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.

open paper11 and resize by 19% c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used DBV Mask 113 I duplicated
mine and merged the two together

Now lets open element 29 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 65% grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
opening, expand by 9 and invert, open paper10 resize
by 19% and c/p as a new layer below your frame layer
hit delete and leave selected, Now lets open element3
c/p as a new layer below the mask layer and resize by
60% arrange to your liking and hit delete, leave selected
open element78 c/p as a new layer and resize by 60%
place so just the very top edge shows and then hit delete
select none now, Open element 36 c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above your mask layer and then resize
by 60% place near the top left, duplicate, flip and mirror
place at the bottom right,now merge the two and then duplicate
and mirror, now open element19 c/p as
a new layer bring this to the top and resize by 42% and
place near the bottom right of your frame, now open
element63 c/p as a new layer, 35% place this below the
grass layer, I duplicated mine and moved the original layer
up just a bit and the duplicated layer I mirrored, now open
element58 c/p as a new layer and resize by 35% place this
layer below the top leaves layer, now duplicate and mirror
move this layer to right below the grass layer and resize this
by 75%, now open element40 c/p as a new layer and
bring to the top resize by 23% and place near the base
of the grass, now open element75% c/p as a new layer
mirror and arrange this layer to right above your mask layer
now resize by 60% now lets open element64 c/p as a new
layer arrange to right below your purple flower and resize
by 26% I duplicated mine and mirrored it and then flipped
it. Now open element 68 c/p as a new layer, arrange below
your purple flower layer and resize by 22% now lets open
element69 and c/p as a new layer resize by 22% and arrange
below your top purple flower and above the other purple
flower layer, now open element4 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 22% and flip it, arrange below your flowers
and have it peeking out the right, now open element76 c/p
as a new layer, bring to the top and resize by 20% place with
your flowers, now open element77 c/p as a new layer resize
by 23% and mirror, duplicate and rotate to the left by 21%
place them to your liking, now add a dropshadow of choice
to your tag and a tube of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.
