Winter Has Arrived
Tube of choice, I used Pinuptoons and Maryline Cazenave
Scrap kit of choice, I used Winter Friends (Full size kit)
by X-Clusively Christy Scraps
Font of choice, I used julietrose std
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9
This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image
Open wf-paper10 resize by 750x750(21%)
c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used a mask that is named 33 in my stash (any snowflake mask will work)
Now open wf-frame2 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 45% and
rotate to the left by 9% grab your magic wand and click inside
the frame opening and expand by 9 and then invert, open
wf-paper2 resize by 20% (700x700) and paste below the frame
layer and hit delete, select none, now open wf-tree2 c/p
right above the mask layer and resize by 70% arrange to your
liking, open wf-greenery c/p as a new layer bring to the top
and resize by 32% I duplicated mine a few times mirroring
and rotating, arrange to your liking. Now open wf-greenery4
c/p right above the frame layer and resize by 16% again duplicate
flip mirror as many times as you want to fill in the space, now open
wf-greenery1 c/p as a new layer bring to the top and resize by
27% duplicate and mirror,open wf-greenery2 c/p as a new layer
again right above the frame layer and resize by 30% mirror and
rotate to the left by 21% paste again and resize by 40% and
rotate to the right by 75% duplicate and flip,duplicate and mirror,
now open wf-flower3 c/p as a new layer, bring to the top
and resize by 34% now duplicate and resize this one by 80%
arrange to your liking, open wf-flower4 c/p as a new layer below
the red flowers resize by 30% duplicate, now open wf-ribbon2
c/p as a new layer right above the greenery layer and resize
by 29% rotate to the right by 9% open wf-ribbon4 c/p as a
new layer below the other ribbon and resize by 40% rotate to
the left by 12% now open wf-candy c/p as a new layer above
the thin greenery but below the leaves, and resize by 42%
mirror and rotate to the left by 6% paste again and resize by
32% mirror and rotate left by 15% now add a dropshadow
and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and merge
visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-pp3 c/p as a new layer and
apply a mask of choice, I used DDMask25 I
then moved it up and to the left a bit,
Now open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-pp11 c/p as a new layer
and apply the same mask move this down and to the right a bit.
Now open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-frame1 c/p as
a new layer, grab your magic wand and click
inside the "bottom" frame openings, expand by 9
and invert, now lets open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-pp2 c/p
as a new layer and hit delete select none, now select
the opening of the "top" frame expand by 9 and
invert, now lets open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-pp12 c/p
as a new layer and hit delete
(you will need to use your freehand select tool to really
get the inside of this frame selected) Now lets open
sb_pmt_tech-savvy-usb cord 1 c/p as a new layer arrange
this right above the mask layers, resize by 70% and move
up towards the right of the tag, I duplicated mine and brought
this layer to the top and then erased what I wanted "Hidden"
behind the frame. now open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-splat2 c/p
as a new layer arrange right above the masks again, place
near the bottom left of the frame. resize by 70%,
Now open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-splat1 c/p as a new
layer again this is below your frames, resize by 70%
I mirrored mine and placed it towards the top left,
duplicate and rotate to the right by 90%.
Open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-ribbon2 c/p as a new
layer and arrange along the bottom edge of the frame.
Open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-ribbon 3 and c/p as a
new layer placing with the other ribbon. Now open
sb_pmt_tech-savvy-bow3 c/p as a new layer place
near the left bottom, open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-button1
c/p as a new layer and resize by 60% and then rotate
to the left by 18% place in the center of the bow.
now lets open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-email icon c/p
as a new layer, resize by 60% do the same with
the blogger icon, the facebook icon and the twitter
icon elements. Now arrange along the right side of
the frame, Open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-flower1 c/p as
a new layer, open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-disk 1 c/p
as a new layer, arrange right above the mask
layer and move up a bit to the left, now lets
open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-ipad 1 c/p as a new
layer, resize by 55% and then rotate to the left by 18%
arrange this layer BELOW the duplicated layer of the
usb cord but above the frame. open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-usb1
c/p as a new layer, rotate to the right by 90% and then
resize by 33% place on top of the ipad.
Now open sb_pmt_tech-savvy-usb cord 2 c/p as a
new layer again this is going to be under your
duplicated usb cord layer that you already added,
resize by 35% now rotate to the right by 45% place
on top of the ipad, now add a dropshadow of choice
and a tube of choice, hide your white background layer
and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my
copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name
and copy right information and Save the way you
prefer to save tags,

It's My Party!!
Tube of choice, I used Rion Vernon and Maryline Cazenave
Scrap used It's My Party by PolkaDot Scraps
Font of choice I used Julietrose STD

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image
open PDS_IMP-paper7 c/p as a new layer resize by 90%
apply a mask of choice, I used WSL_Mask262
Now lets open PDS_IMP-frame4 c/p as a new layer
rotate to the right by 9 grab your magic wand and select
inside the frame opening, now expand by 9 and invert
open PDS_IMP-paper4 c/p as a new layer below the
frame, resize by 80% and hit delete. select none
now open PDS_IMP-invitation c/p as a new layer
bring to the top and resize by 40% now lets open
PDS_IMP-hat1 c/p as a new layer and resize by
40% place with the invitation, now lets open
PDS_IMP-partysign c/p as a new layer, resize by
46% and then rotate to the left by 18 place near the
invitation as well, now lets open PDS_IMP-swirl c/p as
a new layer, arrange below the invitation and resize by
58% place along the bottom, I duplicated mine and then
mirrored it and rotated it to the right by 90% and moved
this layer to right above the mask layer, and placed
it so it peeks out at the top center of the heart, I then
duplicated this layer and moved it up above the frame
layer, erase the part you want hidden behind the frame
now open PDS_IMP-candle c/p as a new layer
place below the party hat layer and mirror then resize
by 34%, now lets open PDS_IMP-lollipop c/p as a new layer
place below the invitation layer and resize by 44% now
rotate left by 9% Now lets open PDS_IMP-frame5
c/p as a new layer right above the mask layer, resize
by 85% and move up towards the right, now I duplicated
mine and recolored it, first I went to hue and saturation
both set on 0 then I used manual color correction, choose
the lightest gray from the beads and then used #0098d6
as my target color, Now add a dropshadow and tube of
choice, I also placed my copyright info for my tubes on
the little slip of paper in the invitation. hide the white background
layer and merge visible
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Yuletide Treasures

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image
Open Paper9 from the kit and resize by 19%
c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice,
I used a roundish mask, WSL_Mask209
Now open yuletide_wreath c/p as a new layer and
resize by 26%, grab your magic wand and click
inside the center of the wreath expand by 9 and
then invert, open paper2 resize by 19% and c/p
as a new layer below the wreath, hit delete and select
none, Now open yuletide_leaves c/p as a new layer
place right above the mask layer and then
resize by 18% and then rotate to the left by 110%
place near the bottom of the wreath, now duplicate
and mirror, open yuletide_cluster and c/p as a new
layer, bring to the top and then resize by 30%
open yuletide_trumpet c/p as a new layer and
resize by 40% arrange below the other cluster
and then mirror, now open yuletide_ornament
c/p as a new layer and resize by 8% now mirror
and arrange along the bottom with the clusters
now open yuletide_ribbon c/p as a new layer,
resize by 14% now rotate to the right by 70%,
flip and then mirror, and place below the ornament
layer, Now open yuletide_tinyball, c/p as a new layer
bring to the top and resize by 26% place with the
other ornament, now open yuletide_snowflake2
c/p as a new layer and resize by 26% I placed
mine below the ornaments layer, I rotated to the left
by about 20 I then duplicated it and mirrored it
placing this one right above the wreath layer,
now open yuletide_ornament2 c/p as a new
layer, mirror and then resize by 10% place with
your others ornaments, now open yuletide_berries
c/p as a new layer and resize by 21% arrange to
your liking, now open yuletide_flower and c/p
as a new layer, resize by 17% and place to yourliking, I duplicated mine and place one towards
the top left of the wreath, I duplicated and flipped
and placed them together, Now open yuletide_bow
c/p as a new layer, bring to the top and then mirror
resize by 26% , Now add a dropshadow of choice
to your elements and a tube or tubes of choice
hide the white background layer and merge visible.
