Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open pd-pp-09 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90% apply a mask of choice, I used WSL_Mask218 then I rotated this to the right by 90% Now lets open pd-bracket c/p as a new layer rotate to the left by 24% duplicate mirror and flip, now lets open pd-frame-02 c/p as a new layer and resize by 80% rotate to the left by 24% grab your magic wand and click inside the frame and then expand by 5 and invert, open pd-paper-02 c/p as a new layer and move below the frame, hit delete and select none. now open pd-string-01 c/p as a new layer bring this to the top resize by 80% and move over towards the right now open pd-sucker-01 c/p as a new layer resize by 80% and place near your string, open pd-sucker-02 c/p as a new layer resize by 80% 3 times, arrange with your other sucker, and then rotate to the right by 18% now lets open pd-love-not c/p as a new layer and resize this by 60% and place with your suckers, now open pd-ribbon-04 c/p as a new layer resize by 60% and arrange this layer to below the red string layer, now lets open pd-flower03 c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer below the love note layer and resize by 60% now open pd-flower-01 c/p as a new layer bring this layer to the top resize by 60% and place with your other items, now open pd-jelly-dots, c/p as a new layer arrange this layer to right above your mask layer, rotate to the left by 90% duplicate, mirror and then flip, now paste it again this time just flip, and then duplicate and flip, you should have 4 and the should all be barely peeking out from behind the brackets and frame. when you are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow and tube or tubes of choice, hide your white background layer and merge visible. I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information and Save the way you prefer to save tags, I hope you enjoyed this tut smiles christy Ü
