This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,

Open the templates I supplies, the signature template is a little
larger than most due to I like to have room to work, you can
resize when you are done with your tag,

delete the copyright layer on the template and begin with
the background layer, (raster1) select all and open paper4
resize by 35% and c/p as a new layer, invert selections
and hit delete, now go to the dots layer, select all, float
and defloat, add a new raster layer and fill with a color that
matches the kit or colors of your tube you are using, I used
#6b4009, deselect and delete the original dots layer,
now go to your vine layer and do the same as above,
you can use a paper or add a new layer and fill, I used
paper1 from the kit, select none and delete the original layer
now lets go to the box frame 4 layer, select all, float and defloat
invert selection and open paper3 from the kit, resize by 21%
and c/p as a new layer, hit delete, select none and delete
the original layer, do this for that rest of the box frames,
now lets go to the frame layer, select all, float, defloat,and add
a new layer, fill with #6b4009 or a paper of choice, and select none
delete the original layer, now grab your magic wand and click outside
the frame and then invert, go up and crop to selection,
Now on my line's layers, I selected all, floated and then defloat
on line one I added a new layer and filled with #6b4009
on line two I added a new layer and filled with #e8a436
I also added a few elements from the kit to my sig tag
I added the bee, I resized it by 12% and then rotated it to
the left by 18% I duplicated and mirrored it, I resized this one
by 80% and then rotated it to the right by 18% I also added
the beehive to my tag, I placed this layer right above the bottom
paper layer and resized it by 60% and placed it towards the far
right, Now open the sunflower and c/p as a new layer, again
this is just above the bottom paper layer, resize by 35% and
place to your liking, now I added a bit of noise to my main
frame layer, set to about 50% I did the same on the 2 lines
now add a dropshadow of choice I used a big but light dropshadow
Now add a tube or tubes of choice, merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Now for the avatar, I used the same colors and papers as
I did for the signature tag, but you can always change it
to what you want to use,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

open PDS_IMP-paper7 c/p as a new layer resize by 90%
apply a mask of choice, I used WSL_Mask262

Now lets open PDS_IMP-frame4 c/p as a new layer
rotate to the right by 9 grab your magic wand and select
inside the frame opening, now expand by 9 and invert
open PDS_IMP-paper4 c/p as a new layer below the
frame, resize by 80% and hit delete. select none
now open PDS_IMP-invitation c/p as a new layer
bring to the top and resize by 40% now lets open
PDS_IMP-hat1 c/p as a new layer and resize by
40% place with the invitation, now lets open
PDS_IMP-partysign c/p as a new layer, resize by
46% and then rotate to the left by 18 place near the
invitation as well, now lets open PDS_IMP-swirl c/p as
a new layer, arrange below the invitation and resize by
58% place along the bottom, I duplicated mine and then
mirrored it and rotated it to the right by 90% and moved
this layer to right above the mask layer, and placed
it so it peeks out at the top center of the heart, I then
duplicated this layer and moved it up above the frame
layer, erase the part you want hidden behind the frame
now open PDS_IMP-candle c/p as a new layer
place below the party hat layer and mirror then resize
by 34%, now lets open PDS_IMP-lollipop c/p as a new layer
place below the invitation layer and resize by 44% now
rotate left by 9% Now lets open PDS_IMP-frame5
c/p as a new layer right above the mask layer, resize
by 85% and move up towards the right, now I duplicated
mine and recolored it, first I went to hue and saturation
both set on 0 then I used manual color correction, choose
the lightest gray from the beads and then used #0098d6
as my target color, Now add a dropshadow and tube of
choice, I also placed my copyright info for my tubes on
the little slip of paper in the invitation. hide the white background
layer and merge visible

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,

open PDS_ITL-paper3 c/p as a new layer and resize by
90% apply a mask of choice, I used BD-Mask5 now on some
masks there is a slight edge that I like to take off, so what I did
is grabbed the magic wand clicked outside the heart area, and
inverted, I went to modify feather by 45 and then invert and
hit delete until you are satisfied with your mask, Now open
PDS_ITL-paper8 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90 and
apply WSL_mask173, I duplicated mine and then merged
the two WSL masks, and then used raster deform to stretch
it out a bit,

Now lets open PDS_ITL-scatter2, c/p as a new layer, now open
PDS_ITL-frame4 c/p as a new layer, grab your magic wand
and click inside the openings and expand by 9 and invert,
open PDS_ITL-paper7 c/p as a new layer below the frame
hit delete and select none, now open PDS_ITL-birdbranch c/p
as a new layer arrange along the bottom edge of the frame
Now lets open PDS_ITL-mailbox c/p as a new layer, mirror
and resize by 78% two times and place towards the left of
the frame, now open PDS_ITL-heart1 c/p as a new layer
mirror and resize by 30% I placed mine on the leaf of the branch
I duplicated and mirrored it and then resized this one by 70% and
placed it at the base of the mailbox, Now open PDS_ITL-key
c/p as a new layer, resize by 22% and then rotate to the left
by 36% place across your smaller heart, Now open PDS_ITL-ribbon3
c/p as a new layer place this right above your heart scatter layer
mirror and have the bow peeking out from behind the mailbox
Now open PDS_ITL-ribbon1 c/p as a new layer right above
the scatter layer, I resized mine UP by 120% and placed this
near the bottom of the frame, now add a dropshadow of choice
(the heart scatter has a good shadow already!)
and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background layer
and merge visible.

open pd12-pp-03 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90%
apply a mask of choice, I used 75MaskkelsWWA

Now lets open pd12-frame-03 c/p as a new layer,
rotate to the left by 6 grab your magic wand and click
inside the frame opening, expand by 9 and invert, open
pd12-pp-05 c/p as a new layer below the frame and
hit delete, select none, now open pd12-stitching-01
c/p as a new layer and bring to the top, rotate to the left
by 96% place it so it covers part of the frame, the mask
and the paper fill you used, now lets open pd12-frame-01 c/p
as a new layer arrange to right above the mask layer and
resize by 70% now duplicate and bring one above the other
frame, now erase the bits you want to be below the square
frame,now lets open pd12-boarder-01 c/p as a new layer,
mirror and place it so some of the stitches grab it too,
now open pd12-heart-03 c/p as a new layer, resize by
resize by 44% and then mirror and rotate to the right by
18% and place near the far left of the frame, now open
pd12-heart-01 c/p as a new layer and resize by 38% place
this layer below the black heart, and rotate to the left by
18% now add a dropshadow of choice and a tube or tubes
of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

open pd12-pp-04 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used WynterMask1503087

Now lets open pd12-frame-02 c/p as a new layer
resize by 74%, grab your magic wand and click inside
the frame opening, expand by 9 and invert, now open
pd12-pp-02 c/p as a new layer and hit invert, select none
now open pd12-balloons c/p as a new layer and invert place
this layer right above your mask layer and resize by 72%
now open pd12-streamer-03 c/p as a new layer, rotate
to the right by 90 and then resize by 90% now open
pd12-streamer-01 c/p as a new layer and rotate to
the right by 85% place this layer below the other streamer
layer, now open pd12-candy-01 c/p as a new layer,
resize by 70% and rotate left by about 6 now open
pd12-candy-02 c/p as a new layer and resize by 70%
mirror and rotate to the right by 4 place this below
your other candy layer, now add a dropshadow of
choice to your elements (not the balloons) and a tube
of choice, hide your white background layer and merge
visible.
