Tube of choice, I used Elias Chatzoudis and a Photo from MMFF
(Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords)
Scrap used Machine by Pimp'd Designz
Font of choice I used aaaiightt!
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity
with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.
Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog!

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

Open pd-pp-04 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used a mask I have called image3-01 have NO idea where I
picked this one up, but any splotchy mask will work

Now lets open pd-frame-02 c/p as a new layer, resize by 90%
rotate to the left by 6% grab your magic wand and click inside
the frame opening, expand by 9 and then invert, open pd-pp-02
c/p as a new layer below the frame and hit delete, now open
pd-frame-05 c/p as a new layer and resize by 80% you will need
to use your free hand selection tool to draw around the frame
invert, Now depending on the tag you make, In one example
I am using a picture, you can just c/p this as a new layer below
your frame, if you are using a tube, add a paper of choice, and
hit delete, select none. Now open pd-wire-01 c/p as a new layer
place this between the top frame and bottom frame layers
resize by 90%, Now lets open pd-fence2 c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above the mask layer and move it up and
to the right a bit, Now open pd-splatter-02 c/p as a new layer
bring to the top and resize by 65%, now rotate to the left by 45%
now open pd-wire-02 c/p as a new layer, now lets open pd-nut
c/p as a new layer, arrange to your liking, I duplicated mine
and placed one in the top right corner of my frame and on
with the wire at the bottom of the frame, now open pd-screw
c/p as a new layer, rotate to the right by 10. Now open pd-wrench
c/p as a new layer and rotate to the right by 10% now on the
elias example I added pd-sign and resized it by 70% and then
rotated to the left by 6% add a dropshadow of choice to your
elements, the frame with the broken glass does not get a drop
shadow, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

I hope you enjoyed this tut
