Just a note about
my tuts I dont tell
all my secrets lol
like how I do the
glow on a name etc.
I also have no
control over the
FTU supplies
I am sorry but
sometimes the
kits are for a
limited time free
or just disappear,
I will share
masks etc ONLY
if the tou of
the creator allows,
You can easily find
another mask or kit
to use in place of
what I have used
on my tuts, I write tuts
as I create a tag,

I hope you all
enjoy them and
I thank you

taking the time

Spook Tree

Spook Tree

Tube of choice, I used Elias Chatzoudis and Suzanne Woolcott
Scrap used Spooksville by Pimp'd Designz
Font of choice I used Arlekino
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity
with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.
Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog!

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

open pd-pp--07 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90%
apply a mask of choice, I used a photomask called
iassom_photomask3, any halloweenish mask will do

Now lets open pd-frame-01 c/p as a new layer,
resize by 85% grab your magic wand and click
inside the frame opening and expand by 9% and
then invert, open pd-pp-06 c/p as a new layer
below the frame, and resize by 80% hit delete,
select none, Now lets open pd-frame-02 c/p as
a new layer right above your mask layer, resize by
80% and then rotate to the right by 12% move it
towards the left a bit, now open pd-spooky-tree
c/p as a new layer, arrange this below your black
frame layer, and place it near the left, I erased all
that was sticking out of the frame, now open
pd-web c/p as a new layer, arrange below your
tree layer, now open pd-moon c/p as a new
layer, arrange to below your frame fill layer,
resize by 70% I changed the hue and sat on mine
to give it a bit of an orange glow, now open
pd-bats-01 c/p as a new layer,resize by 70%
I duplicated mine and place one at the top and
on at the bottom of the tag, now open pd-print-03
c/p as a new layer arrange to right above your
frame fill layer and then erase any that is hanging
outside the frame, now open pd-sparkle-01 c/p
as a new layer again this is right above your frame
fill layer, Now I added a gradient glow to my bats
layers that matched the green that was already on
them, and also to the black frame layer (again the same
green as the bats) add a dropshadow and tube of
choice, hide the white background layer and merge

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

I hope you enjoyed this tut
