Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.
open paper11 and resize by 19% c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used DBV Mask 113 I duplicated
mine and merged the two together
Now lets open element 29 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 65% grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
opening, expand by 9 and invert, open paper10 resize
by 19% and c/p as a new layer below your frame layer
hit delete and leave selected, Now lets open element3
c/p as a new layer below the mask layer and resize by
60% arrange to your liking and hit delete, leave selected
open element78 c/p as a new layer and resize by 60%
place so just the very top edge shows and then hit delete
select none now, Open element 36 c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above your mask layer and then resize
by 60% place near the top left, duplicate, flip and mirror
place at the bottom right,now merge the two and then duplicate
and mirror, now open element19 c/p as
a new layer bring this to the top and resize by 42% and
place near the bottom right of your frame, now open
element63 c/p as a new layer, 35% place this below the
grass layer, I duplicated mine and moved the original layer
up just a bit and the duplicated layer I mirrored, now open
element58 c/p as a new layer and resize by 35% place this
layer below the top leaves layer, now duplicate and mirror
move this layer to right below the grass layer and resize this
by 75%, now open element40 c/p as a new layer and
bring to the top resize by 23% and place near the base
of the grass, now open element75% c/p as a new layer
mirror and arrange this layer to right above your mask layer
now resize by 60% now lets open element64 c/p as a new
layer arrange to right below your purple flower and resize
by 26% I duplicated mine and mirrored it and then flipped
it. Now open element 68 c/p as a new layer, arrange below
your purple flower layer and resize by 22% now lets open
element69 and c/p as a new layer resize by 22% and arrange
below your top purple flower and above the other purple
flower layer, now open element4 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 22% and flip it, arrange below your flowers
and have it peeking out the right, now open element76 c/p
as a new layer, bring to the top and resize by 20% place with
your flowers, now open element77 c/p as a new layer resize
by 23% and mirror, duplicate and rotate to the left by 21%
place them to your liking, now add a dropshadow of choice
to your tag and a tube of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.
open paper13 and resize by 19% c/p as a new layer and
apply a mask of choice, I used 211InsatiableDreams mask
I duplicated it and merged the two
Now lets open element 54 c/p as a new layer and resize by
70% mirror and now grab your magic wand and click inside the opening,
expand by 7 and then invert, open paper 5 and resize by
19% c/p as a new layer below the ribbon and hit delete, select none
and change the blend mode on this layer to Luminance
now open element 60 c/p as a new layer and resize by 25% place
towards the bottom left, I used gamma control to brighten it up a bit
now open element 18 c/p as a new layer resize by 36% arrange below the
sheep layer, now open element 40 c/p as a new layer, arrange to right
above the lace layer resize by 45% and then duplicate and mirror,
(I duplicated both of these and moved them so it would look like a spill
of flowers) Now open element 42 c/p as a new layer and resize by 36%
arrange with your lamb and carrage, Now open element 61 c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above the mask layer and resize by 35% place
near the bottom right, duplicate, mirror and place back with the
other flower, now open element 31 c/p as a new layer, arrange to
right above the frame layer, resize by 60% duplicate and mirror
I adjusted the color to match the paper inside the frame using
hue and saturation, Now open element 33 and c/p as a new layer
resize by 60% and use manual color correction to change the color
to match your tag, Now paste it again this time resize by 45%
do the same as above this time using a darker version of the color
you just used, rotate both of these to the left by 9%. Now add a
dropshadow of choice and a tube (Or pic) of choice, hide the white
background layer and merge visible. I used a very light brown dropshadow
on the lace frame.

Snips and Snails

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,

Now lets open element 44 (frame) and c/p as a new layer
resize by 60%, move just a bit to the left, grab your magic
wand and click inside the frame opening, expand by 9 and
then invert, open paper 8 and resize by 19% c/p as a new
layer below the frame and hit delete, (I used hue and saturation
to change the color of the frame to grey) Now select none, Now
open element 41 c/p as a new layer, arrange to right above
the mask layer, resize by 50% and then rotate to the left
by 90% place towards the right of the frame, duplicate
flip and then mirror, Now lets open element 16 c/p as a new
layer resize by 35% place towards the bottom right of the
frame, now open element 30 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 25% and place towards the bottom left of the frame,
now open element 36 c/p as a new layer and resize by
15% place near your box, open element 51 c/p as a new
layer and mirror, resize by 25% and then rotate to the right
by 36% place so it "leans" on the ball, Now open element 48
c/p as a new layer, mirror and resize by 18% place near your
ball. Now open element 46 use manual correction tool to colorize
to match your tag, now c/p as a new layer, resize by 70%
arrange along the top of the frame, now open element 37 c/p
as a new layer and resize by 25% place in the center of the bow
now open element 12 c/p as a new layer and resize by 25% place
in the center of the flower, now open element 54 c/p as a new layer
and resize by 25% place so it hangs down from the bow you just added,
now open element 40 c/p as a new layer and resize by 30% place
in the center of your bow you added, but above the airplane layer
(hiding the top of the loop of the airplane hanger) now add a
dropshadow of choice and a tube of choice (or picture) hide
the white background layer and merge visible.

A Taste Of Autumn

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Add a new layer and flood fill with #f1dc9c now go image resize all layer UNCHECKED, resize this layer by 90% add a mask of choice, I used WSL_Mask167. I also mirrored this layer, and stretched it out a bit to barely show from behind my tag (When I was happy with all my elements etc) using the raster deform tool
Now lets open Autumn Leaves c/p as a new layer and resize this by 60% and then resize it again by 60% move it up and to the left of your work area, duplicate this layer and move it down just a little on the same side, Now lets open Flower 2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 55% now move this over towards the right top of your work area, Now lets open Leaf 7 c/p as a new layer image mirror and then image flip resize this by 45% arrange this towards the bottom left of your work area, now lets open Frame 6 c/p as a new layer resize this by 45% image rotate, free rotate to the right by 12% Now click inside your frame using your magic wand tool, selections modify, expand by 8 add a new raster layer and flood fill this with #f1dc9c, add a texture of choice I used 10-cmv (supplied for you) with these settings
Now lets open Fall Decor 2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 45% and now rotate this to the right by 12% Open Flower 5 c/p as a new layer resize this by 20% move this layer below the fall decor layer and move it over behind the flower on the left of your tag. Open Leaf 2 c/p as a new layer resize this by 48% again we want this below the fall decor layer, move it over towards the right of the tag, layer duplicate and then flip this, now still working below the fall decor layer open Leaf 6 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 25% arrange with your other leaves, duplicate and flip, bringing this back with your other leaves, now open Pumpkin 3 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 18% now mirror this and move it over towards the bottom right of the frame area, Bring this layer to the top, Now open Pumpkin 4 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 25% arrange these with your other pumpkin, Now open Rope with beads 2 c/p as a new layer image flip and resize this by 33% arrange this layer to where it is below your pumpkins. now rotate this to the left by 9%. Now open Flower 1 c/p as a new layer arrange this layer below your fall decor layer but above your leaves resize this by 38% now duplicate this layer and then image mirror, bring that back over with your other flower, duplicate again and move the flower up or down (use my tag as a guide) grab your free hand selection tool and select the stem of the flower that is showing towards the bottom of the tag and delete that. when you are happy with all your elements and the placement add a drop shadow of choice and a tube of choice, hide your white background layer and merge visiable

My Summer Escape

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open Frame6 c/p as a new layer, resize this by 75% Now open frame 2 and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 75% now open flower 7 c/p as a new layer resize by 45% rotate this to the right by 18% now open flower 3 c/p as a new layer resize by 25% arrange with your other flower, duplicate this layer and move it below your first flower you added and move it up just abit,
now open flower 2 c/p as a new layer resize this by 31% move this below your other flowers, Now Open Leaves 2 and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 31% arrange to where this layer is below your frame layer and move it over so it is peeking out from behind your flowers, now duplicate this and go image flip and then image rotate to the right by 45% I duplicated this layer and moved it over a bit as well to hang out from under the bottom edge of my frame,
Now open Starfish and c/p as a new layer resize this by 18% and move it up towards the left side of your frame,
now go down to your white background layer, open paper 16 resize by 22% and c/p as a new layer now add a mask of choice, i used insatable dreams mask 211 now using the raster deform tool smush it down so it looks like it is just at the bottom of your frame, now open paper 2 resize by 22% c/p as a new layer right above your white background layer, add a mask of choice I used the same mask as above, using the raster deform tool again smush it up so it looks like the sky above the sand,
Now grab your magic wand and click inside your frame go selections modify expand
by 8 selections invert, add a tube of choice and hit delete to rid yourself of the excess hanging out of the frame, add a dropshadow of choice to your elements, hide your white background layer and merge visiable when you are satisfied with your tag

Open Paper 3 and c/p as a new layer resize this by 80% add a square mask of choice, now open Frame 1 and c/p as a new layer resize this by 75% image rotate to the right by 12% move this up and to the left, Now open Frame 2 c/p as a new layer, resize by 75% image rotate to the right by 12% move this down and to the right, Now open Glitter Splats 3 c/p as a new layer right above your mask layer, layer duplicate and Image mirror then image resize by 75% arrange to your liking . Now open Branch, c/p as a new layer below your frame layers, image mirro and line up to the left of the top frame, layer duplicate and image mirror, arrange this layer to the right of the lower frame, Now open flower 5 c/p as a new layer resize this by 55% and arrange to the top left of your left frame (this layer is below that frame) now open flower 4 c/p as a new layer resize this by 55% and arrange with your other flower, rotate this by 18% to the right, now open Flower 1 c/p as a new layer, resize this by 55% and add to your other flowers, duplicate this and image mirror, resize this layer by 85% layer duplicate and move down just a bit (these 2 flowers should be below and to the right of the right frame) Now open Spilled Beads and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 50% duplicate and image mirror, duplicate again and image flip, Now Open Heart 1 and c/p as a new layer, image resize by 55% and move over to the left bottom of the tag, Now open Heart 2 c/p as a new layer resize by 55% image rotate to the right by 36% and arrange to your liking, Now open Jeweled Flower and c/p as a new layer resize this by 55% and arrange with the 2 hearts, Now open String 4 and c/p as a new layer image mirror and add to the top left of the bottom frame, Now grab your magic wand and click inside the top frame, selections modify expand by 8 and then selections invert, Open paper 1 and c/p as a new layer BELOW the top left frame, hit delete and select none, now click inside the bottom right frame, selections modify expand by 8 selections invert paste the paper again and hit delete, move this to right below that frame,add a drop shadow to your elements and tubes of choice to your frames, Hide you white background layer and merge visiable when you are satisfied with the placement of everything.
