Font of choice I used Cinnamon Roll Frosted
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity
with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

open pd-pp-12 c/p as a new layer, resize by 92%
apply a mask of choice, I used pd-mask-01 on my tag

Now lets open pd-wa-mask, c/p as a new layer, resize by
74% and place near the bottom of the mask, On mine
I selected all, floated, and then defloated, added a new
layer and filled with white, then deleted the original layer,
now lets open pd-frame-01 c/p as a new layer,
resize by 74%, mirror and then rotate to the left by 6% ,
now open pd-frame-02 c/p as a new layer, and
resize by 85% place near the right of the green frame,
now open pd-frame-03 c/p as a new layer place this one
towards the left, resize by 85%, now grab your
magic wand, click inside the frame opening, expand by 9 and
then invert, open pd-pp-03 c/p as a new layer below the frame
and hit delete, do this for the bell frame as well, now lets open
pd-pine-needles-01 c/p as a new layer, arrange to right above
the mask layer, I pasted it again this time above the green frame
and resized by 85% and then rotated it to the left by 90%
now open pd-greenery-cluster, c/p as a new layer,arrange this
to right above the pine needles and then flip it, arrange towards
the bottom left of your tag, now open pd-berries-01 c/p
as a new layer, arrange to right above the first pine bough
you added, resize by 75% and mirror, now lets open
pd-candycane-01 c/p as a new layer and resize by 45%
arrange to right above your wa layer, now lets open
pd-ornament-01 c/p as a new layer resize by 68% and
then rotate to the right by 36% place near your candycane
I kept this as the top layer for later,
now open pd-snowflake-03 c/p as a new layer, arrange
to right above your mask layer, resize by 50% place
near the top left of the tag, now open pd-snowflake-02
c/p as a new layer, again above the mask layer, resize
by 50% again place towards the left, and near the bottom
duplicate and mirror, now open pd-ribbon-03 c/p
as a new layer, arrange to right above the candycane
layer and resize by 38% mirror and place it on
the candycane. Now open pd-light-strand c/p as a
new layer, bring to the top and mirror, now lets open
pd-santa-hat c/p as a new layer, bring to the top and
resize by 38% now rotate to the left by 12% and then
mirror, now place it on the ornament, now lets add a
dropshadow of choice and a tube or tubes of choice,
hide the white background layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,
