Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.
Open Paper03 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 90% and
apply a mask of choice, I used DBV_mask 106
Now lets open the wave and c/p as a new layer on your mask
Now open Frame 5 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 65% and
then rotate to the left by 12% grab your magic wand and click
inside the opening and expand by 9% and then invert, now open
paper 1 c/p as a new layer below the frame and hit delete,
select none, now open seawood c/p as a new layer and resize
by 70% and rotate to the left by 90% and then mirror, arrange
towards the bottom of your work area, now open greenery 2 c/p
as a new layer and resize by 70%, duplicate, mirror and flip, arrange
the two so the stems lay together, and with your seawood, now open
flowers 1 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 70% and then rotate
to the right by 76% I duplicated mine and moved it a bit
to the left, and then flipped it, now open the fence, c/p as a new
layer and resize by 70% place this below your wave layer,
now open flowers 2 c/p as a new layer, arrange to right above
the greenery layer, resize 2 times by 70% then mirror and rotate
to the left by 75% duplicate and move to the left a bit, duplicate
again and mirror, rotate it a bit to the right by 24% or less, now
open the shipswheel c/p as a new layer and resize by 70%
place near the bottom left of the frame, bring this layer to
the top, now open greenery 3 c/p as a new layer arrange to right
above the frame layer, resize by 60% and rotate to the left by
18% I duplicated mine a few times, mirroring and flipping them
to fill in areas, now lets open the rope, c/p as a new layer and
resize by 70% flip and then rotate to the left by 9% arrange
this layer to right above your frame layer, now open ribbon4
c/p as a new layer, arrange this to below your wheel, and your
seawood layers mirror and then rotate to the right by 5% and
then resize by 70% now open ribbon1 c/p as a new layer
arrange below the ribbon you just added, resize by 70%,
rotate to the left by 90% and then mirror, now open button1
c/p as a new layer and arrange this below your flower layers,
I duplicated mine 2 times, scattering among the greenery and
flowers, now open bow2 c/p as a new layer, arrange in the center
of the top of the frame, now paste the button again this time
place in the center of the bow, when you are happy with your
tag, add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and a tube
of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.
(On the Anna Liwang example I used part of the paper word art as well)
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

and apply a mask of choice, I used HorsePlay's Pasture Mask 22
I applyed it twice, then merged group, then duplicated this
Now lets open CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_frame1 c/p as a new
layer, resize by 70% grab your freehand selection tool and
draw around the openings of the frame, and invert, open
CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_paper02 c/p as a new layer
below the frame and hit delete, select none, now lets open
CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_umbrella c/p as a new layer
resize by 70% and then flip it, place to your liking, open
CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_bow2 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 75% and place towards the top of the frame,
now open CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_flower2 c/p as a new
layer and arrange this layer below the frame and paper layer
arrange to your liking, and resize by 75% now open
CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_ribbon1 c/p as a new layer
arrange below the flower and resize by 75% and move it
up and towards the right, now duplicate, flip and mirror,
Now lets open CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_greenery1
c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer to right above
the frame layer, mirror and resize by 55% I duplicated
mine and mirrored it again, this time I resize by 80%
I arranged these along the left side of the frame, now open
CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_key c/p as a new layer
arrange below your ribbon across the top of the frame, resize
by 75% duplicate, mirror and resize by 80% place them so the
hang behind the ribbon on the left of the frame, now open
CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_bird c/p as a new layer, bring
to the top and resize by 45% place it so it is perched on
the umbrella, Now open CreatedbyJill_ShadesofRion1_stars
c/p as a new layer, arrange to right above the mask, resize
by 80% place it towards the top of the frame, duplicate and
flip, duplicate again and rotate to the right by 90% now duplicate
this one and mirror, place all four so the peek from behind the frame
when you are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of choice
(not on the stars) and a tube of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

resize by 80% and move up to the right just a bit, now lets open

70%, place towards the bottom right of the mask area, duplicate

c/p as a new layer and resize by 70% and then rotate to the
right by 6%, grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
opening, expand by 9 and then invert, Now open

the bottom right with the greenery, Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_EarthandSky_flower3 c/p as a new layer, resize
this by 36% duplicate and then resize this one by 85%
Now open CreatedbyJill_EarthandSky_heartpearl c/p as a new
layer, rotate to the left by 6% arrange this layer below your
flower layers, and have it peeking out, duplicate and bring this
one to the top, mirror and resize by 70% place in the center
of your larger brown flower, Open CreatedbyJill_EarthandSky_star
c/p as a new layer resize by 40% and place with your flowers
and greenery, when you are happy with your tag, add a drop
shadow of choice and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

85% and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice, I used
Artmama's mask 06
Now lets open CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_frame3
c/p as a new layer, move it up just a bit on the mask, now
grab your magic wand and click inside each opening, and then
expand by about 8 or 9, now invert, and then open
CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_paper01 c/p as a new layer
below the frame layer, resize this by about 80% and then hit
delete. Now open CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_sheetmusic
c/p as a new layer above this paper and hit delete, now Select none,
Turn the opacity down to about 50% and then change the blend
mode on this layer to Luminance. Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_flower4 c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above the mask layer and then resize by
85%, place this towards the top left of your frame,
Now open CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_flower3
c/p as a new layer right above the other flower layer,
resize this by 90% and place with the flower your just
added, duplicate and mirror and bring this back with the other
flowers, Now open CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_flower2
c/p as a new layer resize by 65%, I duplicated mine and flipped
it, Now duplicate this flower again and mirror, leaving on the
right side of the frame peeking out, duplicate and flip and
have this one peeking out from the bottom right of the frame.
Now we are going to work above the frame layer, we will be
using Flower2 and Flower3 again so you can either duplicate
the ones you have added already or c/p each again,
I resized from original size on these by 45% and 40%
I duplicated Flower3 three times and Flower2 3 times as well
Now lets open CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_greenery2
c/p as a new layer place this layer right above the frame layer
mirror and then resize by 45% place along the bottom of
the frame, duplicate and rotate to the left by 15% go back
to the original and duplicate again, this time rotate to the right
by 90% place along the right side of the frame, Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_greenerye and c/p as a new
layer, this will be below the flowers but above the other greenery
resize by 45% I duplicated mine a few times, mirrored and rotated
a few as well, now open CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_flower5
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 45% I duplicated this to a total
of 3 roses, I rotated one to the left by 15% and then one to the
left by 90% arrange with your other flowers, now lets open
CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_glittermesh c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above the mask layer, mirror this and turn the
opacity down to 40% on this layer, Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_ribbon2 c/p as a new layer
arrange this layer to right above the frame layer and place along
the bottom of the frame, open CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_hearts
c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer to right above your ROSES layers
but below your other flower layers, resize by 54% and place with your
flowers on the right side of the frame, now lets open
CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_dragonfly c/p as a new layer
mirror and then resize by 65% and place at the top left of the frame
Open CreatedbyJill_DarkSideoftheMoon_butterflies and c/p as a new
layer resize by 65% and then rotate to the right by 75%
Now on my tag I did use gamma correction on the roses to brighten
them just a bit, I also changed the hue and saturation on my butterflies
a bit and then used gamma correction on those as well, when you
are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of choice to your elements
and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background layer and
merge visible.

80% and apply a mask of choice, I used gemsmask 16
turn the opacity down to about 44% on this layer,
Now lets open Frame2 in the sampler and c/p as a new
layer, resize this by 70% now grab your magic wand and click
inside each of the openings, expand by 9 and then invert open
paper1 c/p as a new layer below the frame and resize by 70%
and hit delete. select none, now open ribbonwrap 1 and c/p
as a new layer, resize by 72% and place in the center of the
frame, now open greenery from the kit and c/p as a new
layer, arrange to right above the mask layer, and resize by
70% place near the top right, I duplicated mine and resized
by 70% and placed with the other, then I duplicated again
and flipped it, bring this one back with the other greenery
now lets open the glitter from the sampler c/p as a new
layer place this above the frame layer and towards the bottom
of the frame, I used gamma correction to brighten this
a bit, resize ths by 90%, Now lets open the drink from the
sampler and c/p as a new layer, resize by 80% I used gamma
correction to darken it just a bit, now open the lime from
the sampler, c/p as a new layer and resize this by 50%
duplicate and flip it then rotate to the left by 115%
now place lime layer below the other, and place each with
the drink, now open the gem from the sampler, and c/p
as a new layer, resize this by 50% now duplicate and rotate
to the left by 36% and then resize this one by 70% Now
add a dropshadow of choice to your elements (I did not
use one on the glitter) and a tube or tubes of choice, hide
the white background layer and merge visible.

and resize by 80% Now apply a mask of choice, I used
a mask I had in my stock called Floating Squares, I have no
idea who the creator is of this mask, if you happen to know
I would GREATLY appreciate if you contact me
Now open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_paper1 c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 80% arrange below your mask layer and
apply a mask of choice to this paper, I used another of my
odd masks this one is called floredges (but any funky square
mask will work)
Now lets open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_frame c/p as a new layer
resize this by 45% now rotate to the left by 9% and move up
and to the left, duplicate and mirror, arrange this one down and
to the right a bit. Now grab your magic wand, click inside the first
frame opening, expand by 9 and then invert, now lets open
CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_paper2 rotate to the left by 9% and then
c/p as a new layer below the frame resize by 70% and hit delete,
select none, now go back to the paper and go edit undo rotate, now
rotate to the right by 99% and then go back to the second frame
select inside the frame opening, and expand by 9 then invert, c/p the
rotated paper below this frame and resize by 70% and then hit
delete, select none, Now lets open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_doodle
c/p as a new layer, resize this by 70% and place towards the bottom
of the frame, Now open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_beadsequinspill and
c/p as a new layer this will be right above your mask layers, resize by
70% and place towards the top right of the mask area, duplicate, flip
and mirror, Now open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_foliage c/p as a new
layer, resize by 70% and then mirror, place this layer to right above
the mask layer, I turned the brightness this up just a bit using gamma
correction, Now duplicate and flip, Now lets open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_flower1
c/p as a new layer, bring this to the top and resize by 30% now place
along the doodle, I duplicated mine 2 times placing each on the doodle
when you have the flowers where you want them duplicate each one
and move these layers below the doodle,
Now Go back to your doodle layer and select all float defloat (I set my
tolerance to about 10) and then go back to each flower and erase
the part you want "Threaded" on the doodle,and then select none,
then open the beadsequinspill and freehand select one of the sequins
and copy it, then paste as a new layer and place in the center of
each flower. now lets open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_washer,
c/p as a new layer place where you would want it on the doodle,
now duplicate and place one above the doodle and one below the
doodle, erase the part you want threaded on the doodle, when
applying a dropshadow do it on the layer BELOW the doodle,
now lets open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_bow and c/p as a new
layer, resize by 75% and place at the top corner of your bottom frame,
Now add a dropshadow of choice and a tube or tubes of choice to
your tag, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

Open CreatebyJill_SweetLatte_paper09 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 80% apply a mask of choice, I used AR315_CMC-mask85
I have NO idea where I aquired this mask but any funky square
mask will work well,
Now open CreatebyJill_SweetLatte_frame3 c/p as a new layer
resize this by 65% now move it up and to the left a bit, now
lets open CreatebyJill_SweetLatte_frame2 c/p as a new layer
mirror and then resize by 65% now grab your magic wand and
click inside the frame opening, expand by 9% and then invert
open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_paper06 c/p as a new layer
below the frame and resize by 80% now hit delete and select
none. Now open CreatebyJill_SweetLatte_coffeedrink and c/p
as a new layer, resize by 45% and place towards the bottom
left of your work area, open CreatebyJill_SweetLatte_coffeecup
and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 45% place with the iced
coffee drink, open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_cupcakes and c/p
as a new layer, resize this by 45% and place towards the right
of your tag, now open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_coffeebeans c/p
as a new layer and resize by 30% place this part on the saucer
of the coffee cup, I duplicated mine and mirrored it and then
rotated them to the left by 36% Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_coffeestirrers c/p as a new layer
and place this right above the coffee cup layer,resize by 30%
and then rotate to the right by 45%, now lets open
CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_raffia, c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above your mask layer and resize by 50%
place towards the top right of the work area, Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_foilage1 c/p as a new layer arrange
this right above the raffia layer and resize by 50% place
on the right of the frame, duplicate and flip, now lets open
CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_bow2 c/p as a new layer arrange this
layer to right above the frame layer, place towards the top right
now open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_ribbon4 c/p as a new layer
again right above the frame layer, resize by 80% and place
along the bottom edge of the frame, Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_button c/p as a new layer, this will
be above the bow layer and place it in the center of the bow
resize by 60% Now lets open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_flower2
c/p as a new layer and resize by 60% arrange this layer to
right above the foliage layer, and move it up towards the top
of the frame, now open CreatedbyJill_SweetLatte_flower1
c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer to right above the
mask layer, resize by 60% and move it down towards the
bottom right of the frame, now add a dropshadow of choice
to your elements and a tube or tubes of choice, hide your white
background layer and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.
Lets open CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_paper09
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 80% and
apply a mask of choice, I used Artmama'sMask_06
Now lets open CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_mask
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 65% and place
this layer below the other mask layer, now lets open
CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_frame2 c/p as a new
layer and resize this by 55% and then rotate to the
left by 6% grab your magic wand and click inside
the frame opening, expand by 9% and then invert,
now open CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_paper02
c/p as a new layer below the frame layer, resize by
55% and then hit delete, select none, Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_frame1 c/p as a new
layer arrange to right above the mask layer and
resize by 55% now rotate to the right by 12% and
place towards the top right of the frame, now lets
open CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_ribbonwrap c/p
as a new layer and bring to the top, rotate to the
left by 6% now resize by 49% and place towards
the bottom of the frame, now lets open
CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_glitter1 c/p as a new
layer, arrange to right above the mask layer and
resize by 50% place towards the bottom of the
frame on the left, and duplicate and mirror, now lets
open CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_sparkletrail c/p as
a new layer, arrange this to right below the frame and
above the paper fill, resize by 60% now lets open
CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_foliage2 c/p as a new
layer, arrange this layer to below the ribbon layer
resize by 35% and place towards the left of the tag,
now duplicate and move this layer to the top, resize
this one by 80% and then move it down just a bit
now duplicate this one and rotate to the left by 35%
now duplicate again this time mirror it, now once more
duplicate, now rotate to the right by 36% Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_flower1 c/p as a new
layer bring this to the top and resize by 50% open
CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_flower2 and c/p as a
new layer, resize this by 45% arrange with your
other flower, I changed the hue and saturation a bit
on this flower, with these settings below

Now add a dropshadow of choice and a tube or tubes
of choice, (I did not dropshadow the glitter or the sparkle
trail) Hide your white background layer and merge visible

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open WF_paper11_cbj c/p as a new layer resize by 80% and add a mask of choice I used one by Insatiable dreams mask 211
Now let open WF_frame03a_cbj c/p as a new layer and resize by 90%,, Click inside your frame (dont miss the spot below the ribbon) and then go selections modify expand by 8 now selections invert, Open WF_paper11_cbj and hit delete, select none move this layer below your frame layer, Now open WF_ clock_cbj c/p as a new layer and resize this by 50% arrange to your liking, now open WF_bling_cbj c/p as a new layer resize by 70% and then image rotate to the left by 12% arrange this layer below your frame and your paper, move it up so it peeks from behind the top of the frame, Now open WF_leaves_cbj and c/p as a new layer resize by 90% now rotate to the right by 72% move this layer below your frame layer as well, now make it peek out from BELOW I mirrored this as well on my tag, Now lets open WF_ribbon6_cbj and c/p as a new layer image mirror and then move this layer below your frame layer, now open WF_ribbon5_cbj and c/p as a new layer, go image flip and image mirror, arrange towards the bottom of your frame, resize this by 90% and then free rotate to the left by 12%, Now lets open WF_hotcocoa _cbj and c/p as a new layer image resize by 60% and image mirror, now place it where you can see a couple of the marshmellows on the frame now open WF_ marshmellow_cbj and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 23% and image rotate to the left by 12% paste it again this time resize it by 18% image mirror and rotate to the right by 18% arrange in front of your cup, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements (I did not dropshadow the leaves) and a tube of choice, when you are happy with your tag, hide your white background and merge visiable.
In my second example I used the WF_icywordart4_cjb and used hue and saturation with these settings and (NO DROPSHADOW)

Open AS_paper09_cbj and c/p as a new layer, resize by 85% and apply a mask of choice, I used a around mask. Open AS_boxes1_cbj and c/p as a new layer, Open AS_boots_cbj and c/p as a new layer, image resize by 50% and move over towards the right of your tag. now Open AS_ladder_cbj and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 50% and move over towards the left of your tag, leaning it up against your boxes. now Open AS_umbrella_cbj and c/p as a new layer resize this by 80% and move this layer Below the boots layer. now Open AS_leafspill_cbj and c/p as a new layer, Mine is right above the box layer duplicate this and mirror arrange to your liking. now Open AS_bird_cbj and c/p as a new layer, I place this right above the box layer and resized it by 45% now add your tubes of choice, I am using the new "Willow and her woodland Friends Tube" by Suzanne Woolcott I used a leaf from this set, the lady bug, the darling hedgehog, Willow and her Bunny and the Heart in the wording at the top!
