Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.

Open PDS_VG-paper5 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used BtflyFlbyMask4 turn the opacity down to 60% on this layer

Now lets open PDS_VG-frame1 c/p as a new layer, grab your magic
wand and click inside the frame opening, expand by 9 and then invert
now open PDS_VG-paper2 c/p as a new layer below the frame, hit
delete and select none, now lets open PDS_VG-element43 c/p as
a new layer arrange this below the frame and paper, resize by
50% I duplicated this about 4 times, I placed one in the upper
right area of the tag, then flipped and mirrored it, placeing at the
bottom left of the tag, now moved the other 2 duplicated leaves
up above the frame layer, placing one faceing up and the the left
and the other facing down and to the right, Now lets open
PDS_VG-element16 c/p as a new layer and rotate to the right by
90% and arrange along the bottom edge of the frame, now open
PDS_VG-element67 c/p as a new layer place along the bottom
of the frame, duplicate and flip and then rotate to the right by
18%, Now open PDS_VG-element14 c/p as a new layer place
near the bottom left of your frame with your leaves, now open
PDS_VG-element15 c/p as a new layer and place with your other
rope flower, Now open PDS_VG-element 60 c/p as a new layer
and place at the bottom left as well, now lets open PDS_VG-45
c/p as a new layer and resize by 70% and place with your other
flower, now open PDS_VG-element44 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 50% place with your other element, now lets open
PDS_VG-element51 c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer below
the purple flower layer and then rotate to the right by 19%
Now lets open PDS_VG-element12 c/p as a new layer, arrange
this layer below all your flower layers and then mirror, now open
PDS_VG-element9 c/p as a new layer right above the other ribbon
now open PDS_VG-element25 c/p as a new layer arrange to right
above your mask layer, move towards the right and duplicate
and mirror, I changed the blend mode on these layers, to
soft light, when you are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow
and tube of choice, hide the white background layer and merge
visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.

Open RYoung_SummerSlushee_Paper6 resize by 17%
and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice, I used
a mask called B-edgemask1 I have no idea where I aquired
this mask but any square mask will work

Now open RYoung_SummerSlushee_PhotoMat and c/p as a new
layer, resize this by 35% now grab your freehand selection tool
and draw out a rectangle about the size of your mask, go up to
selections and feather about 20%, now invert and hit delete a couple
times, now select none, I turned the blend mode to overlay on this
layer, now lets open RYoung_SummerSlushee_beadspill and c/p
as a new layer, resize this by 35% arrange towards the bottom
right of the mask area, now open RYoung_SummerSlushee_leafframe
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 18% now rotate to the left
by 9% grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening
expand by 9% and then invert, now lets open
RYoung_SummerSlushee_Paper3 resize this by 17%
(or a paper of your choice) and c/p as a new layer below the
frame and hit delete, select none, Now lets open
RYoung_SummerSlushee_ribbon4 c/p as a new layer
resize by 16% now arrange this layer to right above the
photomap layer, flip and then mirror this, arrange so it shows
towards the left of the frame, I also rotated this to the right by 6%
Now lets open RYoung_SummerSlushee_paperleaf, c/p as a new
layer and bring this to the top, resize by 10% and then mirror this
arrange towards the bottom left of the frame,now lets open
RYoung_SummerSlushee_flower c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 12% and place with your leaf, now lets open
RYoung_SummerSlushee_buttonflower and c/p as a new layer
resize this by 25% and place in the center of the other flower,
now lets open RYoung_SummerSlushee_ribbon_5 c/p as a new
layer, arrange this layer to right above the frame layer, resize by
35% and then rotate to the right by 15% place so it hangs
our below the flowers, now add a dropshadow of choice to your
elements, and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

c/p as a new layer and resize this by 65% and place
this layer below the other mask layer, now lets open

layer and resize this by 55% and then rotate to the
left by 6% grab your magic wand and click inside
the frame opening, expand by 9% and then invert,
now open CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_paper02
c/p as a new layer below the frame layer, resize by
55% and then hit delete, select none, Now lets open

layer arrange to right above the mask layer and
resize by 55% now rotate to the right by 12% and
place towards the top right of the frame, now lets

above the paper fill, resize by 60% now lets open
CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_foliage2 c/p as a new
layer, arrange this layer to below the ribbon layer
resize by 35% and place towards the left of the tag,
now duplicate and move this layer to the top, resize
this one by 80% and then move it down just a bit
now duplicate this one and rotate to the left by 35%
now duplicate again this time mirror it, now once more
duplicate, now rotate to the right by 36% Now lets open
CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_flower1 c/p as a new
layer bring this to the top and resize by 50% open
CreatedbyJill_StarlightFantasy_flower2 and c/p as a
new layer, resize this by 45% arrange with your
other flower, I changed the hue and saturation a bit
on this flower, with these settings below

Now add a dropshadow of choice and a tube or tubes
of choice, (I did not dropshadow the glitter or the sparkle
trail) Hide your white background layer and merge visible

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open PDS_VDC-paper6 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90% apply a mask of choice, I used mask 200InsatiableDreams Now lets open PDS_VDC-frame3 c/p as a new layer resize by 90% grab your magic wand and click inside the frame expand by 9% and then invert, now open PDS_VDC-paper5 c/p as a new layer below the frame layer, resize this by 90% 2 times hit delete and select none, now open PDS_VDC-paper7 c/p as a new layer resize this by 90% and apply the same mask as you did above change the blend mode on this layer to screen, I squished it just a bit on my tag, Now lets open PDS_VDC-leaves2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 45% now rotate to the left by 90% duplicate and mirror, arrange these at the bottom edge of your frame, I duplicated once again and rotated to the left by 18% and then duplicated and mirrored this, now open PDS_VDC-leaves1 c/p as a new layer, arrange to right above the frame layer, resize by 45% and arrange so it shows a bit from below your other leaves, now duplicate and mirror, Now open PDS_VDC-flower1 c/p as a new layer rotate to the right by 90% resize by 45% duplicate and mirror, now duplicate again this time rotate to the left by 18%, again duplicate and mirror and then flip, Now lets open PDS_VDC-flower4 c/p as a new layer, resize by 45% arrange this layer below the greenery that is closest to the center of the frame, duplicate and mirror, now open PDS_VDC-flower5 c/p as a new layer, arrange this to right above the greenery layer, and resize by 45% and place towards the left of the bottom center of your frame now duplicate and mirror. Now lets open PDS_VDC-flower3 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 45% rotate to the left by 90% and duplicate and mirror, now paste again and resize again by 45% this time rotate to the left by 65% arrange this layer below the 2 you just added, now duplicate and mirror Now lets open PDS_VDC-swirl1 c/p as a new layer, rotate to the left by 90% duplicate and mirror and place both along the flower greenery cluster you have made, now open PDS_VDC-ribbon3 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 80% and place at the bottom center of your frame, add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) open seni_p1 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer apply a mask of choice, I used Becky's mask 23 squish it up towards the left of your work area, now open seni_p6 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer apply the same mask as above and then squish it up towards the right Now lets open seni_el34 c/p as a new layer and resize by 22% and then rotate to the left by 14% Now lets open seni_el36 c/p as a new layer and rotate to the left by 90% now resize by 22% duplicate and flip and resize this one by 90% arrange together and move both below your post it note layer, now open seni_el31 c/p as a new layer arrange this layer right above your mask layers, resize by 22%, open seni_el25 c/p as a new layer again below your post it layer, resize by 19% and then rotate to the left by about 6% now open the leaf I supplied and c/p as a new layer, I duplicated and rotated mine a few times, all these are below the post it layer, now open seni_el38 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 13% arrange so it peeks out towards the bottom of your post it note, now open seni_el10 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 13% arrange so it peeks out on the left side of your post it note, now open seni_el20 c/p as a new layer this goes right above your scatter layer, resize by 13%, I duplicated mine a few times and also rotated a couple of them, now open the stool I provided and c/p as a new layer arrange to your liking and the rose I provided as well, I placed my rose above the post it note layer in the bottom left corner. Now open seni_el18 c/p as a new layer bring this to the top and resize by 20% open seni_el40 c/p as a new layer and resize by 6% rotate to the left by 14% and place at the top folded area of the post it note I added a gradient glow to match my tube and then another gradient glow of white, Now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and a little note on your post it note, a tube of choice, when you are happy with your tag hide the white background layer and merge visible. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open paper9 resize by 18% and then c/p as a new layer apply a mask of choice, I used HorsePlays mask 27 I duplicated it and then merged the two (I also changed the hue for the shawlie tag) Now open element12 (frame) c/p as a new layer and resize this by 25% Now lets open element 8 (leaves) c/p as a new layer, place this right above your mask layer resize by 25% and place on the right side of the frame duplicate and resize this by 80% then rotate to the right by 15%, Now duplicate BOTH leaves layers and flip them both, now duplicate one of the smaller leaves and then rotate to the right by 86% and arrange along the bottom of the frame, (depending on the one you duplicated you may have to mirror it) now lets open element21 (leaves again) c/p as a new layer and resize this by 16% arrange towards the bottom of the frame, I duplicated this 2 times to fill in the area, now lets open paper6 resize this by 18% grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening modify and expand by 9 and then invert the selection c/p the paper as a new layer hit delete, and move this layer below the frame, again I changed the hue to match my tubes, Now lets open element17 (white rose) c/p as a new layer, bring this to the top and resize by 25% now open element15 (pale blue rose) c/p as a new layer resize by 20% and mirror place with your other rose again I colorized this to match my tubes, open element44 (feather1) c/p as a new layer resize this by 25% drag this below your two rose layers, I mirrored mine now open element43(feather2) c/p as a new layer and resize this by 25% mirror and then rotate to the left by 85% place at the bottom edge of the frame area, now open element 33(white flower) c/p as a new layer and bring to the top, resize by 15% and place with your roses, I duplicated mine a few times and placed them around the roses, some layers below the roses, now open element25 (blue string bow) c/p as a new layer and bring to the top, resize by 30% and place at the top left of the frame, rotate to the left by 12% again I colorized this to match my tubes used, now open element24 (gem button) c/p as a new layer and resize this by 30% and place in the center of the bow, I again colorized to match my tubes, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements (not the feathers) hide your white background layer and merge visible.
