Trick Or Treat!

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

Open DI-Paper2 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice
I used WSL_Mask306 merge group. I rotated mine to the right by
21% open sb_pmt_Trick-or-Treat_pp10 c/p as a new layer below
that mask and apply another mask of choice this time I used
HorsePlay's Pasture Mask 19 I resized this up by 120%

Now open sb_pmt_Trick-or-Treat_frame 6 c/p as a new layer
resize by 75%. now grab your magic wand click inside the frame
opening and expand by 9, invert and open pd13-pp-04 c/p as a
new layer below the frame, hit delete, select none, now open
DI_Bat c/p as a new layer and resize by 33% and rotate to the
left by 15% and then mirror it, now open pd13-swirl-01 c/p as a
new layer, mirror arrange above the skull mask layer and resize
by 45 and rotate to the left by 90% I pasted it again and
resize again by 45 and placed on the left of the frame,
open DI_Pumpkin c/p as a new layer below the bat layer,
resize by 55% now open pd13-flair-02 c/p as a new layer
resize by 36% and rotate left by 21% now open treat bag
from GG part of the kit, resize by 36% place right above
the pumpkin layer and arrange to your liking, now open
sb_pmt_Trick-or-Treat_flower 1 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 58% arrange layer to right above the masks layers
now open bow2 from GG part c/p as a new layer, arrange
right above the frame layer, open flower 2 from GG's Part
and c/p with the other flower layer, resize by 85% now open
pd13-flower-02 c/p as a new layer arrange to right above the
orange flower layer, now add a drop shadow and a tube of choice
hide the white background layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Artistic Expressions

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.

Open paper1 and c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice
I used DBV_mask 107

Now open frame4 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90%
grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening
expand by 5 and invert, now open paper2 c/p as a new
layer below the frame layer and hit delete, leave selected
now open the colored pencils and c/p as a new layer, move
this towards the bottom of the paper and hit delete, select none
I changed the opacity on this layer to 36% on my tag.
now open beadscatter2 c/p as a new layer, arrange to right
above the mask layer and resize by 50% move it up and
to the right, now duplicate, flip and mirror, now lets open
ribbon4 c/p as a new layer and resize by 80% and then
flip it, arrange along the bottom of the frame, now open
ribbon 5 and c/p as a new layer, and resize by 72% place
with the other ribbon, now open glassofcoloredpencils c/p
as a new layer and resize by 70% place towards the bottom
right of the frame, now open paintcans and c/p as a new
layer, mirror and resize by 45% and place with your glass
now open the mushroom, c/p as a new layer and resize
by 35% and place this layer below the paint cans layer
and with the glass as well, now open paperstar, c/p as
a new layer and resize by 45% and then rotate to the
left by 26% now open the tab and c/p as a new layer and
resize by 70% and place on the star, when you are happy
with your tag, add a dropshadow of choice and a tube of
choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Heart and Soul

Tube of choice, I used Caron Vinson and Rion Vernon
Scrap used Last Birthday by Grunge and Glitter Scraps
Font of choice I used Studio Lettering Swing
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9
Plugin used Mura's Copies

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with

85% and apply a mask of choice, I used Becky_Mask19

Now lets open heartframe1 c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 80% now rotate to the right by 6% now lets open
ribbonframe and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 75%
Now duplicate your heart frame and bring one above
the ribbon frame, erase the parts you want "Twined" together
with the ribbon, now when you are happy with your frame
ribbon, go to the original heart frame and grab your magic
wand and click inside the heart opening, expand by 9% and
then invert, open paper1 and c/p as a new layer, resize by
75% and hit delete, select none, now lets open doodle 1
Select the circles that match your tag, like below

now c/p these as a new layer, resize by 55% and then
I used mura's copies with the setting below

now arrange this layer right above the mask layer,
I moved mine up and to the right just a bit, now
lets open flower1 c/p as a new layer, arrange this
layer to the top and resize by 50% now duplicate
and drag this flower layer to right above the glitter
layer, go back to the original flower layer and duplicate
again, this time resize by 85% and arrange the two
together, now add a dropshadow of choice to your
elements, (I did not dropshadow the doodles.)

Now add a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

How does your Garden Grow? Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open paper 12 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice I used WSL_Mask3 Now lets open frame2 c/p as a new layer, now click inside the frame opening with your magic wand, expand by 2 and then invert, now open the clouds and c/p as a new layer arrange towards the top of the frame opening, if any is hanging out hit delete to rid yourself of any over hang. now open the rainbow and c/p as a new layer, again if there is any hanging out side the frame hit delete. now change the blend mode of the layer to hue, now lets open the kite and c/p as a new layer, resize by 50% now lets open the flowerpuffs c/p as a new layer and hit delete if there is any hanging outside the frame, now select none, now open the leaves and c/p as a new layer, bring this layer to the top and resize this by 60% arrange on the right side of the frame, duplicate and then move it down a little bit, now lets open flower1 c/p as a new layer arrange towards the bottom right of the frame. resize by about 60% now open rose2 c/p as a new layer and place with your other flower arrange this layer below the other flower layer, now open flower 2 c/p as a new layer, right above your leaves layer, resize by 60% and do the same with flower 3 again right above the leaves layer, I duplicated both of these flowers, so it filled up the right side of the frame a bit, now lets open the turtle c/p as a new layer and mirror resize by 60% and place near the bottom left of the frame, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements, (I did not dropshadow the frame, the rainbow, or the flower spray) add a tube of choice and when you are happy with your tag hide the white background layer and merge visible. Now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open paper 8 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 85% and apply a mask of choice, I used insatiable dreams mask 298 Open glitterdots1 and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 45% I duplicated mine about 5 times, covering the mask layer Now open framesonastring, c/p as a new layer and resize this by 65% I used raster deform tool and squished my mask down a bit and stretched it out a bit on each side, Now grab your magic wand and click inside each of the frame openings, expand by 4 and then invert, open paper 12 and c/p as a new layer below the frame layer and hit delete, select none, now lets open heartspill3 and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 65% and then rotate to the right by 45% arrange this layer to below your frame and paper layer, and place near the bottom of the frames, now duplicate and mirror and move these hearts above the frames Now open bow1 c/p as a new layer and resize by 45% duplicate 2 times and place on the clips of 3 frames, open bow2 and c/p as a new layer and resize by 45% and duplicate 2 times and place these on the other 3 frame clips, open I love you and c/p as a new layer and resize this by 45%. on mine I used the freehand selection tool and selected the word art part, promoted that to a new layer,and added a gradient glow to it, then moved this below the original pencil layer, when you are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of choice to your elements (I added it to the promoted layer not the pencil layer) and I did not dropshadow the glitter splats. and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.
