Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image

open PDS_B-paper3 c/p as a new layer and resize by
90% apply a mask of choice, I used CG_Loveisintheair_byzuzzkmask
this is a photomask from collab girls

now lets open PDS_B-frame1 c/p as a new layer, resize by
90% (I changed the color a bit to match the paper)now
grab your magic wand click inside the frame opening and expand
by 9 invert and open PDS_B-paper8 c/p as a new layer
hit delete and select none, arrange below your frame layer
now open PDS_B_leaves3 c/p as a new layer, resize by
60% I duplicated and mirrored mine, and then rotated one
to the right by 90% I placed both on the left side of the
frame, now open PDS_B-flower3 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 60% place with your leaves, open PDS_B-flower1 c/p
as a new layer and resize by 80% place this below the
first flower layer, I duplicated my rose and mirrored it
Now open PDS_B-ribbon3 c/p as a new layer arrange
to right above the frame layer, mirror, now lets open
PDS_B-swirl1 c/p as a new layer, rotate to the right by
90% and then flip it, Now open PDS_B-string c/p as a
new layer, rotate to the right by 12%, Now lets open
PDS_B-swirl2 c/p as a new layer, arrange all of these to
your liking along the bottom edge of the frame, below
your flowers and leaves layers, now open PDS_B-heart2
c/p as a new layer, mirror and resize by 65% now open
PDS_B-ribbon1 c/p as a new layer and mirror arrange
with the heart pendant with the flowers, now add a drop
shadow of choice and a tube or tubes of choice, hide
the white background layer and merge visible.

I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

A Beautiful Frosted Fall

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open xcd-ff-paper8 resize by 19% c/p as a new layer and
apply a mask of choice, I used Vix_BigMask001

Now open xcd-ff-frame-2 c/p as a new layer and resize by
45%, grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
opening, expand by 9 and invert, open xcd-ff-paper1 resize
by 19% and c/p as a new layer, hit delete and select
none, now open xcd-ff-snowtree c/p as a new layer,
arrange to above your mask and resize by 50%, I
erased the little bit that was showing BELOW the frame
now open xcd-ff-lightleaves2 c/p as a new layer, resize
by 35% and mirror place near the bottom right of
the frame, now lets open xcd-ff-leaf9 c/p as a new
layer, resize by 25% and mirror, now open xcd-ff-leaf3
c/p as a new layer and resize by 25% and mirror,
now open xcd-ff-driedgrass c/p as a new layer,
place this right above your tree layer and resize by
35% duplicate and mirror, now open xcd-ff-branch3
c/p as a new layer, place right above your frame
and resize by 35%, now open xcd-ff-pinecone c/p
as a new layer, resize by 18%, now open xcd-ff-nut
c/p as a new layer and resize by 15%, now open
xcd-ff-mushroom c/p as a new layer, arrange
below your nut layer and resize by 20%, now
open xcd-ff-leaf6 c/p as a new layer, arrange to
right above the frame layer, mirror and resize by
25%, now open xcd-ff-flower3 c/p as a new layer
arrange to right above your frame and resize by
22% and flip, open xcd-ff-bow2 c/p as a new
laye and resize by 38% and rotate to the right by
6 now add a dropshadow of choice
and a tube of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

Vintage Rose's

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open pp5 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer, apply
a mask of choice, I used WSL_Mask353

Now lets open frame 1 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 22% I used raster deform tool to stretch it up
a bit, I then used hue and sat to change it to grey

grab your magic wand click inside the opening and
expand by 9 now invert and open pp1 resize by 19%
c/p as a new layer below your frame and hit delete
select none, now open leaves and c/p as a new layer
place this right above your mask layer and resize by
15% and place towards the left of the frame, now
open element3 c/p as a new layer right above the
leaves, resize by 26% mirror and then place near
the bottom right I duplicated mine and brought this
to the top, rotate to the left by 90% now open element12
c/p as a new layer and rotate to the left by76% now
resize by 18% now open the lace and c/p as a new
layer, resize by 18% and mirror, arrange to right
above your frame layer, now open flower1 c/p as
a new layer, resize by 18% I duplicated and then
resized this one by 86% placing them together,
now open r1 c/p as a new layer and resize by 15%
now rotate to the right by 35% I used the hue and
sat to make it grey then I used the manual color
correction tool to make it a pinkish to match the flowers
now open element14 c/p as a new layer, arrange
to right below your rose layers and resize by 13%
I duplicated and flipped one, placing back with
the flowers, now add a dropshadow and tube of
choice, hide the white background layer and merge
visible.

Just Blue

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.

Open Lilas_freshnessaddon_paper1 resize by 19% and
c/p as a new layer, apply a mask of choice, I used
Becky's Mask 22. Duplicate and then flip, and
then mirror, now merge the 2 mask layers

Now open my frame I supplied, c/p as a new layer and
resize by 70% now rotate to the left by 6% grab your
magic wand and click inside the frame opening and then
expand by 9% and then invert, Now open Lilas_freshnessaddon_paper2
resize by 19% and then c/p as a new layer below the frame layer
hit delete and select none. Now lets open Lilas_freshnessaddon_elmt1
c/p as a new layer, resize by 19% now mirror and arrange
along the bottom edge of the frame, now duplicate, mirror
and then rotate to the left by 80% arrange along the right
side of the frame, I duplicated both of mine and then
placed these layers below the frame and paper layer,
then resized them by 80% and then rotated them both
a bit so they "Fill" the empty leaves area, Now lets open
Lilas_freshnessaddon_elmt 10 c/p as a new layer arrange
to right above the mask layer and resize by 19% place
with your other leaves, I duplicated mine a couple times
again "Filling In" the empty spots, I pasted it again this
time place the layer to the top, resize by 19% place with your
leaves along the side and bottom, you can duplicate a couple
times and resize some if you want, Now let open
Lilas_freshnessaddon_elmt2 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 14% arrange with your leaves on the top of the frame,
now open Lilas_freshnessaddon_elmt3 c/p as a new layer
and resize by 25% and place with your paper element
Now open Lilas_freshnessaddon_elmt5 c/p as a new layer
resize this by 13% and tuck it between the two paper
elements, Now open Lilas_freshnessaddon_elmt6
c/p as a new layer, below all the flowers and resize by
13% duplicate a few times and also rotate to your liking
now open Lilas_freshnessaddon_elmt14 c/p as a new layer
again this is below all your flowers, resize by 25% I duplicated
mine 2 times, mirrored one and then rotated one by 70%
placing along the right side of the frame, Now lets open
Lilas_freshnessaddon_elm11 c/p as a new layer, resize by
25% place peeking from behind the flowers, I duplicated
2 times and then arrange all three to peek out, when you are
happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of choice and a tube
of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

How does your Garden Grow? Tube of choice, I used Lia and Elias Chatzoudis Scrap used Playful by Grunge and Glitter Font of choice I used SwingSet BB Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9 This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidential. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open paper 12 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice I used WSL_Mask3 Now lets open frame2 c/p as a new layer, now click inside the frame opening with your magic wand, expand by 2 and then invert, now open the clouds and c/p as a new layer arrange towards the top of the frame opening, if any is hanging out hit delete to rid yourself of any over hang. now open the rainbow and c/p as a new layer, again if there is any hanging out side the frame hit delete. now change the blend mode of the layer to hue, now lets open the kite and c/p as a new layer, resize by 50% now lets open the flowerpuffs c/p as a new layer and hit delete if there is any hanging outside the frame, now select none, now open the leaves and c/p as a new layer, bring this layer to the top and resize this by 60% arrange on the right side of the frame, duplicate and then move it down a little bit, now lets open flower1 c/p as a new layer arrange towards the bottom right of the frame. resize by about 60% now open rose2 c/p as a new layer and place with your other flower arrange this layer below the other flower layer, now open flower 2 c/p as a new layer, right above your leaves layer, resize by 60% and do the same with flower 3 again right above the leaves layer, I duplicated both of these flowers, so it filled up the right side of the frame a bit, now lets open the turtle c/p as a new layer and mirror resize by 60% and place near the bottom left of the frame, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements, (I did not dropshadow the frame, the rainbow, or the flower spray) add a tube of choice and when you are happy with your tag hide the white background layer and merge visible. Now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.
