Sweet as Candy

Sweet Friend!!
This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity
with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open ial_lcs_paper04 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used 211InsatiableDreams mask
Now lets open ial_lcs_frame1 c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 25% now grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
expand by 9 and then invert, open ial_lcs_paper04 again resize
by 18% and c/p as a new layer, hit delete and select none
move this layer below your frame layer, Now lets open
ial_lcs_whipped_cream c/p as a new layer and resize by
15% and place to your liking, open ial_lcs_candy_wrapper
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 8% place at the top
left of your frame whipped cream element, now open
ial_lcs_marshmallow1 c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 8% and place with your other elements, now open
ial_lcs_candy2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 8%
and place with your other elements, now open ial_lcs_candy1
c/p as a new layer arrange this to right above your frame
layer and resize by 16% arrange with your other elements,
I duplicated mine and flipped it then mirrored it. and then
resized by 80% and placed in the center of my candy
wrapper, now open ial_lcs_confetti, c/p as a new layer
and resize by 23% arrange this layer right above the frame
layer, place near the top left, now duplicate and flip then
mirror so it is near the bottom right of the frame,
now resize this by 50% bring to the top and arrange
with your other elements, I duplicated this and rotated
to the right by 90% now open ial_lcs_ribbon2 c/p as
a new layer and resize by 22% arrange this layer to
right above your frame layer, now open ial_lcs_ribbon1
c/p as a new layer and mirror, then resize by 24% arrange
with your other ribbon, when you are happy with your tag
add a dropshadow of choice and a tube of choice, hide
the white background layer and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Dancing with the Butterflies
Tube of choice, I used Suzanne Woolcott and Caron Vinson

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
open ial_hfl_paper06 resize by 18% c/p as a new layer and apply
a mask of choice, I used Artmama-My Cup has overflowed photomask
I turned the opacity down to 60% on my mask layer.
Now lets open ial_hfl_frame1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
30%, grab your magic wand and click inside the opening of the frame
expand by 9 and then invert, open ial_hfl_paper04 resize by 18%
c/p as a new layer, making sure the dark shadowy area is showing
in the bottom area of the frame, hit delete, leave selected we are
going to be filling in the frame area with some things and want
to make sure to delete the excess as we work. now open ial_hfl_cloud1
c/p as a new layer (below the frame layer) resize by 13% and place
to your liking in the frame, hit delete if there is any hanging outside
the frame area, (leave selected still) now open ial_hfl_cloud2
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 13% place with the other
cloud (hit delete if you need) now lets open ial_hfl_grass2 c/p as
a new layer, resize by 25% move it over towards the left just a bit
hit delete, now open ial_hfl_grass1 c/p this as a new layer Below the
grass layer you just added, resize by 25% and place a bit towards
the right, again hit delete (leave selected) now open ial_hfl_flower1
flower 2 and flower 3 c/p each and resize each by 7% and place them
together on the left side of the grassy area, now select none. Now
we are going to add a few things on the OUTSIDE of the frame,
Open ial_hfl_lantern_lit c/p as a new layer and resize this by
18% and place on the right side of your tag, now open
ial_hfl_hat1 c/p as a new layer and resize by 10% place at the
base of the lantern, now open ial_hfl_hat2 c/p as a new layer
resize this by 10% and now rotate to the right by 112% place near
the other hat, now open ial_hfl_heart4 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 15% move this to the top left of your frame, open ial_hfl_heart 5
c/p as a new layer mirror and resize by 15% place with your other
heart. now open ial_hfl_butterfly c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 12% now place on top of one of the hats.
when you are happy with your tag add a dropshodow and tube of
choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open ial_mor_paper05 resize by 18% and c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used Artmama's mask 06
Now lets open ial_mor_water_overlay c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 15% arrange towards the bottom of the mask
now what I did to "crop" this to fit my mask is this,
grab your magic wand tool click OUTSIDE the mask
now invert modify and feather by 40% invert again
go back to the water layer and hit delete a few times, select none
turn the layer to luminance(L)
Now lets open ial_mor_boat2 c/p as a new layer resize
this by 15% arrange to your liking on the water,
now lets open ial_mor_aurora_borealis c/p as a new layer
resize this by 15% and move this layer below your boat layer
now lets open ial_mor_cloud1 and ial_mor_cloud2 c/p each
as a new layer and resize them by 15% place both below the
aurora borealis. Now lets open ial_mor_fish c/p as a new layer
bring this layer to the top and resize by 8% now duplicate and mirror
Now lets open ial_mor_fireflies c/p as a new layer right above
your mask layer and resize by 15% duplicate and mirror this
I have one near the boat sail and the other on the left of the mask area
now open ial_mor_frame3 c/p as a new layer right above your mask
layer, resize by 32%. Now add a drop shadow of choice to your
tag, I did not dropshadow the fireflies, the aurora borealis or the
water, and add a tube of choice, hide the white background layer
and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

I Will Always........
Tube of choice, I used Suzanne Woolcott and Zindy S D Nielsen

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open ial_iwa_paper07 resize this by 19% and c/p
as a new layer apply a mask of choice, I used
WSL_Mask3
Now lets open ial_iwa_photocorner1, 2, 3, and 4
c/p each as a new layer resizing each by 15% now
place each to hold the frame we will use, open
ial_iwa_frame2 c/p as a new layer (this will be below
the photo corners) resize this by 22% now what I did
was merge all my corners together and then rotated them
to the left by 12% now rotate your frame to the left by
12% and place in your corners, now lets open
ial_iwa_rose c/p as a new layer resize this by
20% arrange this layer to the top, now paste it again
this time resize by 18% now duplicate and mirror this
arrange all 3 roses together, you may need to erase a
little bit of the stems at the bottom, now open ial_iwa_petal3
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 18% we will
do the same with all the rose petals, scattering at
the bottom of the tag area, I flipped and rotated a couple
of them and also duplicated them. now lets open
ial_iwa_ring1 and ial_iwa_ring2 c/p each as a new
layer and resize by 13% place them together
on top of the rose petals, now open ial_iwa_pearl
c/p as a new layer resize this by 13% duplicate this
mutiple times and scatter them around with the
rose petals as well, these layers should be below the
ring layers, now open ial_iwa_heart_charm c/p as
a new layer and resize by 30% now rotate this to the
left by 30% now arrange this below the pearls but above
the petals, now open ial_iwa_raffia c/p as a new layer
resize this by 12% now rotate this to the left by 55%
arrange this where all the rose stems cross, duplicate
and flip and then mirror this, now rotate again this time
to the right by 12% now open ial_iwa_staple c/p as a new
layer resize this by 20% I duplicated one and then rotated
to the right by 25% I placed on across the frame and
the rose stems, now grab your magic wand and
click inside the frame opening, modify selections by
9% now selections invert and open ial_iwa_paper5
resize this by 19% now c/p as a new layer below the
frame layer, hit delete, and select none, when you are
happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of choice to your
elements and a tube of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

I'm Dreaming of Christmas

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open ial_doch_paper10 resize this by 19% c/p as a new
layer and apply a mask of choice, I used artmama mask6
and then I used sbartolin-jinglemasks-mask4
Now lets open ial_doch_frame5 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 30%, now mirror this, Now grab your magic wand and
click inside the frame, expand by 5 and then invert,
open ial_doch_paper05 resize this by 19% c/p as a new
layer below the frame layer and hit delete. leave selected.
Now lets open ial_doch_tree2 c/p as a new layer below
the frame layer and resize by 12% arrange to your liking
and hit delete, leave selected still, Open ial_doch_tree3
c/p as a new layer resize by 12% arrange with your other
tree, hit delete, select none, Now open ial_doch_sleigh
c/p as a new layer resize this by 12% now mirror this
and place to your liking, now lets open ial_doch_wordart1
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 12% arrange this to
right above the paper layer in your frame, I added a gradient glow
to mine then a dropshadow of 0 0 50 6 and the color #ae9c6e
Now lets open ial_doch_christmaslights c/p as a new layer
bring this layer to the top and resize this by 12% now duplicate
and then mirror this now arrange one at the top of the frame
and one at the bottom of the frame. Now lets open
ial_doch_candycane c/p as a new layer and resize this by
15% now rotate to the left by 15% duplicate and then rotate this
one to the right by 30% now move this one below the other one
arrange these on the bottom left of the frame. Now lets
open ial_doch_redstar2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 50%
duplicate and then rotate to the right by 15% now arrange these
together at the top right of the frame. Now lets open
ial_doch_glitter_swirl c/p as a new layer resize by 30% now rotate
to the left by 15% arrange this layer to right above the mask
layer, now duplicate and mirror then flip. Now lets add a dropshadow
of choice to your elements, and add a tube or tubes of choice.
when you are happy with your tag, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

The First Snowfall

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open Ial_fis_paper04 resize this by 19% smartsize, c/p as a new layer
and apply a mask of choice, I used Becky_mask22
Now lets open ial_fis_frame4 c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 48% now rotate this to the left by 12%, now lets open
ial_fis_wooden_box, c/p as a new layer and resize this by
19% place to your liking, open ial_fis_tree1 c/p as a new
layer, arrange this layer below the box layer but above
the frame layer, resize by 19%, now open ial_fis_stone2
c/p as a new layer and bring this layer to the top, resize
by 9% now open ial_fis_berries4 c/p as a new layer
resize this by 9% and arrange near your rock, now lets
open ial_fis_berries1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
10% arrange this layer below your other berries layer,
open ial_fis_berries3 c/p as a new layer arrange this layer below
your frame layer and resize this by 25% and arrange so it peeks
out from the left of the frame, duplicate and flip arrange together
now open the ial_fis_berries4 again c/p as a new layer
again below the frame layer and resize this by 25% and then rotate
to the right by 45% duplicate and flip this as well, now paste
again and resize by 25% now rotate to the right by 90% arrange
with the other berries, Open ial_fis_bird1 c/p as a new layer
bring to the top and resize this by 18% place on top of the
box, open ial_fis_bird2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
18% place near the rock, now open ial_fis_fence2 c/p as
a new layer arrange this layer right below your frame layer
and resize this by 18% now lets open ial_fis_paper08
resize this by 19% c/p as a new layer right below your fence
but above the berries, arrange in the frame opening how you
would like, grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
opening, selections modify expand by 8 now selections
invert, go to the paper layer you just added and hit delete,
leave selected, now open ial_fis_snow1 c/p as a new
layer, right above your fence layer, resize this by 30%
you will have to do this a couple times to fill your frame
up, I also turned the opacity down on the snow layers a bit
too, open ial_fis_leaf c/p as a new layer and resize 13%
arrange this layer down with the berries layers, and have
it sticking out from behind the frame as well, I duplicated
mine and rotated it a bit as well to the right. now duplicate
again this time mirror it and place it near the bottom of your
box, when you are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of
choice and a tube of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

Open ial_aca_paper04 resize by 19% c/p as a new layer and apply a
mask of choice, I used WSL_mask297
Now open ial_aca_pallette_clean c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 18% and then rotate to the left by 36% now lets open ial_aca_frame4
c/p as a new layer resize this by 28% and then rotate to the right by 26%
arrange this layer below the pallette layer, now open ial_aca_samara3
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 13% arrange this layer below
the pallette as well, now duplicate this and then flip it, arrange with the
other samara, Now open ial_aca_berries c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 13% now rotate to the left by 26% arrange so it sticks out from
behind the pallette a bit, now open ial_aca_feather1 c/p as a new layer
move this layer below the berries and resize by 25% now open
ial_aca_flower6 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 20% and bring this
layer to the top now mirror the flower open ial_aca_flower2 c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 19% arrange with your other flower, now lets open
ial_aca_brush4 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 19% place this layer b
below the pallette and towards the left, rotate to the left by 4%
now open ial_aca_brush5 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 19%
now rotate to the right by 4% and place with your other brush now
open ial_aca_ glitterswirl2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 19%
place this layer right above your frame layer and place near the bottom
of the frame, now open ial_aca_ribbon c/p as a new layer and resize
by 19% arrange this layer below the pallette layer but above the samara's
now grab your magic wand and click inside the frame, expand by 5
now invert selection, open ial_aca_paper01 resize this by 19% and
c/p as a new layer below the frame layer, hit delete, and select none,
add a dropshadow and tube of choice to your tag, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

this by 22% then rotate to the right by 90% now open
ial_lab_leaf c/p as a new layer and resize this by 12% arrange
this layer below your frame layer and place where it sticks out
at the bottom edge of the frame, I duplicated this a few times
and rotated it a bit, mirrored it etc, and also have one peeking
out at the top right, now lets open ial_lab_paper_rose1 c/p as a
new layer resize this by 12% place this layer right above your
leaf layer at the top right now paste it again resize again by 12%
move this layer to the top and place your rose on the bottom
left of your frame, duplicate and mirror and then move it back
with the other rose, Now open ial_lab_scattered_beads c/p as a new
layer, place this layer right above your mask layer and resize by
32% arrange towards the top and the duplicate and flip
Now lets open ial_lab_butterfly1 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 18% arrange towards the top left of the frame, rotate
to the right by 12% Now lets open ial_lab_paper4 resize this by
18% grab your magic wand and click inside the frame and expand
by 5 now invert the selection, c/p the paper as a new layer
below the frame layer, hit delete and select none, when you are
happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of choice and a tube of
choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

Open ial_osl_paper4 resize by 18% c/p as a new layer and apply
a mask of choice, I used WSL_mask 194
Now lets open ial_osl_rope_frame c/p as a new layer resize this
by 27% now rotate this to the left by 12% Now open ial_osl_fishnet
c/p as a new layer resize this by 30% place this layer below the frame
duplicate and then flip, now grab your magic wand click inside the frame
and go selections modify expand by 5, and then invert, Now open
ial_osl_paper2 resize by 18% c/p as a new layer move below the frame
layer and hit delete, Now lets open ial_osl_twig3 c/p as a new layer
move this layer to the top, resize by 25% arrange towards the bottom of
the frame, now open ial_osl_twig1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
25% place with your other twig, Now lets open ial_osl_sand_swirl
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 20% arrange this layer below
your twig layers, Now open ial_osl_sand_spray c/p as a new layer
resize this by 20% arrange this layer right above the net layer
and arrange with your other sand, now duplicate and the mirror this
and then flip it, arrange with your other sand, Now lets open
ial_osl_leaf3 c/p as a new layer bring this layer to the top resize
by 10% now rotate to the left by 12% arrange towards the right of
the twigs, now open ial_osl_leaf1 c/p as a new layer resize this one
by 12% arrange with the other leaf now duplicate and then flip this
and mirror this leaf, arrange with the other leaves, now open ial_osl_leaf5
c/p as a new layer resize this by 10% arrange with your other leaves
duplicate and then rotate to the left by 90%, now lets open ial_osl_dried_branch
c/p as a new layer place this layer right above your twigs layers, now resize
this by 16% arrange to your liking, now open ial_osl_pinecone, c/p as a new
layer bring this layer to the top resize this by 16% now image flip, and duplicate
now rotate this by 90% to the left, arrange the two pinecones together
Open ial_osl_starfish2 c/p as a new layer resize this by 16% arrange on
the leaf cluster you made, now open ial_osl_shell3 c/p as a new layer
and resize by 15% arrange with your leaves and starfish, I moved my
layer below the starfish, open any other shells of choice and add to
this area, I used ial_osl_shell5 and ial_osl_shell6 resized by 12%
Now lets open ial_osl_pepple1 c/p as a new layer resize this by
8% arrange to your liking, now lets open ial_osl_tag c/p as a new layer
bring layer to the top and resize by 18% now rotate to the right by
21% arrange towards the top knot of the frame, open ial_osl_knot
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 36% and place to "hold"
the tag. Now apply a drop shadow of choice to your elements
,and a tube of choice when you are happy with your tag,
hide your white background layer and merge visible.

by 90% and placed this on the floor,

as a new layer, resize this by
13%
now mirror and place near the wall,
Open ial_ato_spider_on_thread
c/p as
a new layer and resize this by 8%
now place it so it "hangs" from
the rocking chair,
now lets open ial_ato_rag_bunny c/p as a
new layer
and resize this by 8% and
place on the floor near the window,
now open
ial_ato_pegtop_shadowed and
c/p as a new layer resize this by 8% and
place this near the bunny but also near
the star scatter,
Now add a tube of
choice to your tag,
I used a big dropshadow on mine, to
try to match the one
on the top,
when you are happy with your tag, hide the white
background layer
and merge visible.

Oh What a Magical Night

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
open ial_kom_sf_paper05 resize by 19% c/p as a new layer and apply
a mask of choice, I used artmama's mask 06
Now lets open ial_kom_sf_squareframe c/p as a new layer and resize this by
35%, grab your magic wand and click inside the frame, now expand this by
8% and invert now open ial_kom_sf_paper05 again resize by 18% c/p
as a new layer, move this layer below your frame layer, I resized this again
by 80% arrange so your little hills are showing at the bottom of the frame
hit delete and leave selected, now open ial_kom_sf_magicdust, c/p as a new
layer and resize this by 30% arrange to your liking and hit delete. leave
selected again, now open ial_kom_sf_house2 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 10% open ial_kom_sf_house3 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
10% (you should still have your selections marching ants) now open
ial_kom_sf_house1 c/p as new layer and resize this by 10% as well, now lets open
ial_kom_sf_tree c/p as a new layer and resize this by 23% move towards the
left side of the frame hit delete to rid yourself of any excess outside the frame
now lets deselect, I pasted my tree again and mirrored it, then resized this by
10% and moved this below my house layers, and out to the right a tiny bit
now lets open ial_kom_sf_lantern c/p as a new layer and resize this by
15% and arrange this in front of the tree on the left, now lets open ial_kom_sf_cat
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 8% and place near your tree and lantern
now lets open ial_kom_sf_pinkcar and c/p as a new layer resize this by
14% place near your houses, now open ial_kom_sf_balloon1 c/p as a new layer
this will be above your frame layer, resize this by 33% place on the right side
of the frame, now lets open ial_kom_sf_balloon4 c/p as a new layer and
resize this by 33% I mirrored mine then rotated to the right by 6
now open ial_kom_sf_balloon2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 27%
image rotate to the left by 9 now open ial_kom_sf_heart1 c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 27% now mirror this, now paste it again this time resize
by 35% I changed the color of my second heart by using the hue and saturation
this is your tag you can if you want, place these hearts together on the right side
of the frame, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements (I did not dropshadow
the magicdust!) and add a tube of choice, when you are happy with your tag
hide your white background layer and merge visible,
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open ial_whd_paper03 resize this by 19% apply a mask of choice
I used Debs mask 022 I then moved it a bit to the left, duplicated and
mirrored it, and then merged the 2 together,
Now lets open ial_whd_frame3 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
30% Open ial_whd_flower1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
20% Open ial_whd_flower2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
18% Open ial_whd_flower3 c/p as a new layer and resize this one by
15% arrange to your liking, Now lets open ial_whd_leaf1 c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 20% I duplicated mine 5 times, and rotated and mirrored
a few, now open ial_whd_leaf2 resize this by 16% and duplicate and mirror
this one as well, arrange to your liking, Now open ial_whd_flower5 c/p as
a new layer and resize this by 22% arrange on top of your leaves, having
them peek from behind the flower, Now lets open ial_whd_bead_spill
c/p as a new layer resize this by 22% arrange on the right side of your
frame, and right above the frame layer, duplicate and then image rotate
to the right by 90% now mirror this and arrange at the top of your frame
Now lets open ial_whd_saucers, c/p as a new layer and resize this by
27% bring this layer to the top, now open ial_whd_teapot c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 20% place this "IN" your saucers, now open ial_whd_spoon
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 20% place "IN" your saucers in front
of the teapot, Now open ial_whd_birdhouse, c/p as a new layer and arrange
this layer to right above your beads layers, resize this by 14% and place on
the outside edge of the frame on the right, now open ial_whd_butterfly
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 10% and rotate to the right by 20%
now paste it again this time resize it by 15% mirror this and rotate to the LEFT
by 25%, Now grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening, modify
expand by 6 now selections invert, open ial_whd_paper02 resize this by
15% c/p as a new layer BELOW your frame layer now hit delete and select none
add a dropshadow of choice, I used Lokas3D shadow with a big light shadow
my setting below
you can achieve this same dropshadow with psp dropshadow, when you are
happy with your tag, add a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and
merge visible.

both as a new layer and resize frame1 by 20% and
then rotate to the left by 9% paste frame2 and resize
this one by 30% arrange this one towards
the bottom right of the work area, Now lets open ial_thm_red_tulle
c/p as a new layer arrange this layer below your two frames,
resize by 30% now mirror this and move it
up a little, Open ial_thm_sprayed_beads c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 30% and arrange towards the bottom of your mask area
(I had to erase the very bottom bead to place mine)
Now lets open ial_thm_fabric_rose, c/p as a new layer bring
this layer to the top and resize by 20% now
open ial_thm_paper_flower3 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
20% place with your other flower, Now lets
open ial_thm_pebble_remember c/p as
a new layer and resize by 20% arrange with your flower,
Open ial_thm_heart_on_string c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 15% and then mirror it, place so it hangs from your
top frame. now grab your magic wand and click inside your
bottom frame, selections expand
by 8% and then selections invert, open ial_thm_paper3
resize by 18% c/p as a new layer place this layer
right below your bottom frame, hit delete and
select none, do the same with the top frame using the same
paper, when you are happy with your tag, add a drop
shadow of choice to your elements (I did not dropshadow
my beads or tulle) and add a tube or tubes of choice,
hide your white background layer and merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open ial_mk_ff_paper01 resize by 18% c/p as a new layer
and add a mask of choice I used Kris 46 mask
Now lets open ial_mk_ff_confetti c/p as a new layer and resize this by 20%
Open ial_mk_ff_doodled_flower1 c/p as a new layer and resize by 20%
do the same with ial_mk_ff_doodled_flower2 and ial_mk_ff_doodled_flower3
I duplicated mine and resized them again by 80% arranging these all together
on the left side of my mask area, Now lets open ial_mk_ff_fence c/p as a new
layer resize by 20% now go to your mask layer and select all float defloat
selections invert, go to your fence layer and hit delete, select none
now lets open ial_mk_ff_hat, c/p as a new layer and resize by 13%
image mirror and place it ON one of the fence pickets, Now open
ial_mk_ff_umbrella c/p as a new layer and resize this by 8% now
arrange layer to the top and free rotate to the right by 58% now
image mirror Open ial_mk_ff_wordart_plain c/p as a new layer and
resize by 16% I placed mine at the bottom if front of my fence
I also erased part of the 'D' in dream to make my umbrella handle
look like it is sticking through . Now lets open ial_mk_ff_huge_heart
c/p as a new layer resize this by 4% now rotate to the right by 18%
now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements, and a tube of choice
when you are happy with your tag, hide the white background layer and
merge visible. I did not dropshadow the doodle flowers.

now open ial_suv_pencil1 c/p as a new layer resize this by
15% now rotate to the right by 6% and place leaning against
your frame, open ial_suv_pencil2 c/p as a new layer resize this by
15% now rotate to the left by 96% arrange at the bottom of your
frame to the left, now open ial_suv_epoxy_button_4 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 25% arrange with your tree at the base of
the trunk, now open ial_suv_lemon2 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 11% now rotate to the left by 36% and arrange with your ball
open ial_suv_lemon 1 c/p as a new layer resize this by 12% rotate
this to the right by 40% then mirror this and place with your
ball and lemon slice. Now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements
and a tube or tubes (or an image like I used in my tags) when you
are happy with everything hide the white background layer and
merge visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open ial_mes_paper02 resize by 18% c/p as a new
layer and apply a mask of choice, I used CandysTreatsMask 3B
open ial_mes_clay_swirl1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 55%
arrange towards the bottom of the mask, now lets open
ial_mes_glass_empty c/p as a new layer and resize this by 15%
arrange to your liking, now open ial_mes_straw c/p as a new layer,
resize by 15% arrange this layer below your glass layer, and
rotate to the right by 18% and place it "in" your glass, now open
ial_mes_cocktail_umbrella c/p as a new layer, resize by 12%
now rotate to the left by 55% arrange so it lays at the bottom
of your glass, now open ial_mes_melon4 c/p as a new layer and
resize this by 8% arrange to your liking, now open ial_mes_melon1
c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer to right above your swirl
layer, and resize by 10% arrange with your other melon,
now open ial_mes_summer_horiz_shadow
c/p as a new layer bring this layer
to the top and resize by 10% arrange to your liking now open
ial_mes_melon_horiz_shadow c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 10% arrange with your other wordart. open ial_mes_clay_swirl2
c/p as a new layer resize this by 22% arrange this layer to right
above your mask layer, now rotate this to the left by 3% and
then image mirror, Now lets open ial_mes_lantern c/p as a new
layer resize this by 15% arrange so it "hangs" from your clay
pole Now open ial_mes_seeds, c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 15% arrange this layer below your melon slice but above your
whole melon, I duplicated mine 2 times to spread across the
bottom of the tag. Now open ial_mes_leaf,c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 8% now rotate this to the right by 90%
move this layer below your word art layer, paste it again resize
by 8% and now rotate to the left by 45% now paste it once more
resizing by 8% and rotate to the left by 18% arrange to your
liking (or use my tag as a guide) Now add a drop shadow of choice
to your elements, I did not dropshadow the glass, add your tube
of choice when you are happy with your tag hide the white
background layer and merge visiable, In the Gorjuss version
I also used ial_mes_summer_hat resized by 15% as this tube
does not have legs so wanted to hide that fact.

Paper Tree

Open my template duplicate and close the original, now resize canvas to 850x750 I like to have alot of room to work refill the white background layer, and delete the copyright layer
I work with templates different than some, I use my magic wand clicking OUTSIDE the rectangles (or circles) just easier for me, so this tut will be written how I use templates,
Now lets grab our magic wand and click outside the square layer, now open ial_you_paper 03* resize this by 18% c/p as a new layer and hit delete, select none, now delete the original template layer, Now go to the long rectangle layer, using magic wand select outside the rectangle again, open ial_you_paper02 resize this by 22% c/p as a new layer hit delete, select none and delete the original template layer, Now grab your magic wand again click outside the small square layer and open ial_you_paper04 resize this by 18% c/p as a new layer and hit delete, select none and delete the original small square template layer, Now select the small rectangle layer, grab your magic wand, click outside the small rectangle , open ial_you_paper01* resize this by 18% c/p as a new layer hit delete and select none, delete the original template layer, now lets add some elements to our tag,
Open ial_you_faded dots c/p as a new layer arrange this layer to right above your long rectangle layer, resize by 24% arrange towards the left of your tag, Now lets open ial_you_flat_ribbon c/p as a new layer bring this layer to the top resize by 19% now image rotate free rotate to the right by 6% move it over towards the right a little bit, Now lets open ial_you_frame03 c/p as a new layer, image rotate free rotate to the right by 90% image resize by 20%. Now grab your magic wand and click INSIDE the frame openings, selections modify expand by 8% selections invert, open ial_you_paper05 resize this by 18% c/p as a new layer, hit delete select none, move this layer below your frame layer Now lets open ial_you_confetti c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer to right above your white layer, image resize by 22% arrange to your liking, I rotated mine by 90% to the right and then duplicated and flipped it, Now let open ial_you_tree c/p as a new layer and resize this by 22% arrange this layer to right above your small rectangle layer and below your ribbon layer, Now lets open ial_you_epoxy_button3 c/p as a new layer arrange bring to top, resize this by 16% arrange to your liking , now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements, and a tube or tubes of choice, when you are happy with your tag, hide the white background layer and merge visiable.

Grab your magic wand, click inside each frame opening selections modify expand by 8, selections invert, now open ial_you_paper02* resize this by 18% c/p as a new layer hit delete, and move this layer below your frame, select none, Now open ial_you_glitter1 c/p as a new layer arrange this layer to right above your mask layer, resize this by 20% move it up and to the right a little bit, now duplicate, flip and mirror now lets open ial_you_faded_dots c/p as a new layer right above the glitter layer, resize this by 20% move it up and to the right duplicate, flip and mirror, Now open ial_you_leaf c/p as a new layer resize this by 6% rotate this to the right by 90% now image flip place this at the end of the top of the dotted line duplicate, flip and mirror and place this at the end of the dotted line on the bottom, Now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements, I added one to the frame, and the leaves only, add your tubes of choice or tubes, when you are happy with your tag hide your white background layer and merge visiable

Picture Perfect

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open ial_enh_paper6 resize this by 18% using smartsize, c/p as a new layer and add a mask of choice I used BtflyFlbyMask4
Now lets open ial_enh_frame2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 35% now click inside that frame with your magic wand, selections modify expand by 8 and selections invert, open ial_enh_paper6 resize this by 18% using smartsize, c/p as a new layer hit delete and leave selected, now lets open ial_enh_grass, c/p as a new layer resize this by 30% move over towards the left just a little bit, hit delete and leave selected, now paste this as a new image and then mirror, copy this mirrored image and paste as a new layer and the resize this by 30% and move this over towards the right, hit delete, leave selected still, Now lets open ial_enh_mushroom1 c/p as a new layer resize this by 5% now arrange this layer below one of your grass layers and arrange to your liking, open ial_enh_mushroom 2 c/p as a new layer resize this by 5% as well, arrange this layer below your other mushroom and arrange it with the other mushroom, now lets open ial_enh_tree c/p as a new layer resize this by 20% arrange to your liking, paste it again resizing again by 20% this time drag it down enough to where it looks like a bush not a tree, (continue hitting delete and leaving selected) now open ial_enh_floral_spray c/p as a new layer resize this by 20% arrange to your liking, I also rotated this by 90% to the right (all layers Checked BEFORE I c/p again) resize by 20% and arrange over your grassy area, go back to the one you just rotated go image mirror and copy it again paste as a new layer and resize by 20% again arrange it over your grassy area, (continue leaving selected and hitting delete to rid of excess outside the frame) Now lets open ial_enh_lantern c/p as a new layer resize this by 18% arrange this layer to right below your grass layer but above your "Bush" layer hit delete, leave selected, now lets open ial_enh_chair c/p as a new layer resize this by 13% arrange on top of the grassy hill under your tree, now open ial_enh_book_pile c/p as a new layer and resize this by 4% arrange near your chair, now open ial_enh_rabbit c/p as a new layer resize this by 4% arrange near your book pile, (you are still selected at this point) now lets open ial_enh_hat2 c/p as a new layer resize this by 5% and set it on top of your book pile, now lets open ial_enh_stardust c/p as a new layer and resize this by 15% and arrange this layer right above your paper layer, hit delete, now if you are satisfied with your element placements etc, select none I did duplicate my bunny and then mirrored the image, arranged the duplicated bunny layer to where it was below the grass layer (The top grass layer) and placed it near my mushroom houses, add a drop shadow of choice to all your elements,now add a tube or tubes of choice, One more thing to add to your tag, Open ial_enh_ladder c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer to the top resize by 8% and place on the bottom left of your frame, (Use my tag as an example) hide your white background layer and merge visiable.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Lost In the World of Imagination
Tube of choice, I used Suzanne Woolcott and Caron Vinson
Scrap used Enchanted Neighborhood By Irene Alexeeva
Font of choice I used Mon Amour Script ALT
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9
This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidential. Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog!
Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Lets start by Opening ial_enh_paper04* resize this by 18% smart size, now c/p as a new layer add a mask of choice Or you can do what I did, select all float defloat, now modify feather by 40 selections invert and hit delete a couple times
Now lets open ial_enh_grass, c/p as a new layer and resize this by 24% arrange towards the bottom of your "mask" Now lets open ial_enh_tree c/p as a new layer and resize this by 20% arrange to the right of the tag and below your grass layer, Now lets open ial_enh_rainbow c/p as a new layer and resize this by 20% arrange this layer below your grass layer and right above your paper layer, I changed my blend mode to color on my tag, duplicated it and then turned the blend mode to soft light on this layer, Now lets open ial_enh_hammock and c/p as a new layer and resize this by 15% now mirror this, make it look as if it is hanging from the tree on one end and the rainbow on the other now lets open ial_enh_stardust c/p as a new layer resize this by 20% and arrange to your liking, now lets open ial_enh_petals, c/p as a new layer, resize them by 8% duplicate a couple times and scatter them across the grass Now lets open ial_enh_cloud 1 and ial_enh_cloud2 c/p as a new layer resizing each by 15% arrange these layers to right below the rainbow layer and one right above the rainbow layer, Now lets open ial_enh_ball2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 10% arrange to your liking on your grass, now open ial_enh_book_pile c/p as a new layer and resize this by 8% arrange on your grass as well, now open ial_enh_boat, c/p as a new layer and resize this by 5% arrange this layer below your petals layer, now open ial_enh_book5 c/p as a new layer and resize by 8% image rotate to the left by 12% and lean it against the book pile, Now add a drop shadow of choice to your elements, I did not dropshadow the chouds, the glitter spray or the rainbow layers, add your tube of choice when you are happy with your tag,hide your white background layer and merge visiable.
