Vintage Rose's
Tube of choice, I used Rion Vernon and Lia
Scrap used Angel of Romance by KnC Scrapz
Font of choice I used Studio Lettering Swing
Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9
This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity
with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
I Like to have room to work, this is your choice,
My tuts are written using this size image
Open pp5 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer, apply
a mask of choice, I used WSL_Mask353
Now lets open frame 1 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 22% I used raster deform tool to stretch it up
a bit, I then used hue and sat to change it to grey
grab your magic wand click inside the opening and
expand by 9 now invert and open pp1 resize by 19%
c/p as a new layer below your frame and hit delete
select none, now open leaves and c/p as a new layer
place this right above your mask layer and resize by
15% and place towards the left of the frame, now
open element3 c/p as a new layer right above the
leaves, resize by 26% mirror and then place near
the bottom right I duplicated mine and brought this
to the top, rotate to the left by 90% now open element12
c/p as a new layer and rotate to the left by76% now
resize by 18% now open the lace and c/p as a new
layer, resize by 18% and mirror, arrange to right
above your frame layer, now open flower1 c/p as
a new layer, resize by 18% I duplicated and then
resized this one by 86% placing them together,
now open r1 c/p as a new layer and resize by 15%
now rotate to the right by 35% I used the hue and
sat to make it grey then I used the manual color
correction tool to make it a pinkish to match the flowers
now open element14 c/p as a new layer, arrange
to right below your rose layers and resize by 13%
I duplicated and flipped one, placing back with
the flowers, now add a dropshadow and tube of
choice, hide the white background layer and merge
visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Citrus Summer Beauty
Tube of choice, I used Suzanne Woolcott and Simon Han
Scrap used Summer Citrus by KnC Scrapz
Font of choice I used Dagobert

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.
Open pp10 resize this by 19% and c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used Becky_Mask022
Now lets open the white lace frame, c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 27% now rotate to the left by 6%
grab your magic wand click inside the frame opening and
expand by 9% now invert and open pp5, resize by 19%
and c/p as a new layer below the frame, hit delete and
select none, now lets open the basket and c/p as a new
layer, resize this by 12% and place towards the bottom
right of the frame, Now lets open branch2 c/p as a new
layer, arrange this layer to below the basket layer, mirror
and then resize by 11% now flip it, arrange along the
bottom edge of the frame,I then duplicated this 3 times
I flipped one and placed it with the other along the bottom
edge of the frame, I rotated the other two duplicates
to the right by 80% I arranged this along the right
of the frame, I erased the bit of stem showing below
the basket, and mirrored one, now open branch, c/p
as a new layer, arrange below the other branch layer
and resize by 12% I duplicated mine and moved it
a bit to the right, I then erased some of the stem that
was showing on the right of the basket, Now lets open
the wateringcan, c/p as a new layer resize this by 10%
and then mirror, place near your basket, open leaves
and c/p as a new layer, resize by 12% place near
your watering can and then rotate to the right by 9%
I pasted this again, arranging below your frame and
paper layer, and mirrored and then resize by 18%
place near the left bottom of the frame, I then
duplicated mine, flipped it and mirrored it, arranging
it at the top right of the frame, now open leaf, c/p
as a new layer, resize by 9% bring to the top and
place with your other leaves, I then pasted it again
this time arranging the layer to right above the leaves
that are below the frame, resize by 14% I then
flipped and mirrored it. placing it at the top right,
Now lets open the orange, c/p as a new layer
bring this to the top and resize by 8% I placed
two of these on my tag, one layer is brought to
the top and the other is below one of the branch
layers, Now open lemon, c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 8% I duplicated mine 2 more
times and arranged along the bottom of the frame
area, Now open the orange slice and c/p as a new
layer, arrange this to just below your frame and paper
layer, resize by 16% Place towards the bottom left
of the frame, Now open the rind and c/p as a new
layer, arrange this below your lemons and resize
by 16% arrange along the bottom of your frame
with the greenery and other fruit, Now add a drop
shadow of choice and a tube of choice, hide the
white background layer and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Memories of Mom
Tube of choice, I used Rion Vernon and Suzanne Woolcott (sw229 tube)

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.
Open pp2 and resize by 18% c/p as a new layer and apply
a mask of choice, I used DBV Mask 133 I duplicated my mask
layer and then flipped it and merged the two together,
Now open frame2 c/p as a new layer and resize by 30%
I brightened this up just a bit using gamma correction, now
rotate to the left by 6% grab your magic wand and click inside
the frame opening, expand by 9 and then invert, open pp5
resize this by 18% and c/p as a new layer below the frame
hit delete and select none. now open glitterrosespray and c/p
as a new layer, resize this by 25% and then rotate to the left
by 12%, arrange towards the bottom right of the frame, Now open
branch2 c/p as a new layer arrange to right above the mask layer
and resize by 20% now flip this and arrange towards the right
of the tag, open whiteribbon2 c/p as a new layer bring to the top
and resize by 17% now flip and mirror and place back with your
flowers, now lets open pinkribbonbow, c/p as a new layer, resize
by 22% and mirror this, now rotate to the left by 6% Now lets
open pot and c/p as a new layer, resize by 11% and place towards
the left of the frame, move this layer below your two ribbon layers
now open cup and c/p as a new layer and resize by 5% and place
with your pot, now open spoon c/p as a new layer resize this
by 5% and then rotate to the left by 25% "Lean" it against your
cup. now open tulip and c/p as a new layer arrange to right
above the mask layer and resize this by 20% and place with
your branch, now open flower3 c/p as a new layer again this is
right above the mask layer, resize by 14% and place with
your tulip and branch, now duplicate, and mirror, then rotate to
the left by 11% arrange this layer to right above the frame layer
but below your glitter roses, now duplicate and mirror this, and rotate
this one to the right by 9% Now open white buttons and c/p as
a new layer, arrange to right below the spoon layer and resize by
10% now mirror, Now open the yarn and c/p as a new layer
resize by 8% mirror and place this layer below the buttons
layer, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and
a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background layer and
merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

The Love Birds
Tube of choice, I used Rion Vernon and Suzanne Woolcott

Open a new image 650x650 and flood fill white,
I am trying to make my tags smaller so I am going to start with
a bit smaller work area, this is your choice if you want
to make a larger tag.
Open pp5 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 80% and apply
a mask of choice, I used WSL_Mask267
Now lets open whiteframe and c/p as a new layer, resize by
50% and then rotate to the right by 80%, grab your magic
wand and click inside the frame and then expand by 9
now invert, open pp8 c/p as a new layer below the frame
resize this by 70% and then hit delete, select none, now
lets open roseheart, c/p as a new layer and resize this by
25% place towards the bottom right of the frame, and then
rotate to the right by 12% now lets open whiterose, c/p as
a new layer and resize this by 25% place with your heart,
now open the branch, c/p as a new layer, resize this by 25%
place below the flowers and above the frame, I did this a couple
times resizing different amounts and also rotating a bit on
each one, now open the beads, c/p as a new layer, arrange
to right above the frame layer and resize by 25% now mirror
and then rotate to the left by 18%, Now open branch2
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 30% place behind your
flowers, I duplicated this 2 times, mirrored one and flipped
the other, now open redbow, c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 35% and then rotate to the left by 18% place at the top
left of your frame, Now open the bird and c/p as a new layer
resize this by 30% and then mirror, now paste it again this
time resize it by 25% place the 2 together on the branch
along the bottom of the frame, now open whitefloating hearts
c/p as a new layer, arrange to below the frame but above
the paper fill, resize by 25% I duplicated and mirrored mine
and place one near the top of the opening and one towards
the bottom, when you are happy with your tag add a dropshadow
of choice and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.
