Tube of choice, I used Suzanne Woolcott and Caron Vinson Scrap used Elusive Blues By Irene Alexeeva Font of choice I used Affair by Rob Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9 This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidential. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open ial_elb_paper08 resize this by 18% smartsize, c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice, I used Becky mask 022 Now lets open ial_elb_leaf2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 35% and arrange to your liking, Duplicate and mirror this, Now lets open ial_elb_leaf1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 15% duplicate and rotate to the left by 21% I place both of these below the lily pads, Now lets open ial_elb_leaf4 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 15% arrange to your liking I duplicated this and then mirrored it and rotated to the right by 9%. Now lets open ial_elb_flower2 c/p as a new layer resize this by 21% arrange with your Tube leaves, now lets open ial_elb_sweet_pea2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 21% arrange with the flower you just put on your tag, Now open ial_elb_sweet_pea1 c/p as a new layer resize this by 21% and place with your other flowers, Now lets open ial_elb_hydrangea2 c/p as a new layer and resize by 17% arrange with your other flowers, duplicate andmirror this, I moved this layer down to right above the mask layer. Now open ial_elb_flower4 c/p as a new layer resize this by 30% arrange to your liking, Duplicate and image mirror, resize this by 70% now open ial_elb_floral spray2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 20% arrange towards the bottom of your tag, move this layer below your big blue flower layer Now lets open ial_elb_green_cup c/p as a new layer and resize by 28% and arrange to your liking, open ial_elb_blue_cup and c/p as a new layer resize this by 18% and place with your other teacup, Now open ial_elb_ladder, c/p as a new layer and resize this by 13% and arrange on the green tea cup, now lets open ial_elb_shimmer_spray and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 23% arrange this layer to right above your mask layer and move over behind your leaves and flowers, Now open ial_elb_butterfly c/p as a new layer and resize this by 10% and arrange to your liking, now add a drop shadow of choice to your elements, I did not dropshadow the floral spray or the shimmer spray, Now you can add tubes of choice,when you are happy with your tag, hide your white background layer and merge visiable. I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information and Save the way you prefer to save tags, I hope you enjoyed this tut smiles christy Ü
