Lucky Day!
Tube of choice, I used Rion Vernon

Font of choice I used Slender

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity
with any other tutorial is purely coincidential.

I used just the scrap kit in one of my examples
if you do this please give credit to Pimp'd Designz
on your tag.
Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open pd-pp-08 and c/p as a new layer resize this by 90%
and apply a mask of choice I used Yezmask015
Now open pd-glitter-01 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 45% place this at the top right of your
mask area, now duplicate, flip and then mirror
Now open pd-frame-02 c/p as a new layer and
resize this by 85% now rotate to the left by 12%
grab your magic wand and click inside the frame
opening, modify and expand by 9% now invert,
open pd-pp-10 c/p as a new layer resize by 80%
hit delete, and select none, move this layer below
your mask layer, now lets open pd-rainbow, c/p
as a new layer and resize by 55% now rotate to the
left by 12% arrange towards the top area of the frame,
Now lets open pd-frame-03 c/p as a new layer
now grab your magic wand and click inside both
openings and expand by 9% now invert this selection
and then open pd-pp-02 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 80% now hit delete and select none, move this layer
below your frame layer, now open pd-horseshoe c/p
as a new layer and resize this by 25% move up to
the top right of the frame, now open pd-staple c/p
as a new layer, move this up and over the horse
and part inside the frame, now duplicate, flip and
mirror place this one over the bottom left of BOTH
frames, now open pd-clover-01 c/p as a new layer
60% arrange towards the bottom right of your frame
duplicate and rotate this one to the right by 15%
now go back to the original one and duplicate again
mirror and then rotate to the left by 90% arrange
towards the bottom edge of the frame, now lets open
pd-pot-o-gold and c/p as a new layer resize this by
35% arrange with your clovers, now open pd-beer
and c/p as a new layer resize this by 40% and then
mirror and place with your pot-o-gold, if you are making
your tag with an artist tube (Like my Rion example)
open pd-leprechaun and c/p as a new layer resize
by 30% mirror and place with your beer and pot-o-gold
now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements
(the staples do not need one, either does the gold frame)
when you are happy with your tag hide the white background
layer and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

My Serenity
Tube of choice, I used Rion Vernon and Karen Middleton

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open a paper of choice, I used xcd_serene_paper17 resize by 18%
(I always use smart size) and c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used bflyflbymask4
Now lets open xcd_serene_frame6 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 60%,
Now grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening,
expand by 9 and invert
open xcd_serene_paper4 resize by 18% and c/p as a new layer
hit delete and select none, move this below your frame layer,
Now lets open xcd_serene_greenery3 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 60% arrange so it follows along the bottom of the frame,
now open xcd_serene_leaf1 c/p as a new layer arrange this
layer right above your mask layer, resize by 35% and place
so it peeks out on the bottom right of the frame, now duplicate
and rotate to the left by 75%, Now lets open xcd_serene_leaf2 c/p
as a new layer, again this is below your frame layer, resize by 20%
now rotate to the left by 45% arrange to it peeks out on the bottom right
of the frame, duplicate flip and mirror arrange so it hangs out the
right side of the frame. now lets open xcd_serene_flower11 c/p as
a new layer and bring this to the top, mirror and then resize by 36%
arrange along the vine at the bottom, now open xcd_serene_flower12 c/p
as a new layer mirror and then resize by 30% and then rotate to
the right by 12% duplicate and then flip, arrange all these together
Now lets open xcd_serene_flower9 c/p as a new layer resize this by 30%
and place at the bottom left, now duplicate this and ,move over to
the left a bit now open xcd_serene_flower1 c/p as a new layer and
resize by 30% now open xcd_serene_flower3 c/p as a new layer and
resize this by 30% and place with your other flowers, I dragged this
layer below the other flower layers, now open xcd_serene_flower4
and c/p as a new layer resize by 30% and arrange to your liking,
I duplicated mine once and arranged under the other flower layers,
now lets open xcd_serene_3 c/p as a new layer drag this layer below
all your flower layers, and rotate to the right by 90% resize by 75%
now open xcd_serene_heart1 c/p as a new layer bring to the top
and then rotate to the left by 15% now open xcd_serene_bow3 c/p as
a new layer and resize this by 35% on my tag
I used gamma correction to lighten it just a bit,
Now duplicate and rotate to the right by 15% arrange
both at the top right of your tag now open xcd_serene_tag1 c/p
as a new layer and then mirror this resize by 20% arrange over
the center of your two ribbons, now open xcd_serene_pin1 c/p
as a new layer and resize by 20% and arrange so it pins the tag to the ribbons,
Now open xcd_serene_butterfly2 c/p as a new layer and resize by 12% and
arrange to your liking, I duplicated mine and mirrored it a few times.
now open xcd_serene_butterfly1 c/p as a new layer resize by 15% and mirror
arrange on one of the flowers. when you are happy with your tag add
a drop shadow and tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background
layer and merge visible. (I did not drop shadow the ribbons on the top left)

and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open pd-pp-02 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90%
apply a mask of choice, I used (bd-mask-1)
Now open pd-pp-03 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90%
apply the same mask again, now grab your raster deform tool
and squish this one a bit so the pink shows outside the black mask
Grab your magic wand and click outside the black heart mask
now open pd-sparkle-01 c/p as a new layer, I duplicated mine
a couple times and filled in the black heart area, now go back
and hit delete on each sparkle layer (I have 4) and then select
none, Now open pd-flower-02 c/p as a new layer and resize
by 45% Now what I did was place the first one at the bottom
point of the black mask heart, then I duplicated the rose and
arranged up and to the left a bit, and duplicated that one and
mirrored it, and so forth and so on up each side the heart
until I made the "rose heart" frame. Now lets open pd-string-01
c/p as a new layer and resize by 80% the rotate to the right by
86% place on your heart frame you just made, Now open
pd-ribbon-01 c/p as a new layer and resize by 45% now rotate
to the left by 15% now lets open pd-heart-01 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 45% now rotate to the left by 9%
place it on the center of the ribbon you just place, turn
the opacity down to about 5% and then grab your freehand
selection tool and zoom up really close and trace the center
of the bow then go back to your heart layer you just added
and turn the opacity back up to 100% and hit delete, it should
now look "tied" to the ribbon, now select none, now lets open
pd-kiss-01 c/p as a new layer and resize by 45% and rotate
to the right by 9% and duplicate and mirror now place these
pn the right side of your heart frame, now add a dropshadow
of choice to your elements (I did not add to the sparkles)
and a tube of choice, Hide your white background layer and
merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open seni_p1 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used Becky's mask 23
squish it up towards the left of your work area, now open
seni_p6 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer apply
the same mask as above and then squish it up towards
the right
Now lets open seni_el34 c/p as a new layer and resize by
22% and then rotate to the left by 14% Now lets open
seni_el36 c/p as a new layer and rotate to the left by 90%
now resize by 22% duplicate and flip and resize this one
by 90% arrange together and move both below your
post it note layer, now open seni_el31 c/p as a new layer
arrange this layer right above your mask layers, resize by
22%, open seni_el25 c/p as a new layer again below your post
it layer, resize by 19% and then rotate to the left by about 6%
now open the leaf I supplied and c/p as a new layer, I duplicated
and rotated mine a few times, all these are below the post it
layer, now open seni_el38 c/p as a new layer and resize this
by 13% arrange so it peeks out towards the bottom of your
post it note, now open seni_el10 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 13% arrange so it peeks out on the left side of your
post it note, now open seni_el20 c/p as a new layer this goes
right above your scatter layer, resize by 13%, I duplicated mine
a few times and also rotated a couple of them, now open
the stool I provided and c/p as a new layer arrange to your liking
and the rose I provided as well, I placed my rose above the post
it note layer in the bottom left corner. Now open seni_el18
c/p as a new layer bring this to the top and resize by 20%
open seni_el40 c/p as a new layer and resize by 6% rotate to
the left by 14% and place at the top folded area of the post it note
I added a gradient glow to match my tube and then another gradient
glow of white, Now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements
and a little note on your post it note, a tube of choice, when you
are happy with your tag hide the white background layer and merge
visible.

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open paper9 resize by 18% and then c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used HorsePlays mask 27
I duplicated it and then merged the two (I also changed the
hue for the shawlie tag)
Now open element12 (frame) c/p as a new layer and
resize this by 25% Now lets open element 8 (leaves)
c/p as a new layer, place this right above your mask layer
resize by 25% and place on the right side of the frame
duplicate and resize this by 80% then rotate to the right
by 15%, Now duplicate BOTH leaves layers and flip them
both, now duplicate one of the smaller leaves and then
rotate to the right by 86% and arrange along the bottom
of the frame, (depending on the one you duplicated
you may have to mirror it)
now lets open element21 (leaves again) c/p as
a new layer and resize this by 16% arrange towards
the bottom of the frame, I duplicated this 2 times to
fill in the area, now lets open paper6 resize this by 18%
grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening
modify and expand by 9 and then invert the selection
c/p the paper as a new layer hit delete, and move this
layer below the frame, again I changed the hue to match
my tubes, Now lets open element17 (white rose) c/p as
a new layer, bring this to the top and resize by 25%
now open element15 (pale blue rose) c/p as a new layer
resize by 20% and mirror place with your other rose
again I colorized this to match my tubes, open element44
(feather1) c/p as a new layer resize this by 25%
drag this below your two rose layers, I mirrored mine
now open element43(feather2) c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 25% mirror and then rotate to the
left by 85% place at the bottom edge of the frame
area, now open element 33(white flower) c/p as a
new layer and bring to the top, resize by 15% and place
with your roses, I duplicated mine a few times and
placed them around the roses, some layers below the
roses, now open element25 (blue string bow) c/p as a
new layer and bring to the top, resize by 30% and place
at the top left of the frame, rotate to the left by 12%
again I colorized this to match my tubes used,
now open element24 (gem button) c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 30% and place in the center of the
bow, I again colorized to match my tubes, now add
a dropshadow of choice to your elements (not the feathers)
hide your white background layer and merge visible.

resize by 85% now mirror and then rotate to the

the frame openings, expand by 9 and then invert,
now open pd-pp-01 c/p as a new layer below your
frame layer, resize by 80% and then hit delete, select
none, Now lets open pd-scatter-01 c/p as a new layer
right above the mask layer, duplicate this 3 times, and
arrange them so they cover the mask, grab your magic
wand and go to your mask layer and click OUTSIDE
the mask, go back to the scatter layers and hit delete
select none, now open pd-ribbon-01 c/p as a new
layer and bring to the top, resize by 90% Now lets open
pd-cupcake, c/p as a new layer bring this to the top
resize by 40% and then rotate to the right by 15% place
in the center of your bow, Now duplicate this and resize by
60% and arrange to your liking, I did this 3 times and
scattered them around my frame, Now open pd-wa-01
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 70% open pd-stitch-02
c/p as a new layer arrange this layer so it is right above
your ribbon layer and resize by 80% place on the ribbon
now lets open pd-candy and c/p as a new layer resize by
42% scatter it around with your cupcakes by duplicating,
I also added it resized by 60% with my cupcake on the ribbon
now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements, and a tube
or tubes of choice, I also added a gradient glow to my wordart,
I did not add a dropshadow to the scatter layers.
when you are happy with your tag, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

Now lets open cc-frame-05 c/p as a new layer, resize this by
85%, Now open cc-frame-01 c/p as a new layer, I resized mine
by 105% using smart size, grab your magic wand and click
inside each opening, expand your selection by 4 and then invert
open cc-pp-06 c/p as a new layer below the frame,hit delete and
select none, now open cc-string-02 c/p as a new layer move this
layer to right above the acrylic frame, now rotate to the left by
12%, move it to the left just a little bit, now lets open cc-string-01
c/p as a new layer right above the other string, and then mirror
move to the right just a little, I changed the brightness of mine a
bit using gamma correction, I also resized this by 80% and
then flipped it, Now open cc-flower-04 c/p as a new layer
bring this layer to the top resize by 45%, Now open
cc-ribbon-02 c/p as a new layer,below your ribbon flower,
resize by 78%. Now lets open cc-sparkle-heart c/p as
a new layer right above your 3 frame layer, Now add
a dropshadow of choice to your elements,
(I did not dropshadow the sparkle heart or the acrylic frame)
now add a tube or tubes of choice when you are happy
with your tag, hide the white background
layer and merge visible.

Open Gemini_ErinGoBragh_mat and resize by 18%
now c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice, I
used 44_Kris mask, I turned the opacity down to 55%
on my mask
Now lets open Gemini_ErinGoBragh_frame04
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 25% grab
your magic wand and click inside the frame and
then expand by 9 invert selection, now open
Gemini_ErinGoBragh_paper06 resize by 18%
c/p as a new layer below the frame and hit delete
select none, now open Gemini_ErinGoBragh_frame05
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 50% bring
this layer to the top, grab your magic wand again
click inside the ribbon and expand this time by about
4 and then invert the selection, open Gemini_ErinGoBragh_mat
again resize by 18% and c/p as a new layer, hit delete and
make sure this is below the ribbon frame,
now lets open Gemini_ErinGoBragh_leaves2
c/p as a new layer resize by 16% and then move this
to right above the green frame layer, duplicate and
mirror bring the two together on the bottom left
now open Gemini_ErinGoBragh_flower03 c/p
as a new layer right above the leaves, resize by
20% and place with your leaves, duplicate
and arrange with this as well, now paste it again
this time bring the layer to the top and resize by
15% arrange at the top right of the frame,
Now lets open Gemini_ErinGoBragh_stickpin
c/p as a new layer and mirror then resize this by
25% place in the center of the flower, now open
Gemini_ErinGoBragh_bow01 c/p as a new layer
mirror and then resize by 25% then rotate to the
right by 18% now open Gemini_ErinGoBragh_bow02
c/p as a new layer below the other bow, resize
by 28% and then mirror and then rotate to the right
by 18% Now lets open Gemini_ErinGoBragh_hat
c/p as a new layer and bring to the top, resize by
15% arrange towards the right of the tag,now open
Gemini_ErinGoBragh_pipe, c/p as a new layer
mirror and resize by 15% and place so it "lays'
on the brim of the hat, Now lets open
Gemini_ErinGoBragh_cloverleaves, c/p as a new
layer resize by 13% and then mirror, place at the
bottom left edge of the frame,now when you are
happy with your tag add a dropshadow of choice
to your elements, and a tube of choice,hide
the white background layer and merge visible

Natural and Beautiful

Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9
This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open NCP7 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used 200InsatiableDreams mask
Now lets open NCframe1 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 26% now arrange both the frame and mask so they
look centered, the bow at the top of the frame will make it
so it is a little down on the work area, Now grab your
magic wand, click inside the frame opening (the middle
rope area only, you may need to use the freehand tool to
get it all) expand your selection by 3 or 4 and then invert,
open NCP13 resize by 19% and then c/p as a new layer
below your frame, hit delete and select none, Now lets open
NCflower4 c/p as a new layer, resize by 20% and arrange to
your liking, now open NCflower5 and c/p as a new layer
resize by 20% and arrange with your other flower, paste
it again this time resize by 30% and arrange this layer
below your frame and fill layer, and place at the top left
Now open NCflower7 c/p as a new layer, bring to the top
and resize by 15% (I noticed that there is a little smudge on
this element, so you may want to erase that part)
Now open NC_Feather and c/p as a new layer resize by
15% drag this layer below your flower layers, Now open
NC_backdrop, c/p as a new layer, right above the frame
filled paper layer resize by 19% Now open NCivy c/p as
a new layer and place this layer below your flower and feather
layers, resize by 19% now duplicate and mirror then rotate
to the right by 80% now open NCFoliage_element c/p as a new
layer right above the ivy layer and resize this by 15% I used
my freehand selection tool to get rid of part of this, I used just
the top 3 leaves and a tiny bit of the stem, then duplicated
and mirrored this, Now open NCinstrument and c/p as a new
layer, bring this layer to the top and resize by 15% and arrange

Open lexin_12_janvier_2007_papier06 resize by 18%
c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice, I used
starrynightmask_Vaybs
Open lexin_12_janvier_2007_element31 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 30%.
Now grab your magic wand and click inside the star frame
modify and expand by 9 then invert your selection, open
lexin_12_janvier_2007_papier02 resize by 18% and
c/p as a new layer below the frame and hit delete select none
Now lets open lexin_12_janvier_2007_element02 c/p as
a new layer bring to the top and resize this by 13%
arrange to your liking, duplicate and mirror, now open

arrange this layer below your other flowers and resize
it by 25% now rotate to the right by 15% now lets open

again this is below your flowers, resize by 14% now

resize by 30% arrange to your liking, now lets open
lexin_12_janvier_2007_element26 c/p as a new layer
mirror and then resize by 27% you will need to erase
a tiny bit off the end of the string, arrange so it looks like
it is tied around the little charm, when you are happy
with your tag, apply a dropshadow of choice and a
tube of choice to your tag, hide the white background layer
and merge visible.

Open Lilas_Child Love_papier 3 resize by 19% and
c/p as a new layer apply a mask of choice, I used
HorsePlay's Pasture Mask 20 I duplicated mine
Now lets open Lilas_Child Love_elmt2 c/p as a new
layer and resize this by 20% then mirror this, now lets
open Lilas_Child Love_elmt 5 c/p as a new layer
move this layer to right above the mask layer and
resize by 20% and move it towards the left a bit, then
rotate to the right by 15% now lets open Lilas_Child Love_elmt53
c/p as a new layer again right above your mask layer
resize this by 16% now mirror this, now lets open
Lilas_Child Love_elmt54 c/p as a new layer right
above the other leaf layer, resize this by 16% now rotate
to the right by 98% now duplicate and flip this arrange
all your leaves so they peek from behind the right side
of the frame, now grab your magic wand and click
inside the frame opening, expand by 9 then invert,
open Lilas_Child Love_papier 7 resize by 18% and
c/p as a new layer below the frame layer hit delete, and
select none. now lets open Lilas_Child Love_elmt1
c/p as a new layer right above the leaf layers, now resize
this by 18% now duplicate and then rotate this one
to the right by 21% move it down just a bit,
now open Lilas_Child Love_elmt12 c/p as a new
layer bring this layer to the top mirror this and then
resize by 23% and move it down just a bit on the
left side, you may need to erase a bit at the bottom
now lets open Lilas_Child Love_elmt25 c/p as
a new layer bring to the top and resize this by
18% and arrange with your flowers and
hearts, Now lets open Lilas_Child Love_elmt23
c/p as a new layer resize this by 13% and place
this in the center of your bow, Now lets open
Lilas_Child Love_elmt15 c/p as a new layer
resize this by 12% arrange to your liking
now lets open Lilas_Child Love_elmt26 c/p
as a new layer, arrange this layer below your Bow
layer resize this by 12% now rotate to the left by 21%
then mirror this, Now lets open Lilas_Child Love_elmt34
c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer below the frame and
the fill layers, resize this by 21% and arrange so it peeks
out behind the frame and hearts, when you are happy
with your tag, apply a dropshadow and tube of choice

by 90% apply a mask of choice, I used

Now lets open PDS_S_frame3 c/p as a new layer
grab your magic wand and click inside the opening
and expand by 9 then invert open PDS_S_paper5
c/p as a new layer resize this by 80% now arrange
so part of the words are showing at the bottom of the
frame and hit delete, select none, now lets open
PDS_S_leaves1 c/p as a new layer, arrange this
layer to right above your mask layer resize by 80%
and move towards the right, duplicate and flip,
now open PDS_S_flower3 c/p as a new layer right
above your leaves and have it peeking out as well,
now lets paste it again this time bring it to the top and
resize by 50% and place at the bottom left of the frame,
open your leaves again and c/p as a new layer below this
flower and mirror them then resize by 50%
now open PDS_S_flower2 c/p as a new layer and
bring to the top arrange with the red flower,
open PDS_S_scatter3 c/p as a new layer
and arrange this layer right above the frame layer,
place near the bottom open PDS_S_pin and c/p as
a new layer bring to the top and place near
your flowers, resize by 50% now open PDS_S_heart3
c/p as a new layer place this layer below the pin layer
and resize by 50% then rotate to the left by 15% now
open PDS_S_ribbon4 c/p as a new layer right above
the frame layer (below the scatter) resize by 85%
and arrange towards the bottom,
Now add a dropshadow of choice and a tube of choice
(the pin has a good dropshadow already)
when you are happy with your tag, hide the white
background layer and merge visible.

Now duplicate each and move it so you have one red and one

place near the top area of your tag, Now open

the right of the frame, now duplicate and rotate left by 90%
Now lets open CG-LoveisintheAire-by-Steffi5 c/p as a new
layer (this will be below the heart string layer) mirror and then
resize by 13% now lets open CG-LoveisintheAire-by-Janett5
c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer to right above the swirl
and then resize by 30% and then rotate to the left by 90%
duplicate and move it over just a bit towards the right to fill in
erase any stem hanging out of the right, now add a dropshadow
and tube of choice to your tag (I did not dropshadow the leaf hearts)
when you are happy with your tag hide the white background layer
and merge visible.

80% 3 times, arrange with your other sucker, and then rotate to
the right by 18% now lets open pd-love-not c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 60% and place with your suckers, now open
pd-ribbon-04 c/p as a new layer resize by 60% and arrange this
layer to below the red string layer, now lets open pd-flower03
c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer below the love note layer
and resize by 60% now open pd-flower-01 c/p as a new layer
bring this layer to the top resize by 60% and place with your other
items, now open pd-jelly-dots, c/p as a new layer arrange this
layer to right above your mask layer, rotate to the left by 90%
duplicate, mirror and then flip, now paste it again this time
just flip, and then duplicate and flip, you should have 4 and
the should all be barely peeking out from behind the brackets
and frame. when you are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow
and tube or tubes of choice, hide your white background layer and
merge visible.

to the top so it over laps the frame just a bit now open
pd-feather-02 c/p as a new layer mirror and resize by
45% and move this layer below your other feather layer
now paste again resize this time by 50% now drag this
layer below the one you just added and then mirror this
and then rotate to the right by 36% now lets open pd-flower-01
c/p as a new layer resize by 50% and drag this layer below
the feather layers, now open pd-flower-02 c/p as a new layer
resize by 50% and bring this layer to the top, now open
pd-flower-03 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 45% drag
this layer below the feather and arrange to your liking,
now open pd-mask c/p as a new layer resize by 35%
then rotate to the left by 36% and arrange to your liking.
now add a dropshadow of choice and a tube of choice
to your tag, when you are happy with your tag hide the white

the left side, Now lets open AmoreMoi_15 c/p as a new layer
arrange this layer to right above the mask layer, and resize by
60%. Now you want to move the AmoreMoi_3 layer to where
it is below this frame layer, grab your magic wand and click
inside the frame opening, expand by 5 and then invert, open
AmoreMoi_Paper5 c/p as a new layer below the frame, resize
the paper by 60% and hit delete. select none. Now lets open
AmoreMoi_43 c/p as a new layer bring this layer to the top
now resize by 25% now duplicate and then rotate to the left
by 45% place so it "rests" against the other Kiss, add a dropshadow
and tube of choice when you are happy with your tag, hide
the white background layer and merge visible.

resize by 50% and rotate by 100% to the left,

resize this by 70% and rotate to the left by 100% place with
your flowers at the bottom then mirror it,Now open

place this layer right above your mask layer, resize by

Now open Missy_pinkdesire_element29 c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 25% and bring this layer to the top,
When you are happy with your tag hide the white background layer
and merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right
information and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Claire
Tube of choice, I used Suzanne Woolcott and Rion Vernon
No Srap kit used

This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro,
All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
Open your tube of choice, and grab a complementary color from your
tube, put this in your foreground/stroke color box, and black in your
background/fill color box, now go to elipse tool with your line
width set to 4 draw out a circle (align center) convert to a raster
layer,
Now draw out another circle, this time using just the line width set
at 4 and the background set at null, move it over towards the left until
the line lines up with the first circle, now duplicate and then resize by
80% move over again lining up the lines again, merge these 2 circles together
Grab your magic wand and click inside the opening between the 2
circles you just merged, expand this by 2
(you may need to use your freehand selection tool to get all the opening)
add a new raster layer below this and fill with the same color as your
line, now select none, go back to your line circles and apply an inner
bevel of choice and a dropshadow of choice, then merge down with
the layer you just filled,
Now grab your magic wand again, this time click inside the opening
of the circle you just merged, expand by 2, add a new raster layer and
fill with white, c/p an upclose of a tube of choice, and then invert your
selection and hit delete, now invert selection again and change your
hue and saturation on the tube to 0 and 0. Now while it is selected
apply Xero-Fritillary with these settings
select none, Now add your tube of choice and bring this to the top
apply a dropshadow of choice, when you are happy with your tag
hide the white background layer and merge visible.
Now go to your white background layer and unhide and then add a new layer
flood fill with the color you are using for your tag and apply a
mask of choice, I used WSL-Mask181

Cranberry Snow

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open riverrose-cranberrysparkle-paper4 resize by 18%
c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice.
I used WH-Mask4
Now lets open riverrose-cranberrysparkle-ribbon1
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 20% now rotate
to the right by 90% now grab your magic wand and
click inside the opening, expand by 1 or 2 and then invert
open riverrose-cranberrysparkle-paper01 resize by 19%
c/p as a new layer below the ribbon layer and hit delete
select none, now lets open riverrose-cranberrysparkle-flowerbranch
c/p as a new layer bring this to the top, resize by 14%
now rotate to the right by 90% arrange so it is across
the bottom of the ribbon, duplicate and mirror this
I resized the duplicated layer by 70% now erase the
little bit of branch you are seeing and then open
riverrose-cranberrysparkle-berrybranch, c/p as a new layer
this layer needs to be below the other branch layers, resize by
13% and then rotate to the right by 90% duplicate and mirror
arrange with your other branches, now duplicate and flip
drag this layer below your ribbon and filled layer (right above
the mask layer) rotate to the right by 90% now lets open
riverrose-cranberrysparkle-flower4 c/p as a new layer
resize by 13% and arrange with the flower branche, duplicate
a couple times and spread those around, now open
riverrose-cranberrysparkle-flower2 c/p as a new layer
resize by 13% arrange this to be on the berry branch
on the outside of the frame.
now lets open riverrose-cranberrysparkle-swirl2 c/p as a
new layer right above the mask layer, resize by 20% and
arrange so it peek out from behind the branches at the bottom
duplicate and flip then mirror and then rotate to the right by 18%
arrange towards the other side of the branch area.Now lets
open riverrose-cranberrysparkle-bubbles c/p as a new layer
right above your mask layer and resize by 17% duplicate
and mirror and resize this by 60%.
when you are happy with your tag add a dropshadow of choice
and a tube of choice, (I did not dropshadow the bubbles or swirls)
hide the white background layer and
merge visible.

Dancing with the Butterflies
Tube of choice, I used Suzanne Woolcott and Caron Vinson

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
open ial_hfl_paper06 resize by 18% c/p as a new layer and apply
a mask of choice, I used Artmama-My Cup has overflowed photomask
I turned the opacity down to 60% on my mask layer.
Now lets open ial_hfl_frame1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by
30%, grab your magic wand and click inside the opening of the frame
expand by 9 and then invert, open ial_hfl_paper04 resize by 18%
c/p as a new layer, making sure the dark shadowy area is showing
in the bottom area of the frame, hit delete, leave selected we are
going to be filling in the frame area with some things and want
to make sure to delete the excess as we work. now open ial_hfl_cloud1
c/p as a new layer (below the frame layer) resize by 13% and place
to your liking in the frame, hit delete if there is any hanging outside
the frame area, (leave selected still) now open ial_hfl_cloud2
c/p as a new layer and resize this by 13% place with the other
cloud (hit delete if you need) now lets open ial_hfl_grass2 c/p as
a new layer, resize by 25% move it over towards the left just a bit
hit delete, now open ial_hfl_grass1 c/p this as a new layer Below the
grass layer you just added, resize by 25% and place a bit towards
the right, again hit delete (leave selected) now open ial_hfl_flower1
flower 2 and flower 3 c/p each and resize each by 7% and place them
together on the left side of the grassy area, now select none. Now
we are going to add a few things on the OUTSIDE of the frame,
Open ial_hfl_lantern_lit c/p as a new layer and resize this by
18% and place on the right side of your tag, now open
ial_hfl_hat1 c/p as a new layer and resize by 10% place at the
base of the lantern, now open ial_hfl_hat2 c/p as a new layer
resize this by 10% and now rotate to the right by 112% place near
the other hat, now open ial_hfl_heart4 c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 15% move this to the top left of your frame, open ial_hfl_heart 5
c/p as a new layer mirror and resize by 15% place with your other
heart. now open ial_hfl_butterfly c/p as a new layer and resize
this by 12% now place on top of one of the hats.
when you are happy with your tag add a dropshodow and tube of
choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

Dream a Little Dream

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

Open ial_mor_paper05 resize by 18% and c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used Artmama's mask 06
Now lets open ial_mor_water_overlay c/p as a new layer
and resize this by 15% arrange towards the bottom of the mask
now what I did to "crop" this to fit my mask is this,
grab your magic wand tool click OUTSIDE the mask
now invert modify and feather by 40% invert again
go back to the water layer and hit delete a few times, select none
turn the layer to luminance(L)
Now lets open ial_mor_boat2 c/p as a new layer resize
this by 15% arrange to your liking on the water,
now lets open ial_mor_aurora_borealis c/p as a new layer
resize this by 15% and move this layer below your boat layer
now lets open ial_mor_cloud1 and ial_mor_cloud2 c/p each
as a new layer and resize them by 15% place both below the
aurora borealis. Now lets open ial_mor_fish c/p as a new layer
bring this layer to the top and resize by 8% now duplicate and mirror
Now lets open ial_mor_fireflies c/p as a new layer right above
your mask layer and resize by 15% duplicate and mirror this
I have one near the boat sail and the other on the left of the mask area
now open ial_mor_frame3 c/p as a new layer right above your mask
layer, resize by 32%. Now add a drop shadow of choice to your
tag, I did not dropshadow the fireflies, the aurora borealis or the
water, and add a tube of choice, hide the white background layer
and merge visible.
