Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open PDS_A-paper7 c/p as a new layer resize by 90% apply a mask of choice, I used becky mask 22 now duplicate the mask layer and merge down Now lets open PDS_A-frame2 c/p as a new layer now open PDS_A-frame 1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 105% , now grab your magic wand and click inside the first frame, expand by 9 and invert open PDS_A-paper4 resize by 75% and c/p as a new layer, hit delete and move below the frame layer, now lets open PDS_A-leaves3, c/p as a new layer move this layer to right above the mask layer and resize by 80% now rotate to the left by 10% now duplicate and mirror then rotate to the right by 90% arrange on the left side of the frame, now lets open PDS_A-flowers1 c/p as a new layer and bring this layer to the top, resize by 60% and then mirror this, arrange to the left of the frame, duplicate and mirror this again and arrange with the other flowers, now resize these by 90% place the stems together, now open PDS_A-flowers2 c/p as a new layer and arrange with the other flowers,resize by 60% now duplicate and flip bring it back to the other flowers now open PDS_A-flowers3 c/p as a new layer and move this layer to right above the leaves layer, now duplicate and move this layer to right below the rose layer and resize by 54% arrange with your roses,now open PDS_A-fleather, c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer right above the frame1 layer (blue flowers frame) rotate to the left by 10% and have it peeking out from behind the flowers along the bottom of the frame, now lets duplicate this and then mirror it, now resize this one by 25% move it towards the right of the frame now duplicate that one and flip it, and mirror that one now rotate to the right by 15% now lets open PDS_A-wings, c/p as a new layer and resize by 52% now rotate to the left by 15% arrange at the top right of the frame, now make sure your small feathers look like they floated down from the wings Now open PDS_A-pebble, c/p as a new layer and resize this by 50% and place with your flowers, open PDS_A-string1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 70% now rotate to the right by 110% and place with your flowers, now open PDS_A-ribbonstar c/p as a new layer, mirror and resize by 40% now rotate to the left by 45% and place in the center of the wings, now open PDS_A-sparkle1 now go back to your paper 4 layer, grab your magic wand and click OUTSIDE the paper, c/p the sparkle right above this layer, resize by 86% and hit delete, leave selected, paste again moving over just a bit to the right and resize again by 86% hit delete again now select none, I placed my tube BELOW these two layers on one of my examples, Now when you are happy with your tag a dropshadow of choice, and a tube of choice, when you are happy with your tag hide the white background layer and merge visible. I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information and Save the way you prefer to save tags, I hope you enjoyed this tut smiles christy Ü
