Spring is Near Tube of choice, I used Rion Vernon and Elias Chatzoudis Scrap used Spring Love Collab by PolkaDot Scraps Font of choice I used Andy Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9 This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidential. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) open PDS_SL-paper1 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90% apply a mask of choice, I used 75MaskkelsWWA I then squished it down just a bit using raster deform tool Now lets open PDS_SL-frame1 c/p as a new layer, grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening, expand by 5 and then invert, open PDS_SL-paper8 c/p as a new layer below your frame resize by 80% and hit delete, leave selected,now open PDS_SL-grass1 c/p as a new layer below the frame and resize by 50% arrange towards the left of the frame and hit delete to rid yourself of any that may be hanging outside the frame, select none, now paste the grass again, this time above the frame layer mirror it and then resize by 65% arrange towards the right side of the frame, now open PDS_SL-flower1 c/p as a new layer and place with your grass you just added resize this by 65%, Now open PDS_SL-string2 c/p as a new layer, resize by 65% and then rotate to the left by 45% arrange along the top of your frame, Now open PDS_SL-flower3 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 48% place this layer below your string layer, (I erased a tiny bit of the string to make it look like it goes through the flower opening) now open PDS_SL-flower2 c/p as a new layer and place this on the string as well, I place this layer above the string, and erased a bit of the flower to make it look like the string goes through the flower, Now lets open PDS_SL-leaves1 c/p as a new layer arrange so it is right above your mask layer and resize by 48% place neaver the top left of the frame, I duplicated and then placed one behind the rose cluster area too, now open PDS_SL-flower4 c/p as a new layer, arrange so it is right above the grass layer and below the rose cluster resize by 48%, now open PDS_SL-curly branch c/p as a new layer, mirror and resize by 48% and place with your grass and flowers on the right side, I duplicated and rotated mine, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and a tube of choice, (I did not dropshadow the grass inside my frame,)hide the white background layer and merge visible when you are happy with your tag. I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information and Save the way you prefer to save tags, I hope you enjoyed this tut smiles christy Ü
