Select rectangle 1 layer and repeat as above, I used cc-pp-09. Select rectangle 2 layer and repeat again, I used cc-pp-01.Go to the heart boarder layer now, select all, float, defloat, this time I smoothed by 2 (you will lose the shape of the heart if you go anymore than that) I used cc-pp-02 on this layer. Go to heart layer3, repeat again as above(smoothing by 10), I used cc-pp-02 on this layer. go to heart layer 2 repeat as above again, I used cc-pp-05 on this layer. go to heart layer1, repeat as above, I used cc-pp-07 on this layer. now select the circles layer, select all, float, defloat, selections modify, smooth by 10 in each box, selections invert,I used cc-pp-04. leave selected this time, selections invert and then modify contract by 14 hit delete, select none, go back to the circle layer, select all, float, defloat, modify contract by 3, selections invert, I used cc-pp-08 again, hit delete and select none, Now delete the circles layer. now go to the "frame" layer you made with cc-pp-04, I added an inner bevel to this layer using these settings now you can add a few elements to your tag, I used cc-glasses, resized by 48% smartsize, and then did a free rotate of 20% to the right. I used cc-wire also I placed this as a new layer above the white layer, I also used cc-sequins1 and cc-sequins2. I placed these above the wire layer and resized by 35% smartsize, placing one to the top left of my tag and the other towards the bottom right of my tag. Now open cc-safety-pin and paste as a new layer, arrange to your liking, I resized it by 35% and free rotated it to the left by 21% I also duplicated it a couple times, did a mirror and a flip on the layers, so there are a few laying together. I also used eye candy gradient glow on some of my layers, the rectangles, the hearts, the heart boarder, The big circle layer, again this is your choice, your tag, Now choose tubes that compliment your tag, and place them in your framed area, (this is your choice) you can do it like my second example if you prefer. Now add a drop shadow of choice to your elements, when satisfied with your tag, hide your white background layer and merge visiable, as always I resize my tag before adding my copyright layer so it stays clear. Add the copyright info and your name and save your tag to your prefrence. I hope you enjoyed this tut smiles christy Ü

Fantasy Flower Garden Tube of choice, I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis and Suzanne Woolcott Scrap used Fantasy Land by Scrapping Mar HERE or HERE Font of choice, I used Chachi Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9 This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidential. Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog! Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, ( you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)Open FantasyLand_ScrappingMar(6) element and c/p as a new layer, resize it by45% smartsize, do the same with FantasyLand_ScrappingMar(2) element and FantasyLand_ScrappingMar(3) element. Arrange them so they look like a small bunch of flowers, (use my tag as an example) Now Open FantasyLand_ScrappingMar(44) and c/p as a new layer, resize by 65% move it towards the bottom of your tag and the left, duplicate it and then image mirror, Line them up so it looks like my tag above, Now open FantasyLand_ScrappingMar(53) c/p as a new layer and resize it by 50% move this layer down below all layers (right above your white layer) and move it over so it is behind one of your flower frames so it looks like the stem of theframe. I duplicated this and then image mirror and then free rotate to the left by 12% so it looks like more leaves, stems to the other frames. Now open FantasyLand_ScrappingMar(4) c/p as a new layer right above your white layer and resize it by 90%. Add a mask of choice, I used a round mask. Now grab your magic wand and click inside one of your flower frames, go selections modify expand by 5 and copy and paste a tube of choice. go selections invert and hit delete, keep selected and choose a paper of choice from the kit that compliments the tube and c/p as a new layer hit delete, move these below the frame you are working on ONLY. Do this same thing for each of your flower frames, now add a drop shadow of choice to your tubes and frames. Now hide your white background layer and merge visiable. (I resize my tag before adding my copyright info because it stays sharper this way) Add the copyright info and your name and save your tag to your prefrence. I hope you enjoyed this tut smiles christy Ü
