Now lets open Gemini_SpringBreeze_frame_04 c/p as a new layer resize this by 42% now open Gemini_SpringBreeze_paper_13 resize by 19% now grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening and expand by 9% now invert, c/p the paper below the frame and hit delete, select none, now open Gemini_SpringBreeze_stitch c/p as a new layer, bring to the top, resize by 30%, and again by 90% now lets open Gemini_SpringBreeze_tree c/p as a new layer, place this right below you frame layer and resize by 30% now erase any that is hanging outside your frame layer, Now lets open Gemini_SpringBreeze_kite c/p as a new layer and mirror this, bring this to the top and resize by 30% and again by 70% I then rotated it to the left by 30% now lets open Gemini_SpringBreeze_leafscatter, c/p as a new layer, resize this by 18% and arrange towards the bottom edge of the frame, Open Gemini-_SpringBreeze_HotAirBalloon and c/p as a new layer mirror this and then resize by 16% Now open Gemini_SpringBreeze_Bee c/p as a new layer and resize this by 10% I duplicated mine and mirrored it, (add as many as you would like to your tag) now lets open Gemini_SpringBreeze_FlowerScatter and c/p as a new layer resize by 20% and then mirror and place with your leaves near the bottom, Now open Gemini_SpringBreeze_Cloud c/p as a new layer, this will be below your frame but above the tree, resize by 20% I duplicated mine and placed one down just a bit behind the tree,Now when you are happy with your tag add a dropshadow of choice to your elements, (I did not dropshadow the clouds) now add a tube of choice, Hide your white background layer and merge visible. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,
(you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work)
open PDS_VDE-paper3 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice I used VixMask431.

I squished it down a bit and then duplicated and flipped
and merged the 2 masks together,
Now lets open PDS_VDE-frame4 c/p as a new layer resize by 90% grab
your magic wand and click inside the frame and expand by 9, now invert
and open PDS_VDE-paper7 c/p as a new layer below the frame, resize by 90%
and then hit delete, select none, now open PDS_VDE-tree1 c/p as a new layer,
arrange to right above the mask layer I moved the frame and paper fill
down and to the right just a bit, Now open PDS_VDE-flower5 c/p as a new
layer and resize by 60% place towards the bottom right of the frame
now open PDS_VDE-flower4 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 60%
arrange this layer below the other flower layer, duplicate and resize by 80%
and move up and to the right a bit, now open PDS_VDE-leaves2 c/p as a
new layer, arrange to right above the frame layer and resize by 50% place
behind your flower cluster, duplicate and flip and bring it back to the
flower cluster as well and then rotate to the left by 55%,
now open PDS_VDE-sparkle1 and c/p as a new layer,
this will be below your frame layer, I duplicated mine and then mirrored it,
and filled my opening, Now open PDS_VDE-ribbontag and c/p as a new
layer resize by 45% and then arrange this layer to right below your top
flower layer and tuck it in between 2 flowers, now add a drop shadow and
tube or tubes of choice to your tag, hide the white background layer and
merge visible.
I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info,
it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information
and Save the way you prefer to save tags,

Now open PDS_VDK-ribbon3 c/p as a new layer, resize by 73% now mirror and move it down below your top flower, and place like in my tag, Now open PDS_VDK-heart1 c/p as a new layer 50% I placed this layer below my top flower as well, now open PDS_VDK-doodle1 c/p as a new layer, resize by 45% and again this will be below your top flower, now duplicate and rotate to the left by 90% place this layer below another flower layer, but above the flower with the stem, I duplicated again and then rotated this one to the right by 40%, Now lets open PDS_VDK-scatter1 c/p as a new layer arrange this layer to right above your frame and resize by 55% now flip and place along the right side of the frame, duplicate and then rotate to the left by 90% arrang along the bottom edge of the frame, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements, and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open cc-pp-05 c/p as a new layer and apply a mask of choice I used MC_Mask13 Now open cc-mat-01 c/p as a new layer, resize this by 60% move it up and to the left a little, Now open cc-frame-02 c/p as a new layer place this a little to the right and down just a little bit, resize this by 85% now grab the magic wand and click inside the frame opening with your magic wand and expand by 5, then invert selection, open cc-pp-11 c/p as a new layer below the frame and hit delete, select none now open cc-greens-04 c/p as a new layer, arrange below the frame and frame fill, move towards the left,resize by 85% Now open cc-greens-03 c/p as a new layer (again below your frame) resize by 60% and then rotate to the left by 90% I then duplicated the first set of greens I added and moved that layer above the second one I added, and rotated this to the left by 12% and moved it down a little bit, now lets open cc-greens-01 c/p as a new layer, and place this layer below the frame layer again, resize by 60% duplicate and flip drag this layer to right above your mat layer,now lets open cc-flower-05 c/p as a new layer, again this is below the frame layer, resize by 50% I duplicated mine a few times and then rotated a couple of them to the left, so there was a small "bunch" of flowers with my greens, Now open cc-flower-03 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 70% and again place with your "bunch" of flowers, now open cc-flower-04 this time c/p as a new layer above the frame, and place it near the bottom left of the frame, I resized mine by 70% and then duplicated and mirrored it, placing them together Now open cc-greens-02 c/p as a new layer, below the 2 flowers you just added, resize by 70% duplicate and flip and then mirror and place it back with the flowers, now open cc-ribbon-06 c/p as a new layer, rotate to the left by 90% arrange this layer below the flowers and towards the bottom of the frame, I colorized mine a light blueish color to match the mat, I then rotated it to the right about 12% duplicated and flipped it, and then rotated that one to the left by 90%, now open cc-butterly-01 c/p as a new layer resize by 63% two times, I duplicated mine and colorized one to match the blue mat, I also rotated them a bit too when you are happy with your tag add a drop shadow of choice to your elements and a tube of choice, Hide your white backgound layer and merge visible. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open pd-pp-04 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 90% and apply a mask of choice, I used DBV Masks 133 Now let open pd-frame-01 c/p as a new layer and resize by 80% now grab your magic wand and click inside the top right and bottom left opening, modify and expand by 9, and invert now open pd-pp-03 c/p as a new layer below the frame resize by 80% and hit delete, select none, now select inside the other frame openings and do the same as above this time use pd-pp-06, select none, now open pd-greens-01 c/p as a new layer resize by 45%, duplicate and rotate to the right by 15% arrange both towards the bottom right of the frame, I duplicated mine 2 more times and placed them along the bottom of the frame too. now open pd-ribbon-04 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 65% place at the top left of your frame rotate to the left by 15% now open pd-string-02 c/p as a new layer, flip and mirror, and then resize by 65% place in the center of your bow, no open pd-dots-01 c/p as a new layer, place this layer below your frame move towards the left, now duplicate, flip and then mirror, Now open pd-flower-04 c/p as a new layer, bring to the top place towards the bottom right with the greenery, now open pd-flower-02 c/p as a new layer and resize by 75% place with your other flower, open pd-flower-01 c/p as a new layer and resize by 65% place with your other flowers, now open pd-heart c/p as a new layer arrange the layer to below your flowers layers now rotate to the left by 21% now mirror and arrange with your flowers now open pd-bunny c/p as a new layer and mirror, now resize by 70% two times, now open pd-butterfly c/p as a new layer and resize by 70% three times, now rotate to the left by 21% place on one of your flowers, I duplicated mine and added one near the top of the greens, now open pd-bug2 c/p as a new layer and resize by 70% place on one of the greens stems, i duplicated mine and rotated it to the left by 90% placing it near the bunny on the stem. now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and a tube or tubes of choice, when you are happy with your tag hide the white background layer and merge visible. I have redone my blog again, Please any feedback would be awesome

I have a new wide screen monitor and I tried setting my resolution

down so I could get a feel for a smaller screen but it would not set

right for me to view the blog right, So those that have smaller

monitors, please let me know how you see my blog, I went with

a new template and had to really really work with the html coding

and not sure if it is centered like it should be for all (I see it all centered)

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) open PDS_SL-paper1 c/p as a new layer and resize by 90% apply a mask of choice, I used 75MaskkelsWWA I then squished it down just a bit using raster deform tool Now lets open PDS_SL-frame1 c/p as a new layer, grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening, expand by 5 and then invert, open PDS_SL-paper8 c/p as a new layer below your frame resize by 80% and hit delete, leave selected,now open PDS_SL-grass1 c/p as a new layer below the frame and resize by 50% arrange towards the left of the frame and hit delete to rid yourself of any that may be hanging outside the frame, select none, now paste the grass again, this time above the frame layer mirror it and then resize by 65% arrange towards the right side of the frame, now open PDS_SL-flower1 c/p as a new layer and place with your grass you just added resize this by 65%, Now open PDS_SL-string2 c/p as a new layer, resize by 65% and then rotate to the left by 45% arrange along the top of your frame, Now open PDS_SL-flower3 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 48% place this layer below your string layer, (I erased a tiny bit of the string to make it look like it goes through the flower opening) now open PDS_SL-flower2 c/p as a new layer and place this on the string as well, I place this layer above the string, and erased a bit of the flower to make it look like the string goes through the flower, Now lets open PDS_SL-leaves1 c/p as a new layer arrange so it is right above your mask layer and resize by 48% place neaver the top left of the frame, I duplicated and then placed one behind the rose cluster area too, now open PDS_SL-flower4 c/p as a new layer, arrange so it is right above the grass layer and below the rose cluster resize by 48%, now open PDS_SL-curly branch c/p as a new layer, mirror and resize by 48% and place with your grass and flowers on the right side, I duplicated and rotated mine, now add a dropshadow of choice to your elements and a tube of choice, (I did not dropshadow the grass inside my frame,)hide the white background layer and merge visible when you are happy with your tag. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open paper 8 and c/p as a new layer, resize by 85% and apply a mask of choice, I used insatiable dreams mask 298 Open glitterdots1 and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 45% I duplicated mine about 5 times, covering the mask layer Now open framesonastring, c/p as a new layer and resize this by 65% I used raster deform tool and squished my mask down a bit and stretched it out a bit on each side, Now grab your magic wand and click inside each of the frame openings, expand by 4 and then invert, open paper 12 and c/p as a new layer below the frame layer and hit delete, select none, now lets open heartspill3 and c/p as a new layer, resize this by 65% and then rotate to the right by 45% arrange this layer to below your frame and paper layer, and place near the bottom of the frames, now duplicate and mirror and move these hearts above the frames Now open bow1 c/p as a new layer and resize by 45% duplicate 2 times and place on the clips of 3 frames, open bow2 and c/p as a new layer and resize by 45% and duplicate 2 times and place these on the other 3 frame clips, open I love you and c/p as a new layer and resize this by 45%. on mine I used the freehand selection tool and selected the word art part, promoted that to a new layer,and added a gradient glow to it, then moved this below the original pencil layer, when you are happy with your tag, add a dropshadow of choice to your elements (I added it to the promoted layer not the pencil layer) and I did not dropshadow the glitter splats. and a tube or tubes of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white,

open xcd-serene2-paper10 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer apply
a mask of choice, I used becky mask 22
now open xcd-serene2-frame3 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 75%
Now move it up just a bit so it is centered on your mask,
grab your magic wand and click inside the frame opening
expand by 4 and invert, open xcd-serene2-paper12
resize by 18% and c/p as a new layer, hit delete
and select none, now lets open xcd-serene2-greenery1,
c/p as a new layer, move this to right above your mask layer
and resize by 45% and arrange behind the bow part of the frame,
now duplicate and flip then mirror this, again place behind the
bow area this time on the left of the frame,
now open xcd-serene2-greenery6 c/p as a new layer
and rotate to the right by 86% now resize by 36% arrange
with your first greenery now duplicate and mirror,
now rotate to the left by 24% Now lets open xcd-serene2-greenery8 c/p
as a new layer and resize this by 36% arrange so it peeks from behind the
bottom left of the frame, I duplicated this and flipped it, moved this
layer to right above the mask layer, Now we are going to add some
flowers to our tag, now open xcd-serene2-flowers3 c/p as a new layer
and bring this to the top, resize by 26% and then rotate to the right by 36%
Now paste again this time resize by 28% and place this layer below
the frame layer, and move it up towards the top right,
Now open xcd-serene2-flower8 c/p as a new layer
(again we are behind the frame and paper filled layers)
resize by 30% have it peeking out from behind the frame on the
left bottom, now open xcd-serene2-flowers1 c/p as a new layer
and bring to the top, resize by 37% now rotate the the right
by 21%, place this under your purple flowers, along the
bottom edge of the frame, now paste these flowers again
and then resize by 37% now mirror them and 80% to the left,
again place behind the purple flowers,
Now lets open xcd-serene2-butterfly1 c/p as a new
layer and bring this to the top, resize by 30% and rotate to the
left by 25% I duplicated this and mirrored it so there are 2 butterflies
on my flowers. Now open xcd-seren2-singlepearl1 c/p as a new layer
and resize by 40% and place in the center of your bow on your frame,
Now lets open xcd-seren2-bubbles2, c/p as a new layer, this will be
right below your frame paper layer, resize by 26% I duplicated this 4 times
and moved then around to cover the greenery and flowers,
and did not drop shadow these, or the pearl,

when you are happy with your tag, add a drop shadow of choice
to your elements and a tube of choice, hide your white background
layer and merge visible. I always resize my finished tag BEFORE
adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer,
add your name and copy right information and

Open PDS_STL-paper8 resize by 90% and c/p as a new layer
apply a mask of choice, I used 178 InsatiableDreams Mask
I duplicated mine, and merged the two

Now lets open PDS_STL-frame3 c/p as a new layer
and resize by 85% and rotate to the right by 11%
grab your magic wand and click inside the frame,
expand by 9 and then invert,
Now open PDS_STL-paper8 again and c/p as a new layer,
move below your frame and select none,
Now open PDS_STL-leaves, c/p as a new layer bring to
the top and resize by 40% now duplicate and
mirror the flip, move this layer to right above
your mask layer and arrange so it blends with the
other leaves layer, now open PDS_STL-flower1
c/p as a new layer, bring to top and resize this by 50%
and place with your leaves, now open PDS_STL-flower2
c/p as a new layer, move this below the rose
layer and resize by 50% arrange with your rose,
duplicate and flip and place with the rose as well,
now open PDS_STL-swirl, c/p as a new layer
and arrange so it is below your flower layers,
resize by 50% duplicate and then rotate to the right by 96%,
duplicate the original swirl again and then flip this
and then rotate to the left by 80% arrange all three near
your flowers, now open PDS_STL-sparkle heart c/p
as a new layer and bring to the top, resize by 45% and
then rotate to the left by 18% now duplicate and mirror and
place the 2 sparkle hearts with your flowers,

now add a dropshadow of choice to your tag (not the sparkles)
and a tube of choice, when you are happy with
your tag, hide the white background layer and merge visible.

Pinuptoons Close Up tag, I had a request to write this tut It uses NO scraps, but you can if you like, and it uses a few different plugins but you dont have to use those either if you dont want, you can use psp's default effects, Tube of choice, I used Rion Vernon Font of choice I used Bank Gothic BT Template and Beads by me (HERE) and (HERE) Xero-Porcelaine plugin FTU Penta's Color Dot FTU Graphic Program of choice, I use PSP 9 This tutorial assumes you have working knowledge of paint shop pro, All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidential. Please do not copy my tutorials to anyplace, please link back to my blog! Open my template I provided, resize the canvas to 800 x 650 and refill the white background layer (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Now delete my copyright layer, now lets begin, chose the tube you would like to use for this tag, you want to use a color from your tube or a color that complements your tube when you fill the inside of the frames, okay lets start, lol grab your magic wand and click inside the center frame now add a new raster layer and move this below the frame flood fill with the color you choose to make your tag I will use my Rion tag colors for this tut, I used #dbafe3 flood fill , leave this selected and now go to your effects and apply a texture of choice I used grain long, now open the beads I provided ( you can recolor them to suit your tag if needed) and c/p as a new layer, do this 2 times, place on on the right inside the frame and one on the left inside the frame, invert your selection now and hit delete on both layers to rid yourself of any outside the frame, now add your close up tube, hit delete and select none, now we will use xero-porcelain on your tube, I used the default settings. (If you dont have xero you could always play

with the blend mode on the tube layers) now grab the magic wand and click inside the frame edge, and add a new layer, drag below all layers you have done so far, flood fill this with a DARK version of the color you are using, I used #53366e leave selected and apply a noise of choice, and select none. now add a dropshadow of choice to your tube, the beads, and the frame, hide all other layers and merge visible, now unhide all other layers and lets work on the right frame first, grab your magic wand and click inside the right frame add a new raster layer and flood fill with your darker color you used before, leave selected, and c/p your tube close up as, and now c/p the beads again, select none, now add the same porcelain setting you did before to your tube and dropshadow of choice to the tube and the beads, merge the tube, beads and flood fill layer together, now add penta's color dot effect to this layer, I used these settings, now you can get this same effect with effects weave in psp with these settings below,

if you use weave I suggest you add a new layer and apply it to that layer, then turn the opacity down a bit, Now select none and merge the tube, beads and filled layer, (and the weave if you used that filter) Now grab your magic wand and click inside the frame surround, and add a new raster layer, drag below the frame and fill with white, select none and apply a dropshadow of choice to your frame, you can duplicate your tube, bead, filled layer and mirror it to fill your other frame if you like (sometimes easier that way) if not just do the same as above in the left frame mirroring your tube, now go to your right frame again and click inside the small rectangle, add a new raster layer and drag below the rectangle, flood fill with the light color you used on the first frame and change your blend mode on this layer to hue now add a dropshadow to the small rectangle layer, do the same with the left small rectangle, now type out what you would like in the rectangles, when you are happy with your tag, hide the white background layer and merge visible. Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open PDS_A-paper7 c/p as a new layer resize by 90% apply a mask of choice, I used becky mask 22 now duplicate the mask layer and merge down Now lets open PDS_A-frame2 c/p as a new layer now open PDS_A-frame 1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 105% , now grab your magic wand and click inside the first frame, expand by 9 and invert open PDS_A-paper4 resize by 75% and c/p as a new layer, hit delete and move below the frame layer, now lets open PDS_A-leaves3, c/p as a new layer move this layer to right above the mask layer and resize by 80% now rotate to the left by 10% now duplicate and mirror then rotate to the right by 90% arrange on the left side of the frame, now lets open PDS_A-flowers1 c/p as a new layer and bring this layer to the top, resize by 60% and then mirror this, arrange to the left of the frame, duplicate and mirror this again and arrange with the other flowers, now resize these by 90% place the stems together, now open PDS_A-flowers2 c/p as a new layer and arrange with the other flowers,resize by 60% now duplicate and flip bring it back to the other flowers now open PDS_A-flowers3 c/p as a new layer and move this layer to right above the leaves layer, now duplicate and move this layer to right below the rose layer and resize by 54% arrange with your roses,now open PDS_A-fleather, c/p as a new layer, arrange this layer right above the frame1 layer (blue flowers frame) rotate to the left by 10% and have it peeking out from behind the flowers along the bottom of the frame, now lets duplicate this and then mirror it, now resize this one by 25% move it towards the right of the frame now duplicate that one and flip it, and mirror that one now rotate to the right by 15% now lets open PDS_A-wings, c/p as a new layer and resize by 52% now rotate to the left by 15% arrange at the top right of the frame, now make sure your small feathers look like they floated down from the wings Now open PDS_A-pebble, c/p as a new layer and resize this by 50% and place with your flowers, open PDS_A-string1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 70% now rotate to the right by 110% and place with your flowers, now open PDS_A-ribbonstar c/p as a new layer, mirror and resize by 40% now rotate to the left by 45% and place in the center of the wings, now open PDS_A-sparkle1 now go back to your paper 4 layer, grab your magic wand and click OUTSIDE the paper, c/p the sparkle right above this layer, resize by 86% and hit delete, leave selected, paste again moving over just a bit to the right and resize again by 86% hit delete again now select none, I placed my tube BELOW these two layers on one of my examples, Now when you are happy with your tag a dropshadow of choice, and a tube of choice, when you are happy with your tag hide the white background layer and merge visible. I always resize my finished tag BEFORE adding my copyright info, it makes this seem clearer, add your name and copy right information and Save the way you prefer to save tags, I hope you enjoyed this tut smiles christy Ü

Open a new image 750x750 and flood fill white, (you can ALWAYS resize later, I like having plenty of room to work) Open ial_lcs_paper04 resize by 19% and c/p as a new layer apply a mask of choice, I used 211InsatiableDreams mask Now lets open ial_lcs_frame1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 25% now grab your magic wand and click inside the frame expand by 9 and then invert, open ial_lcs_paper04 again resize by 18% and c/p as a new layer, hit delete and select none move this layer below your frame layer, Now lets open ial_lcs_whipped_cream c/p as a new layer and resize by 15% and place to your liking, open ial_lcs_candy_wrapper c/p as a new layer and resize this by 8% place at the top left of your frame whipped cream element, now open ial_lcs_marshmallow1 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 8% and place with your other elements, now open ial_lcs_candy2 c/p as a new layer and resize this by 8% and place with your other elements, now open ial_lcs_candy1 c/p as a new layer arrange this to right above your frame layer and resize by 16% arrange with your other elements, I duplicated mine and flipped it then mirrored it. and then resized by 80% and placed in the center of my candy wrapper, now open ial_lcs_confetti, c/p as a new layer and resize by 23% arrange this layer right above the frame layer, place near the top left, now duplicate and flip then mirror so it is near the bottom right of the frame, now resize this by 50% bring to the top and arrange with your other elements, I duplicated this and rotated to the right by 90% now open ial_lcs_ribbon2 c/p as a new layer and resize by 22% arrange this layer to right above your frame layer, now open ial_lcs_ribbon1 c/p as a new layer and mirror, then resize by 24% arrange with your other ribbon, when you are happy with your tag add a dropshadow of choice and a tube of choice, hide the white background layer and merge visible.
